Intermediate film for laminated glass, and laminated glass
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass capable of effectively enhancing the sound insulating property of laminated glass having the interlayer film, in the interlayer film including a layer prepared with a thermoplastic component other than a polyvinyl acetal resin. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention has a one-layer structure or a two or more-layer structure, and includes a thermoplastic elastomer layer containing a thermoplastic elastomer and a plasticizer, and the thermoplastic elastomer is an aliphatic polyolefin, the thermoplastic elastomer layer has a glass transition temperature in a temperature range of −10° C. to 10° C., and a maximum value of tan δ in a temperature range of −10° C. to 10° C. of the thermoplastic elastomer layer is 1.5 or more.
Interlayer film for laminated glass and laminated glass
The present invention provides an interlayer film for laminated glass which has excellent sound insulating properties even when the thickness is reduced, and also has a low degree of orientation and low shrinkability. The invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass which includes at least one layer A containing a thermoplastic elastomer, wherein the thermoplastic elastomer includes a hard segment block and a soft segment block, the layer A has a sea-island phase separated structure in which the hard segment block is included as an island component and the soft segment block is included as a sea component, and the degree of orientation (1) defined by (maximum intensity value−minimum intensity value)/(maximum intensity value+minimum intensity value) based on the maximum intensity value and the minimum intensity value in an arbitrary azimuth range of 180° including the azimuth at which the intensity reaches the maximum in the azimuthal intensity distribution of periodic scattering or coherent scattering by the hard segment block or the soft segment block obtained for the layer A by small-angle X-ray scattering measurement is 0.9 or less.
Laminated glass
There is provided laminated glass with a heat shielding property in which a need to change an intermediate film is reduced even though thicknesses of glass plates are changed. Laminated glass of an embodiment includes: a pair of glass plates; and an intermediate film sandwiched between this pair of glass plates. A total thickness of the pair of glass plates and the intermediate film is 3.6 mm or less. Further, a ratio (A.sub.2/A.sub.1) of an absorbance (A.sub.2) of the intermediate film at the wavelength of 1500 nm to an absorbance (A.sub.1) of the pair of glass plates at a wavelength of 1500 nm is 2.0 or more when plate thicknesses of the pair of glass plates are each set to 2.0 mm. Further, a solar radiation transmittance (Tts) provided by ISO13837 (2008) is 60% or less.
INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASSES, AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass having increased tan δ and excellent sound insulating property in an interlayer film having a low glass transition temperature. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention includes a resin layer containing a resin component and a plasticizer, and combination of the resin component and the plasticizer in the resin layer is such that when a composition having a glass transition temperature of −10° C. is obtained by blending only the plasticizer in 100 parts by weight of the resin component, a blending amount of the plasticizer per 100 parts by weight of the resin component in the composition is 60 parts by weight or less, and the interlayer film satisfies the formula tan δ.sub.1≥1.3, or satisfies the formula: (tan δ.sub.0−tan δ.sub.1)/(Tg.sub.0+10)≤0.01.

An interlayer film for laminated glass that can improve a sound insulation property of an obtained laminated glass when the interlayer film for laminated glass is used for configuring the laminated glass is provided. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention includes a first layer and a second layer laminated on a first surface of the first layer. The first layer includes a polyvinyl acetate resin and a plasticizer.

An interlayer film for laminated glass includes a first layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer; and a second layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, wherein the second layer is laminated on a first surface of the first layer, wherein a concentration of hydroxyl groups of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the first layer is different from a concentration of hydroxyl groups of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the second layer, and wherein at least one of the first layer, the second layer, or a portion of an interface between the first layer and the second layer contains a filler.
GLASS WITH GLASS LAMINATION FILM
A film for glass lamination includes a metal salt or a metal ion. A first absolute value in a gradient of concentration of metal ions within a depth of 6 to 45 nm from a surface of the film is greater than a second absolute value in the gradient of the concentration of the metal ions within a depth of 86 to 125 nm from the surface. A first average value of the concentration of the metal ions within the depth of 6 to 45 nm is 2.5 times or more than a second average value of the concentration of the metal ions within the depth of 86 to 125 nm.
Interlayer for laminated glass, and laminated glass
An interlayer film for laminated glass having a one-layer structure or a two or more-layer structure includes a first layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, wherein the first layer further contains silica particles, and the ratio of a content of the silica particles in the first layer to a total content of the polyvinyl acetal resin and the plasticizer in the first layer is from 0.03 to 0.4.
Polymer film and uses of the same
A polymer film comprising polyvinyl acetal and a laminated glass manufactured using the same are provided. At least one surface of the polymer film has a void volume (Vv) value at a material ratio of 10% ranging from 2 μm.sup.3/μm.sup.2 to 18 μm.sup.3/μm.sup.2, wherein the void volume (Vv) and material ratio are defined in accordance with ISO 25178-2:2012.
Laminated glass
Laminated glass includes: a first and a second glass plate facing each other, and an intermediate film disposed between the glass plates and including a plurality of core layers and a plurality of skin layers alternately laminated. The plurality of core layers and the plurality of skin layers contain a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer. The plurality of core layers has a glass transition point of lower than 15° C., and the plurality of skin layers has a glass transition point of 15° C. or higher. The plurality of core layers includes three or more core layers. The plasticizer has a surface density of 0.3 mg/mm.sup.2 or more in the intermediate film and within 5-6 mm from an end of the intermediate film.
