A laminate structure having a first chemically strengthened glass layer, a second chemically strengthened glass layer, and a polymer interlayer structure intermediate the first and second glass layers. The polymer interlayer structure can include a first polymeric layer adjacent to the first glass layer, a second polymeric layer adjacent to the second glass layer, and a polymeric rigid core intermediate the first and second polymeric layers.

Provided is an ultraviolet absorption glass comprising: a glass substrate, and an ultraviolet absorption coating arranged on at least one surface of the glass substrate, wherein the ultraviolet absorption coating comprises silicon dioxide, an ultraviolet absorber, and MOz used for storing and releasing electrons excited by ultraviolet light in the ultraviolet absorber. The ultraviolet absorption glass is low cost and has good resistance to discoloration and devitrification.
Laminated-glass interlayer and laminated glass
There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass with which laminated glass having a gradation pattern with suppressed color irregularity can be prepared. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention is provided with a dark color part, a gradation part and a transparent part, allows laminated glass prepared with two sheets of clear glass to have a parallel light transmittance in a portion of the dark color part less than or equal to 30%, allows the parallel light transmittance in a portion of the gradation part to be continuously increased from the dark color part side to the transparent part side, allows the laminated glass to have a parallel light transmittance in a portion of the transparent part greater than or equal to 60%, allows each of the dark color part, the gradation part and the transparent part to have a first resin layer and allows each of the dark color part and the gradation part to have a second resin layer or allows each of the dark color part, the gradation part and the transparent part to have a second resin layer and allows each of the gradation part and the transparent part to have a first resin layer, and furthermore, allows the thickness of the second resin layer in the gradation part to be continuously decreased from the dark color part side to the transparent part side.
OPTICAL FILM INCLUDING INFRARED REFLECTOR AND MULTILAYER REFLECTIVE POLARIZER WITH CRYSTALLINE LOW INDEX LAYERS
Optical films are described. In particular, optical films including a reflective polarizer portion and an infrared portion, with no adhesive between these two portions, are described. These optical films may be particularly suitable for combiner applications, including automotive heads up display applications with demanding ambient environments.
INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS, AND LAMINATED GLASS
An interlayer film for a laminated glass, containing in sequence an A layer, a C layer, and an A layer, and also containing a B layer at any place between or outside these layers, wherein each A layer contains a first thermoplastic resin, a resin material constituting each A layer has a tan δ peak of −30° C. to 10° C., the resin material of at least one layer of the A layers has a peak height of a tan δ of 1.5 or more, the B layer contains a second thermoplastic resin, and is constituted of a resin material different from the resin material constituting the A layer, and the C layer is a layer composed of an inorganic glass having a thickness of 0.1 mm to 1.5 mm, or a layer having a thickness of 0.25 mm to 2.5 mm and containing a third thermoplastic resin.

There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass with which discoloration in the colored part can be suppressed. An interlayer film (1) for laminated glass according to the present invention has a colored part (X) that is colored in plan view, and a non-colored part (Y) that is not colored in plan view; the interlayer film does not contain or contains a light stabilizer in the colored part; the interlayer film contains a light stabilizer in the non-colored part; and a content of the light stabilizer in the entire non-colored part is larger than a content of the light stabilizer in the entire colored part.

A sensor-integrated glass assembly includes a first glass component including an automotive glass material, a second glass component including an interlayer material, the second glass component exterior to the first glass component, a third glass component including a high transmission glass material, the third glass component exterior to the second glass component such that the second glass component is positioned between the first and third glass components, and a single chip sensor having a sensor lens, the single chip sensor coupled with the second glass component. The single chip sensor is positioned on the interlayer component such that a transmission from the single chip sensor passes through the third glass component and does not pass through the first glass component.
FILM FOR GLASS LAMINATION AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
The film for glass lamination of the present disclosure comprises a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer, and a metal salt, wherein the film has an adhesion control effect of 8.5 kgf/cm.sup.2 or more per the metal salt in an amount of 10 ppm based on a total weight of the film.

There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass which is high in heat shielding properties. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention includes an infrared ray reflection layer which reflects infrared rays, a first resin layer which is arranged on a first surface side of the infrared ray reflection layer and contains a thermoplastic resin and a second resin layer which is arranged on a second surface side of the infrared ray reflection layer and contains a thermoplastic resin, and the infrared ray transmittance in the wavelength of 780 to 2100 nm of the first resin layer is higher by 10% or more than the infrared ray transmittance in the wavelength of 780 to 2100 nm of the second resin layer.

The coating liquid used for forming the ultraviolet absorption coating, the ultraviolet absorption glass and the method for forming the ultraviolet absorption glass, by storing and releasing electrons excited by ultraviolet lights in an ultraviolet absorber, reduce the excited electrons that are gradually accumulated during a process in which the ultraviolet absorber absorbs the ultraviolet lights, thus protecting the ultraviolet absorber and a silicon dioxide matrix, preventing the ultraviolet absorption glass from discoloring or devitrifying, ensuring weather resistance of the ultraviolet absorption coating and ensuring color consistency of the ultraviolet absorption glass.
