THERMOPLASTIC FILM AND LAMINATED GLASS
A thermoplastic film 10 is a thermoplastic film comprising a light-emitting layer 11, wherein the light-emitting layer 11 comprises a thermoplastic resin and a light-emitting material that emits light by being irradiated with excitation light, and when laminated glass obtained by bonding two sheets of clear glass in accordance with JIS R 3211(1998) having a thickness of 2.5 mm with the thermoplastic film interposed therebetween is irradiated, from one surface, with excitation light, which the light-emitting material is capable of absorbing, in a quantity of light of 7 mW/cm.sup.2, a difference between luminance A observed on a side of the one surface and luminance B observed on a side of the other surface, (A-B), is 5 cd/m.sup.2 or more. According to the present invention, a thermoplastic film such that when laminated glass is made using the thermoplastic film, information is displayed relatively strongly on one surface, and the information is displayed relatively weakly on the other surface, and a laminated glass comprising this thermoplastic film can be provided.
PLASTIC INTERMEDIATE FILM, LAMINATE INCLUDING SAME, AND MOBILITY MEANS INCLUDING SAME
The plastic intermediate film includes a sound insulating layer, wherein the sound insulating layer comprises a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer, and a refractive index regulator, wherein the refractive index regulator is particles with average diameter (D.sub.50) of 100 nm or less and has an absolute refractive index of 2.0 or more, wherein the refractive index regulator is comprised in an amount of more than 0 wt % and 1 wt % or less based on the entire sound insulating layer, and wherein the plasticizer is comprised in an amount of 33 to 41 wt % based on the entire sound insulating layer.
Interlayer film for laminated glass, and laminated glass
Provided is an interlayer film for laminated glass capable of enhancing the pour stability at the time of extrusion during production of the interlayer film for laminated glass, and having excellent shape stability. An interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention is an interlayer film for laminated glass having a one-layer or two or more-layer structure, and includes a first layer containing a thermoplastic (meth)acrylic polymer and satisfies at least one of a first configuration that the thermoplastic (meth)acrylic polymer contained in the first layer is a thermoplastic (meth)acrylic polymer having a molecular weight distribution ratio of weight average molecular weight to number average molecular weight of 1 or more and 6 or less, and a second configuration that the thermoplastic (meth)acrylic polymer contained in the first layer is a thermoplastic (meth)acrylic polymer having a gel fraction of 5% by weight or less.

The base includes a convexly curved bottom surface. The side supports extend vertically from the base. The base and side supports define an indent with a shape sized and arranged for a human head to fit in the indent. The side supports are arranged and sized to provide side support to the human head when the human head is resting in the indent. The indent extends from a first side of the base.
Laminated glass
Provided is laminated glass capable of preventing occurrence of discoloration in the interlayer film in an end part of laminated glass, and keeping the appearance of laminated glass excellent. Laminated glass according to the present invention is laminate glass including a first lamination glass member, a second lamination glass member, and an interlayer film containing a thermoplastic resin, in which no discoloration occurs in the interlayer film irradiated with light in an end part of the laminated glass after a light irradiation test: “the laminated glass is irradiated with xenon light at a black panel temperature of 83° C., a temperature inside the vessel of 50° C. and a humidity of 50% RH for 2000 hours”, or discoloration occurs within a length of 1 mm or less inwardly from an end part of the interlayer film irradiated with light in the end part of the laminated glass after the light irradiation test.
GLASS CONSTRUCTION FOR BALUSTRADE GLAZING AND/OR RAILING GLAZING OR GLASS SUPPORTS
Disclosed is an invention that relates to a glass construction for balustrade glazing and/or railing glazing or glass supports, comprising a composite element, which is designed as a glass laminate and consists of at least two glass panes, which are connected by an adhesive intermediate layer made of plastic. According to the invention, in particular at least one edge of the composite element has an edge protector, which is connected at least in parts to the respective end faces of the at least two glass panes of the glass laminate in such a way that the intermediate layer is protected from the effects of moisture.
DECORATIVE SHEET AND DECORATIVE MATERIAL USING SAME
Provided is a decorative sheet having a layer constituted by a resin composition comprising a resin having an ultraviolet absorption wavelength at least at 360 to 380 nm, wherein the decorative sheet can suppress time-dependent degradation caused by ultraviolet ray, and has excellent weather resistance. Also provided is a decorative material obtained using the decorative sheet. The present invention provides a decorative sheet comprising a base material layer, a transparent resin layer and a surface protection layer in the presented order, wherein at least one of the base material layer and the transparent resin layer is constituted by a resin composition comprising a resin having an ultraviolet absorption wavelength at least at 360 to 380 nm; and the surface protection layer as well as the transparent resin layer and the surface protection layer have a predetermined absorbance, and a decorative material obtained using the decorative sheet.

A colored thermoplastic intermediate layer with a width, a height, and a wedge-shaped cross-section with a thicker first end and a thinner second end, at least comprising a first colored thermoplastic layer with a width, a height, and a wedge-shaped cross-section with a thicker first end and a thinner second end, wherein the width and the height of the colored thermoplastic intermediate layer equal the width and the height of the first colored thermoplastic layer, the first colored thermoplastic layer has a dye, the dye concentration in the first colored thermoplastic layer increases from its thicker first end to its thinner second end, the light transmittance through the first colored thermoplastic layer is constant over its entire width and its entire height, and the light transmittance through the colored thermoplastic intermediate layer is constant over its entire width and its entire height.

A wedge-shaped interlayer having reduced dynamic ghosting is provided, wherein the interlayer comprises at least one polymer layer comprising a poly(vinyl acetal) resin and at least one plasticizer, wherein said wedge-shaped interlayer defines a head-up display (HUD) region having a target vertical wedge angle, an actual vertical wedge angle and an absolute wedge angle rate of change, wherein the absolute wedge angle rate of change is less than 3.0 prad/mm throughout the entire HUD region.
