INKJET RECORDING APPARATUS AND PROGRAM
An inkjet recording apparatus of a scanning type includes: a treatment liquid head that ejects a treatment liquid having a flocculation effect on a coloring material ink and a coloring material; and an ink head that ejects the coloring material ink in a single carriage, wherein the ink head does not pass through a treatment liquid discharging part after discharging the treatment liquid in a same scan.
INK SET, PRINTER, AND PRINTING METHOD
Provided is an ink set including: an ink containing a cyan pigment; an ink containing a magenta pigment; and an ink containing a yellow pigment, wherein the proportion of the cyan pigment is 0.70% by mass or greater but 1.40% by mass or less, and wherein the proportion of the magenta pigment and the proportion of the yellow pigment are both higher than the proportion of the cyan pigment.
In-line mixing printhead for multimaterial aerosol jet printing
An aerosol jet printhead comprising an in-line static mixer can mix multiple aerosol streams for co-deposition from a single nozzle. A printhead was designed, fabricated, and tested, demonstrating in-plane functionally graded films. The inline mixing printhead can be used with a compact aerosol jet deposition system.
Ink-jet recording apparatus, ink-jet recording method, and ink-jet recording program
An ink-jet recording apparatus includes: head modules each including nozzles disposed in a row; a transporter that moves a recording medium with respect to the head modules in a direction intersecting with an arrangement direction of the nozzles; a recording controller that causes the nozzles to eject ink onto the recording medium and to form a dot based on image data; and a memory that stores arrangement position information indicating individual positional deviations of the nozzles in a relative movement direction of the head modules with respect to the recording medium. The head modules are disposed in the arrangement direction of the nozzles. The transporter causes a same point of the recording medium to pass through a position where upstream and downstream nozzles that correspond to two adjacent head modules eject ink.
INK-JET TEXTILE PRINTING PRETREATMENT LIQUID, INK SET, INK-JET TEXTILE PRINTING APPARATUS, AND INK-JET TEXTILE PRINTING METHOD
An ink-jet textile printing pretreatment liquid is discharged by an ink-jet nozzle, and contains a specific solvent and a specific resin particle. The specific solvent contains water and polyvalent alcohol. The specific resin particle contains a cationic resin having a cationic group. A particle size of the specific resin particle is 30 nm or more and 150 nm or less.
IMAGE RECORDING METHOD AND INK JET-RECORDED MATERIAL
Provided is an image recording method including a step of preparing at least two inks including a first ink and a second ink, a step of heating a substrate, a step of applying the at least two inks onto the heated substrate by using an ink jet recording method, and a step of irradiating the at least two inks with an active energy ray, in which in the step of applying the at least two inks, a mixed region where the at least two inks are mixed together by the applying is formed in at least a part on the substrate, the first ink contains a first polymerizable liquid crystal compound, and the second ink contains a second chiral compound. Also provided is an ink jet-recorded material.
Application device and method for applying a multicomponent coating medium
An application device for the application in series of a paint or other coating compositions to motor vehicle bodies or add-on parts thereof has a nozzle print head which contains a plurality of nozzles arranged, for example, in one or more rows, which apply the coating composition to the surface to be coated as continuous jets or individual drops. The nozzle print head is arranged on a multi-axis coating robot. In contrast to application devices of this type known hitherto, the coating composition consists of at least two components which are to be mixed together, such as, for example, 2K paint, which are fed to the nozzle print head via separate supply lines for jointly supplying the nozzles.
Method of producing recording medium and image recording method
Provided are a method of producing a recording medium, including a step of preparing a liquid A which includes at least one kind of aggregating agent selected from the group consisting of an acid, a polyvalent metal compound, and a metal complex, and water, a step of preparing a liquid B which includes a resin and water, a step of mixing the liquid A with the liquid B at an ambient temperature of 5° C. to 40° C. to obtain a mixed solution, a step of storing the mixed solution at an ambient temperature of 5° C. to 40° C., and a step of applying the mixed solution after the storage onto an impermeable base material within 30 days from the start of mixing the liquid A with the liquid B to obtain a recording medium; and an image recording method.
Image processing method
A surface tension difference between a first ink and a third ink is smaller than a surface tension difference between the first ink and a second ink. A first gradation value for the first ink is quantized to generate a first quantized value, a second gradation value for the second ink is quantized to generate a second quantized value, and a third gradation value for the third ink is quantized to generate a third quantized value. The above quantization processing is performed such that, in a predetermined pixel region, the number of pixels for each of which the second quantized value and the third quantized value both indicate printing is greater than the number of pixels for each of which the first quantized value and the third quantized value both indicate printing.
IMAGE FORMING METHOD AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming method is provided that includes discharging, from a liquid discharged head, a white ink onto a recording medium to form a first layer having a first width, and a color ink onto the first layer to form a second layer having a second width. When the second width is equal to or smaller than a threshold, the first width is equal to the second width, and when the second width is larger than the threshold, the first width is smaller than the second width.
