BLOCK-COPOLYMER HYDRIDE HAVING ACID ANHYDRIDE GROUP AND USE THEREOF
The present invention pertains to a laminated glass obtained by: interposing, between glass plates, a resin sheet comprising a resin composition obtained by blending 100 parts by weight of a specific modified hydrogenated block-copolymer having an introduced acid anhydride group, and a total of 0.001 to 2.0 parts by weight of a near infrared ray-absorbing pigment and/or a metal oxide particulate having a function of shielding infrared ray, to obtain a laminate; and integrally bonding the laminate including the glass plates and the resin sheet. The aspects of the invention provide a novel hydrogenated block copolymer having an acid anhydride group; a resin composition that includes the hydrogenated block copolymer, has excellent heat insulating function, and is suitable as a laminated glass intermediate film-forming material excellent in moisture resistance and durability; a resin sheet made of the resin composition; and a laminated glass.
CHROMATIC MIRROR, CHROMATIC PANEL AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
Chromatic components are presented which alleviate the usage in various applications in that this chromatic component is, according to a first aspect of the present application, made-up of a mirroring surface and a diffusing layer in front of the mirroring surface, which preferentially scatters short-wavelength components of impinging light with respect to long-wavelength components of the impinging light, and in that according to another aspect, the chromatic component is made up of a stratified-glass panel which comprises two less sheets sandwiching an adhesive transparent polymeric film wherein the adhesive transparent polymeric film forms a diffusing layer which preferentially scatters short-wavelength components of light passing the stratified-glass panel with respect to long-wavelength components of this light with respect to long-wavelength components of the same.
Laminated glass
To provide laminated glass for a vehicle, which is excellent in heat-shielding properties and which is capable of maintaining visible light transmittance to be high even when used for a long period of time. Laminated glass for a vehicle, which is laminated glass comprising a pair of glass plates and an intermediate film sandwiched between the pair of glass plates, wherein in a laminated glass specimen of 1 cm.sup.2 cut out from the laminated glass in the thickness direction, the content of CeO.sub.2 is at most 0.4 mg, and the content of total iron converted to Fe.sub.2O.sub.3 is at least 6.0 mg and at most 10.0 mg; and the intermediate film is made of a resin film containing tin-doped indium oxide fine particles having an average particle diameter of at most 0.1 ?m.
Laminated glass
A laminated glass according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first glass plate, a second glass plate, and an interlayer film held between the first glass plate and the second glass plate. When a relative dielectric constant of the first glass plate is represented by ?.sub.g1; a relative dielectric constant of the second glass plate is represented by ?.sub.g2; a relative dielectric constant of a first interlayer film provided in a first region of the interlayer film is represented by ?.sub.m1; a reflection coefficient at an interface between the first glass plate and the first interlayer film is represented by ?.sub.1; and a reflection coefficient at an interface between the second glass plate and the first interlayer film is represented by ?.sub.2, the reflection coefficients ?.sub.1 and ?.sub.2 satisfy relations 0.0??.sub.1?0.2 and 0.0??.sub.2?0.2.
THERMOFORMED POLYCARBONATE/GLASS LAMINATES AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
A laminate and an article of manufacture include a first layer including a polymeric material and a second layer including a glass sheet thermoformed to the first layer. The laminate may include at least one third layer including a polymeric material, the at least one third layer thermoformed to the second layer. The polymeric material in the first layer or the at least one third layer may include a polycarbonate. The laminate and/or article of manufacture may further include at least one functional layer. The at least one functional layer may include an image forming layer, a conductive layer or a touch sensing layer. An electronic device, a sound or moisture barrier, or a medical tray may incorporate the laminate/article of manufacture. Methods for forming the laminate and article of manufacture are also described.
Method of making multilayer glass structure
Methods of making multilayer glass structure are described. The method involves providing first and second glass sheets, and a first enamel composition layer and at least one separation layer between the first and second glass sheets, and firing the glass sheets to sinter the first enamel composition to the first glass sheet. The separation layer is a black pigment separation layer, a refractory material separation layer, or an oxidizer separation layer. The separation layer can improve separation of the first and second glass sheets after the firing.
PRE-FRACTURED GLASS COMPOSITES AND LAMINATES WITH IMPACT RESISTANCE AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
A pre-fractured glass laminate that includes: a glass substrate comprising a thickness, a pair of opposed primary surfaces, a compressive stress region, a central tension (CT) region and a plurality of cracks; a second phase comprising a polymer or a cured resin within the plurality of cracks; a backing layer; and an interlayer disposed between one of the primary surfaces of the substrate and the backing layer. The compressive stress region extends from each of the primary surfaces to a first selected depth in the substrate. Further, the plurality of cracks is located in the CT region.
INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS USING THE INTERMEDIATE FILM
The present disclosure provides an intermediate film for laminated glass formed by laminating a polyvinyl acetal resin layer, and an inorganic fine particle-containing acrylic resin layer containing inorganic fine particles and an acrylic resin.
DISPERSION, RESIN COMPOSITION, INTERMEDIATE FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS
Provided is a dispersion capable of enhancing the transparency and the heat shielding property of an obtained interlayer film for laminated glass when a material containing the dispersion is used as a material for the interlayer film for laminated glass. The dispersion according to the present invention includes tin-doped indium oxide particles having at least one configuration selected from the group consisting of a first configuration (when a sum total of integrated intensities of peaks in wide-angle X-ray scattering is represented by I.sub.t, and integrated intensity of a peak of (222) plane is represented by I.sub.0, I.sub.0/I.sub.t is less than 0.380), a second configuration (when integrated intensity of a peak of (222) plane in wide-angle X-ray scattering is represented by I.sub.0, and integrated intensity of a peak of (622) plane is represented by I.sub.a, I.sub.a/I.sub.0 is 0.31 or more) and a third configuration (when integrated intensity of a peak of (222) plane in wide-angle X-ray scattering is represented by I.sub.0, and integrated intensity of a peak of (440) plane is represented by I.sub.b, I.sub.b/I.sub.0 is 0.41 or more), and a dispersion medium.
