LIQUID EJECTION HEAD AND LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS
A liquid ejection head includes: an ejection element configured to generate a pressure for ejecting the liquid; a supply channel through which the liquid is supplied to a pressure chamber; a collection channel connected to the supply channel through the pressure chamber and through which the liquid is collected from the pressure chamber; a circulation pump capable of supplying the liquid from the supply channel into the pressure chamber, and collecting the liquid in the pressure chamber through the collection channel and sending the liquid to the supply channel; a first pressure adjustment unit disposed between an outlet channel of the circulation pump and the supply channel and configured to adjust a pressure in the supply channel; and a second pressure adjustment unit disposed between an inlet channel of the circulation pump and the collection channel and configured to adjust a pressure in the collection channel.
INK BOTTLE
An ink bottle comprises a container main body configured to contain ink that is to be supplied to an ink tank, an ink outlet forming portion provided on an end of the container main body and configured to include an ink outlet that causes the ink to be flowed out from the container main body, and a valve provided in the ink outlet forming portion and configured to seal the ink outlet in an openable and closable manner. The ink outlet is formed in an end face of the ink outlet forming portion. The end face is arranged to face an opposite side of the ink outlet forming portion that is opposite to a container main body side thereof. A first recess is formed in an outer side portion of the ink outlet on the end face to be recessed toward the container main body side.
PRINTHEAD WITH INTERNAL PUMP AT FLUID MANIFOLD
Printheads and a method of operating a printhead. In one embodiment, a printhead comprises a plurality of jetting channels, a manifold internal to the printhead that is configured to convey a print fluid from an inlet of the printhead to the jetting channels, and an internal pump disposed at the manifold. The internal pump is configured to draw the print fluid into the manifold through the inlet, and to discharge the print fluid from the manifold to the jetting channels.
LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS AND LIQUID EJECTION HEAD
A liquid ejection apparatus includes: a liquid storage unit; a liquid ejection head; a liquid communication path to communicate the liquid storage unit with the liquid ejection head; and a liquid pressurization unit to supply a liquid in the liquid storage unit to the liquid ejection head through the liquid communication path by pressurization. The liquid ejection head includes: an inlet; a pressure chamber; and a circulation path through which the liquid supplied from the liquid communication path is circulated. The circulation path includes a supply channel, the pressure chamber, a collection channel, a circulation pump, and a pressure adjustment unit. The circulation pump is disposed at a position which is higher in the direction of gravity than a liquid inlet provided in a liquid channel extending from the liquid storage unit to the pressure adjustment unit and where the circulation pump is not in contact with the inlet.
INK REPLENISH ADJUNCTIVE DEVICE AND INK REPLENISH DEVICE
An ink replenish adjunctive device is used to replenish an ink to an ink tank that includes an ink inlet member having a flow path in an axial direction. The ink replenish adjunctive device includes a connection portion having an end that is connectable to the ink inlet member in a liquid-tight state, and an ink inflow portion that is configured to allow the ink flow toward the connection portion.
LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS AND MAINTENANCE METHOD OF LIQUID EJECTING APPARATUS
A printer includes an ink ejecting section that ejects ink from a nozzle, an ink circulation path including an ink flow path through which the ink can be supplied to an ink ejecting section and an ink return path through which the ink supplied to the ink ejecting section is returned, a warming device including a temperature control module provided in the ink circulation path, where the warming device can heat the ink in the temperature control module, and a feed pump that can flow the ink in the ink circulation path, wherein the flow rate of the ink, in the ink circulation path, heated by the warming device is adjusted.
LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM STORING COMPUTER-READABLE INSTRUCTIONS, AND LIQUID SUPPLY DEVICE
A liquid supply system includes one or a plurality of tubes, a liquid delivery mechanism, and a processor. The one or plurality of tubes is connected to a tank. The tank is configured to store the liquid and is provided further upstream than the printer. The liquid delivery mechanism is provided in the one or plurality of tubes and configured to switch between a liquid delivery state and a stopped state. The processor performs liquid delivery processing of controlling the liquid delivery mechanism to be in the liquid delivery state and the stopped state based on a remaining amount indicated by a signal from a sensor. The sensor is configured to detect the remaining amount of the liquid inside the tank or inside the printer.
LIQUID SUPPLY SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD, NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM STORING COMPUTER-READABLE INSTRUCTIONS, AND LIQUID SUPPLY DEVICE
A liquid supply system includes one or a plurality tubes, a liquid delivery mechanism and a processor. The one or plurality tubes is connected to a tank. The tank is provided further upstream than a printer. Liquid flows through the one or plurality tubes between the tank and the printer. The liquid delivery mechanism is provided in the one or plurality of tubes, and switches between a liquid delivery state and a stopped state. The processor performs supply processing of supplying the liquid from the tank toward the printer via the one or plurality of tubes, by controlling the liquid delivery mechanism to be in the liquid delivery state, and return processing of returning the liquid from the printer toward the tank via the one or plurality of tubes, by controlling the liquid delivery mechanism to be in the liquid delivery state.
LIQUID SUPPLY DEVICE
A liquid supply device supplying a liquid to a printer includes a supply tube and an agitator. The supply tube configures a supply flow path of the liquid to the printer. The supply tube is connected to a tank configured to store the liquid. The tank is provided further upstream than the printer in the supply flow path. The supply tube is configured to supply the liquid from the tank toward the printer. The agitator includes a stirrer and is configured to perform an agitation operation of driving the stirrer and agitating the liquid inside the tank.
