The vehicle windshield includes: a window plate; and a transparent film provided at a surface on a vehicle-interior side of the window plate, wherein the vehicle windshield includes a first area where the transparent film is not provided and a second area where the transparent film is provided, at a central area when viewed from a front side, and a boundary between the first area and the second area has no perspective distortion and is constituted by a boundary line having line width visually recognized by scattering of irradiated light of 10 μm to 200 μm.

The present invention provides a glass plate module to be attached to a vehicle. The glass plate module includes laminated glass in which an outer glass plate, an interlayer, and an inner glass plate are layered in this order; a mask layer that is provided on the laminated glass and blocks a field of vision from outside; and an attachment member that is attached to a portion corresponding to the mask layer on the inner glass plate with at least a first adhesion means and a second adhesion means and configured to support an information acquisition device for acquiring information from outside of a vehicle. The first adhesion means includes adhesive at at least one location. The second adhesion means is configured such that the adhesive conducts preliminary fixing prior to curing. The attachment member includes a fixation portion that faces the mask layer and has a bonding surface provided with the adhesion means. The fixation portion includes at least one adhesive confirmation portion through which the adhesive applied to the bonding surface can be seen from the vehicle interior side.

An entryway door is capable of withstanding direct hit hurricane loads and subsequent water surge for long periods. A door slab is formed of reaction-injected-molded aliphatic polyurethane having an outward face, and inward face, and a peripheral edge, with a window opening formed therethrough. A ballistic glass-clad polycarbonate laminate window is provided which sized larger than the window opening. The laminate window having a central light transmissive region and an outer boarder region. A primer border is applied to the outer boarder region of outward and inward faces of the laminate window. The door slab is reaction-injected-molded about the laminate window with the outer boarder region extending into and is bonded to a portion of the door slab forming the window opening. The preferred door in mounted to a structure in an outwardly opening manor with a seal entrapped between the periphery of the door and a door jam.

There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass with which the flexural rigidity of laminated glass can be enhanced and the sound insulating properties of laminated glass can be enhanced. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention includes first, second, and third layers containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, the content of the hydroxyl group of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the first layer is lower than the content of the hydroxyl group of the polyvinyl acetal resin in each of the second and third layers, when absolute values of a difference between the content of the hydroxyl group of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the second and third layers and the content of the hydroxyl group of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the first layer are defined as XA and XB, respectively, each of the absolute values XA and XB is 9% by mole or more and 11% by mole or less, and when a content of the plasticizer in the interlayer film relative to 100 parts by weight of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the interlayer film is defined as Y, XA, XB, and Y satisfy the equations of Y≤−1.68XA+56 and Y≤−1.68XB+56.

The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing curved laminated glass and curved laminated glass manufactured by the same. The method includes providing a curved thick plate glass; providing a thin plate glass whose thickness is smaller than that of the curved thick plate glass; stacking a support film comprising a ductile layer and an elastic layer on one surface of the thin plate glass; positioning a lamination film or a bonding agent between the other surface of the thin plate glass and a concave surface of the curved thick plate glass; and laminating the thin plate glass so as to be aligned with a concave surface of the curved thick plate glass by elastically deforming the thin plate glass provided with the support film.

GLASS INSULATING PANEL

A glass panel includes a first glass substrate, a second glass substrate, a spacer profile at the periphery of the glass panel between the first and the second glass substrate. There is an intermediate substrate in the intermediate space between the first and the second glass substrates, the substrate having a first coefficient of thermal expansion, and means to maintain the intermediate substrate within the intermediate space. The panel also includes a second profile, having a second coefficient of thermal expansion, positioned facing the inner face of the spacer profile within the intermediate space between the first and second glass substrates of the glass panel. The second profile carries the means to maintain the intermediate substrate within the intermediate space. A difference between the first coefficient of thermal expansion and the second coefficient of thermal expansion is less than or equal to 20%.
