BINARY ARRAY INKJET PRINTHEAD
A binary array ink jet printhead assembly includes a cavity for containing ink, nozzle orifices in fluid communication with the cavity for passing the ink from the cavity to form droplets, the nozzle orifices extending along a length of the cavity, and an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a front face configured to be disposed generally parallel to a plurality of droplet paths of droplets from the nozzle orifices. A plurality of charge electrodes are disposed on the front face, each charge electrode corresponding to a droplet path and disposed parallel to the droplet path. Circuitry is disposed on the electrode assembly, wherein each electrode is electrically connected to the circuitry. The circuitry is further in electrical connection to a connector for connecting the electrode assembly to a controller for the printhead.

A binary array ink jet printhead assembly includes a cavity for containing ink, nozzle orifices in fluid communication with the cavity for passing the ink from the cavity to form droplets, the nozzle orifices extending along a length of the cavity, and an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes a front face configured to be disposed generally parallel to a plurality of droplet paths of droplets from the nozzle orifices. A plurality of charge electrodes are disposed on the front face, each charge electrode corresponding to a droplet path and disposed parallel to the droplet path. Circuitry is disposed on the electrode assembly, wherein each electrode is electrically connected to the circuitry. The circuitry is further in electrical connection to a connector for connecting the electrode assembly to a controller for the printhead.
Liquid Ejection Device
A liquid ejection device includes: a nozzle through which a liquid is ejected; a liquid transfer tube through which the liquid is transferred to the nozzle; and a vibration generation unit configured to generate vibration, in which the vibration generation unit is in contact with one of the liquid, the nozzle, and the liquid transfer tube, and when the liquid ejected from the nozzle flies as a plurality of droplets in a state where the vibration generation unit does not generate vibration, and the number of the droplets passing through a predetermined position in a unit time is defined as a droplet frequency, a frequency of the vibration generated by the vibration generation unit is equal to or less than the droplet frequency.
Liquid ejection device
A liquid ejection device includes: a nozzle through which a liquid is ejected; a liquid transfer tube through which the liquid is transferred to the nozzle; and a vibration generation unit configured to generate vibration, in which the vibration generation unit is in contact with one of the liquid, the nozzle, and the liquid transfer tube, and when the liquid ejected from the nozzle flies as a plurality of droplets in a state where the vibration generation unit does not generate vibration, and the number of the droplets passing through a predetermined position in a unit time is defined as a droplet frequency, a frequency of the vibration generated by the vibration generation unit is equal to or less than the droplet frequency.

An industrial printhead (100) comprising a flow channel enclosed in a chamber, wherein the flow channel (102) has at least one fluid inlet (102a) and at least one fluid outlet (102b), wherein the flow channel is resonated, in use, by a vibration distributor (104) comprising a mass resonator (103), piezoelectric exciter (108) and wave concentrator (110) arranged in an axial configuration.

An industrial printhead (100) comprising a flow channel enclosed in a chamber, wherein the flow channel (102) has at least one fluid inlet (102a) and at least one fluid outlet (102b), wherein the flow channel is resonated, in use, by a vibration distributor (104) comprising a mass resonator (103), piezoelectric exciter (108) and wave concentrator (110) arranged in an axial configuration.
Inkjet recording device
An object of the present invention is to provide an inkjet recording device capable of adjusting a clearance between prints formed by two nozzles (114, 115), and capable of printing a print content at a high speed. In order to achieve the object, there is provided an inkjet recording device which has two sub-print heads including nozzles (114, 115), charging electrodes (116, 117), deflection electrodes (118, 119), and gutters (120, 121), in which the two nozzles are disposed in a deflection direction of ink particles, and which performs printing on a printed object (124) while moving the printed object (124) relative to the ink particles in a direction substantially perpendicular to the deflection direction of the ink particles, the inkjet recording device having a function for reducing a clearance between print results (125, 126), printed by the two nozzles (114, 115), by controlling a voltage applied to the charging electrodes (116, 117) and a voltage applied to the deflection electrode (118, 119).

A droplet forming device is provided. The droplet forming device includes a liquid holder configured to hold a liquid, a film having a discharge hole, two or more vibration generators configured to vibrate the film, and a driver configured to apply a driving signal to the vibration generators. One or more of the vibration generators are disposed in each region on the film where a polarity of bending moment differs.
