TIRE INTERNAL PRESSURE MANAGEMENT DEVICE, TIRE INTERNAL PRESSURE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, AND TIRE INTERNAL PRESSURE MANAGEMENT METHOD
A tire internal pressure management device includes a data acquisition unit that acquires internal pressure time series data and temperature time series data of each tire mounted on a mobile body including an aircraft and a vehicle, a representative value calculation unit that calculates a representative value of internal pressure data subjected to temperature correction for each predetermined period, based on the acquired internal pressure time series data and temperature time series data, and an internal pressure filling timing prediction unit that predicts a timing when an internal pressure value falls below a threshold value that is set in advance as an internal pressure filling timing, based on a transition of the calculated representative value of the internal pressure data.
Tire condition detecting apparatus and tire condition monitoring apparatus
A tire condition detecting apparatus includes a condition detecting section, a transmission section, and a transmission-side control section. The transmission section is configured to transmit a signal that contains information related to the condition of the tire to a receiver, which includes a reception-side control section. The reception-side control section identifies the position of the wheel assembly in which the tire condition detecting apparatus is provided based on the received signal strength indication (RSSI) of the signal. The transmission-side control section is configured to cause a position detecting signal and an instruction signal to be transmitted from the transmission section to the receiver. The position detecting signal is configured to cause the reception-side control section to identify the position of the tire condition detecting apparatus. The instruction signal is transmitted before the position detecting signal is transmitted and instructs the reception-side control section to start obtaining the RSSI.

A device for detecting a pressure change in a tire includes a first temperature sensor located outside the tire being configured to produce a first temperature signal indicative of a first temperature, an input apparatus configured to receive the first temperature signal from the first temperatures sensor, and to receive a second temperature signal from a second temperature sensor being indicative of a second temperature, and to receive a tire pressure signal from a tire pressure sensor being indicative of a tire pressure of the tire, and a processor configured to output an evaluation signal including information about a change of tire pressure based on the pressure signal and based on the first temperature signal and the second temperature signal. The processor is configured to evaluate the pressure signal only if a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature is smaller than a predefined limit value.
Tire pressure monitoring apparatus and method
Provided is an apparatus for estimating an external temperature for monitoring a tire pressure. The apparatus includes a sensor transmitter configured to transmit stop time information which is obtained by measuring a stop time of a vehicle at certain intervals, by using wireless communication, and a sensor receiver configured to receive the stop time information through the wireless communication, and measure the external temperature by using the received stop time information.
AIR PRESSURE MONITORING APPARATUS FOR TIRE
An air pressure monitoring apparatus includes an air pressure acquisition unit, a pressure-adjustment determination unit, and a determination unit. The air pressure acquisition unit acquires data on the air pressure in a tire attached to a vehicle. The pressure-adjustment determination unit determines whether the air pressure in the tire has been adjusted. The determination unit determines whether the tire has a slow puncture based on time-course changes in the data on the air pressure. When the pressure-adjustment determination unit has determined that the air pressure in the tire has been adjusted, the determination unit corrects lastly acquired data on the air pressure and determines whether the tire has a slow puncture based on the corrected data on the air pressure.
Method of checking the pressure of an aircraft tire
A method of checking the pressure of a tire of an aircraft. A pressure reading is taken from the tire with a pressure sensor and wirelessly transmitted to a hand-held device. The hand-held device receives the pressure reading, an aircraft ID which uniquely identifies the aircraft, and a tire ID. The device then retrieves from a memory a reference pressure level associated in the memory with the aircraft ID and the tire ID; compares either the pressure reading, or an adjusted pressure based on the pressure reading, with the reference pressure level; and displays a warning if the pressure reading, or the adjusted pressure based on the pressure reading, is below the reference pressure level.
Aircraft tire pressure monitoring system
A monitoring system, having a processor, provides pressure warnings associated with a tire of an aircraft When the aircraft is stationary, the processor operates in a maintenance mode and receives a first pressure measurement indicating a pressure of the tire; compares the first pressure measurement with a maintenance mode low pressure threshold, and causes the flight deck display to display a low pressure warning associated if the first pressure measurement is below the maintenance mode low pressure threshold. When the aircraft is in motion, the processor operates in a flight mode and receives a second pressure measurement indicating a pressure of the tire, compares the second pressure measurement with an abnormal pressure threshold which is lower than the maintenance mode low pressure threshold, and causes the flight deck display to display an abnormal pressure warning if the second pressure measurement is below the abnormal pressure threshold.
