Penetration resistant laminated glass manufactured with interlayer film layers having reduced adhesion and low plasticizer content
Penetration resistant laminated glass is obtained by laminating at least one film A containing a polyvinyl acetal PA and optionally at least one plasticiser WA and at least one film B containing a polyvinyl acetal PB and at least one plasticiser WB between two glass sheets, where prior to lamination, the amount of plasticiser WA in film A is less than 16% by weight, the amount of plasticiser WB in film B is at least 16% by weight, and film A comprises at least 7 ppm alkali ions.
Double-sided reversible adhesive structure
An object includes at least two faces which are suitable for dry adhesion and differ in their adhesion parameters. By suitable structuring, it is possible, where appropriate in combination with a suitable contact pressure, to selectively control the detachment of surfaces contacted on these faces.

Provided is laminated glass capable of preventing generation of a projection in the interlayer film in an end part of laminated glass, and keeping the appearance of laminated glass excellent. Laminated glass according to the present invention is laminate glass including a first lamination glass member, a second lamination glass member, and an interlayer film containing a thermoplastic resin, and when a light irradiation test: “conducting 4 cycles each cycle including the process of irradiating the laminated glass with xenon light at a black panel temperature of 83° C. and a humidity of 50% RH for 144 hours, and dipping the laminated glass in pure water at 80° C. for 24 hours” is conducted in the laminated glass, a ratio of a weight average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin at a position of 2 mm inwardly from an end part of the laminated glass, to a weight average molecular weight of the thermoplastic resin at a position of 70 mm inwardly from an end part of the laminated glass is more than 0.5.
Interlayer for laminated glass, and laminated glass
An interlayer film for laminated glass that has a one-layer structure or a two or more layer-structure includes a first layer containing a thermoplastic resin. The first layer may have a glass transition temperature of 10° C. or lower and the inter layer film may have an equivalent stiffness of 2.4 MPa or greater at 25° C.
INTERLAYER FILM FOR LAMINATED GLASS AND LAMINATED GLASS
An interlayer film for laminated glass of the present invention comprises a thermoplastic resin, a carboxylic acid, and an alkali (alkaline earth) metal, wherein, when a molar concentration per unit volume of the alkali (alkaline earth) metal in the interlayer film for laminated glass, measured by ICP atomic emission spectrophotometry is A (mol/m.sup.3); a molar concentration per unit volume of the carboxylic acid in the interlayer film for laminated glass, measured by GC-MS is B (mol/m.sup.3); a molar concentration per unit volume of the carboxylic acid in the interlayer film for laminated glass, measured by GC-MS after a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution is added to the interlayer film for laminated glass to be left at 23° C. for 12 hours is Y; and a molar concentration per unit volume of the carboxylic acid, obtained by subtracting the molar concentration B from the concentration Y is D (mol/m.sup.3), the molar concentration A is more than 0.35 mol/m.sup.3 and less than 1.00 mol/m.sup.3, and a carboxylic acid isolation ratio (1) represented by (1−D/A)×100 is 40% or less.
LAMINATED FILM FOR BONDING AND LIGHT-TRANSMITTING LAMINATE COMPRISING SAME
A laminated film for bonding includes: a skin layer comprising a first polyvinyl acetal resin and a first plasticizer; and a core layer comprising a second polyvinyl acetal resin and a second plasticizer, wherein the core layer comprises a metal salt having a refractive index higher than a refractive index of the second plasticizer, wherein a difference between a refractive index of the skin layer and a refractive index of the core layer is 0.0060 or less, and wherein the metal salt is a compound indicated by the following Formula 1:
M.sub.n.Math.X.sub.m [Formula 1] in the Formula 1, M is magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), sodium (Na), or potassium (K), X is Cl, SO.sub.4, or NO.sub.3, and n and m are integers of 1 or 2, respectively.
RESIN LAYER, LAMINATING INTERLAYER, LIGHT TRANSMITTING LAMINATE AND VEHICLE
Example embodiments provide a resin layer, a light transmitting laminate, and a vehicle. The resin layer includes at least one laminating layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer, and a bonding strength modifier. The surface of the laminating layer includes a portion having a hydrophobicity of 3.5 to 10, as calculated by Equation 1:
Hydrophobicity=Non-polarity/polarity (1) where the non-polarity represents the non-polar fraction of the surface free energy of the laminating layer and the polarity represents the polar fraction of the surface free energy of the laminating layer.
The resin layer has good shelf moisture resistance, undergoes less change in yellowness index, and has effectively controllable bonding strength due to its controlled hydrophobicity.
Interlayer for laminated glass, and laminated glass
An interlayer film for laminated glass includes a first layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer; and a second layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, wherein the second layer is laminated on a first surface of the first layer, wherein a concentration of hydroxyl groups of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the first layer is different from a concentration of hydroxyl groups of the polyvinyl acetal resin in the second layer, and wherein at least one of the first layer, the second layer, or a portion of an interface between the first layer and the second layer contains a filler.
Interlayer for laminated glass, and laminated glass
An interlayer film for laminated glass having a one-layer structure or a two or more-layer structure includes a first layer containing a polyvinyl acetal resin and a plasticizer, wherein the first layer further contains silica particles, and the ratio of a content of the silica particles in the first layer to a total content of the polyvinyl acetal resin and the plasticizer in the first layer is from 0.03 to 0.4.
Polymer film and uses of the same
A polymer film comprising polyvinyl acetal and a laminated glass manufactured using the same are provided. At least one surface of the polymer film has a void volume (Vv) value at a material ratio of 10% ranging from 2 μm.sup.3/μm.sup.2 to 18 μm.sup.3/μm.sup.2, wherein the void volume (Vv) and material ratio are defined in accordance with ISO 25178-2:2012.
