TIRE
A pneumatic tire includes circumferential grooves, lug grooves, land portions defined by the circumferential grooves and the lug grooves, and a narrow groove in the land portions that extends in a circumferential direction. At least one of the circumferential grooves that defines the land portions in which the narrow groove is disposed has an amplitude in a width direction while extending in the circumferential direction to be formed in zigzag shape including long and short portions having relatively different lengths. The narrow groove has one or more bent portions where an extension direction changes in the land portions to include a long portion and a short portion having relatively different lengths. The long portion of the narrow groove has an inclination direction in the width direction with respect to the circumferential direction in a direction opposite to the long portion of the at least one of the circumferential grooves.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A pneumatic tire according to an embodiment includes a main groove extending in a tire circumferential direction on a tread, and a plurality of protrusions protruding from a bottom of the main groove and connected to walls on both sides in a tire axial direction of the main groove. Each of the protrusions is provided with a narrow groove extending in an extending direction of the main groove and dividing the protrusion into both sides in the tire axial direction, and the bottom of the narrow groove is at a higher position than the bottom of the main groove.
Tire
A tire 1 includes a pair of crown circumferential grooves 30, a pair of shoulder circumferential grooves 31, a crown land portion 40, and a pair of middle land portions 41 and 42, the crown land portion 40 includes a main crown shallow groove 100 and at least two sub-crown shallow grooves 101 and 102 each extending so as to communicate with the crown circumferential groove 30 and the main crown shallow groove 100, the pair of middle land portions 41 and 42 include V-shaped slots 201 and 202, respectively, and the sub-crown shallow grooves 101 and 102 and the slots 201 and 202 are located so as to be substantially point-symmetrical about a midpoint between positions at which the adjacent sub-crown shallow grooves 101 and 102 communicate with the main crown shallow groove 100.
Pneumatic tire
A pneumatic tire includes: a first longitudinal groove and a second longitudinal groove extending in a tire circumferential direction; a first lateral groove extending obliquely with respect to a tire width direction and connected to the first longitudinal groove and the second longitudinal groove; a second lateral groove extending obliquely toward a side opposite to the first lateral groove with respect to a tire width direction and connected to the first longitudinal groove and the second longitudinal groove; and a trapezoidal block defined by the first longitudinal groove, the second longitudinal groove, the first lateral groove, and the second lateral groove. The block includes a first sipe and a second sipe extending obliquely toward opposite sides in the tire width direction.
IMPROVED TIRE
The present invention relates to a tyre (1) comprising:—a carcass (5);—at least one high elongation belt (1, 2, 3, 4), being applied as a single cord externally to said carcass (5); and—an external tread portion (6), provided with two or more grooves (7) extending according to a circumferential direction (L) around said tread portion (6), wherein the axial width (Wg) of at least one of said grooves (7), measured according to an axial direction (A) parallel to an axis of rotation (R) of said tyre (10) and orthogonal to said circumferential direction (L), is at most equal to 2 millimeters.
Pneumatic tire
In a pneumatic tire, an inner second land portion includes chamfered portions and lug grooves. The chamfered portions are on an edge portion on a tire ground contact edge side of the inner second land portion and widen chamfer widths on a road contact surface of the inner second land portion in a tire circumferential direction. The lug grooves terminate in the inner second land portion at one end portion and open to central portions in a longitudinal direction of the chamfered portions at another end portion. An outer second land portion and an outer shoulder land portion include closed lug grooves terminating in the outer second land portion at one end portion. The closed lug grooves extend in the tire width direction and penetrate a circumferential narrow groove. The closed lug grooves terminate in a ground contact surface of the outer shoulder land portion at another end portion.
Tire
A tire comprises a tread portion whose shoulder land part is provided with a narrow circumferential groove having an axially inner wall surface, an axially outer wall surface and a groove bottom including a deepest point. The axially inner wall surface has a radially inner curved portion concaved toward the axially inside, and the axially outer wall surface has a radially inner curved portion concaved toward the axially outside. the radially outer end of the radially inner curved portion of the axially inner wall surface is positioned radially inside the radially outer end of the radially inner curved portion of the axially outer wall surface.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A tire has a tread including: a first circumferential groove which is closest to a center in a tire width direction among a plurality of circumferential grooves; center land portions placed adjacent to the first circumferential groove at a side near the center in the tire width direction, and a lug groove which extends between a plurality of the center land portions, and which opens to a side near the first circumferential groove. A bridge having a bottom surface which is bulged is formed at a portion of the lug groove near the first circumferential groove. The bridge has a cross-sectional shape of a trapezoid with tapered surfaces in which side surfaces of the lug groove at an end near a center in a longitudinal direction and an end near the first circumferential groove are inclined with heights thereof reduced toward corresponding ends of the bridge.
PNEUMATIC TIRE
A tire according to an embodiment has a tread including a circumferential groove, and a lug groove connected to the circumferential groove and extending from a first side in a tire width direction to a second side. The tire includes two first raised portions formed in the circumferential groove on a groove bottom at a positions either side of an end of the lug groove on a side near the circumferential groove, a second raised portion formed on a groove bottom of a portion of the lug groove on a side near the circumferential groove, and a third raised portion formed at an intersection of the circumferential groove with an extension of the lug groove, on at least a part of a groove bottom of a portion surrounded in three directions by the two first raised portions and the second raised portion.
Heavy duty tire
