A pneumatic tire includes at least four circumferential main grooves that extend in a tire circumferential direction; and at least five land portions defined by the circumferential main grooves. The center land portion and the left and right second land portions each include through lug grooves that are inclined at a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the tire lateral direction and extend through the land portion in the tire lateral direction. The through lug grooves located in the center land portion and the through lug grooves located in the left and right second land portions extend in the tire lateral direction inclined in opposite directions to each other. At least one groove wall of each of the through lug grooves located in the left and right second land portions include a step-shaped bent portion that bends in the tire circumferential direction in a plan view of a tread.

A tire comprises a tread portion 2. The tread portion 2 comprises a plurality of first oblique grooves 10A extending obliquely from a first tread edge Te1 positioned on one side in a tire axial direction toward a tire equator C. Each of the first oblique grooves 10A comprises a main body portion 12 extending from the first tread edge Te1 without reaching the tire equator C and a branch portion 13 branching off from the main body portion 12 and extending to cross the tire equator. The branch portion 13 terminates without being connected with other grooves than the first oblique grooves 10A.

A tyre includes a tread portion including a tyre equator, a tread edge, a tread width which is a distance in a tyre axial direction from the tyre equator to the tread edge, a shoulder land portion including the tread edge. The shoulder land portion is provided with a plurality of first shoulder lateral grooves. Each first shoulder lateral groove includes an inner groove portion extending inwardly in the tyre axial direction of the tread edge and an outer groove portion extending outwardly in the tyre axial direction of the tread edge. Each first shoulder lateral groove, in a tread development view, has a groove area Sb of the outer groove portion extending in a region from the tread edge to an 125% position of the tread width is greater than a groove area Sa of the inner groove portion.

Pneumatic tire

A pneumatic tire comprises at least four main grooves extending in the tire circumferential direction on the tread surface, circumferential land portions and shoulder land portions partitioned and formed by these main grooves, and designation of a mounting direction with respect to a vehicle, wherein a plurality of lug grooves is formed at intervals in the tire circumferential direction in each of the plurality of circumferential land portions, extending in the tire width direction, communicating with the main groove on the vehicle inner side, not communicating with the main groove on the vehicle outer side, and terminating within the circumferential land portion.

In a pneumatic tire, a land portion includes a chamfered portion formed on an edge portion of the land portion on a ground contact edge side, and a lug groove and a narrow groove disposed correspondingly to the chamfered portion. The chamfered portion is formed on the edge portion on a ground contact edge side, and has a chamfered width that increases toward a circumferential direction in the road contact surface of the land portion. The lug groove terminates in the land portion on one end, and is opened to a central portion of the chamfered portion in a longitudinal direction on the other end. The narrow groove is opened to an edge portion of the land portion on an equatorial plane side on one end, and terminates in the vicinity of a maximum width position of the chamfered portion on the other end.
