Refrigerant circuit for a vehicle air-conditioning system and method of air-conditioning a vehicle interior

The invention relates to a refrigerant circuit (10) of a vehicle air-conditioning system (12), in particular for electric vehicles, comprising a compressor unit (14) which includes a first compressor (16) and a second compressor (18) arranged downstream for compressing a refrigerant (20), a condenser (22) for heating air (24) which can be supplied to a vehicle interior, a first pressure reducing unit (26) arranged downstream of the condenser (22) for decompressing the refrigerant (20) from the condenser (22), a heat exchanger (28) through which refrigerant flows for heat exchange with vehicle ambient air (30), an evaporator (32) for cooling air (24) which can be supplied to a vehicle interior, and a second pressure reducing unit (34) arranged upstream of the evaporator (32) for decompressing the refrigerant (20) from the heat exchanger (28), the second compressor (18), the condenser (22) and the first pressure reducing unit (26) being bypassed in a cooling mode of the vehicle air-conditioning system (12), and the evaporator (32) and the second pressure reducing unit (34) being bypassed in a heating mode of the vehicle air-conditioning system (12). The invention furthermore relates to a method of air-conditioning a vehicle interior, in particular by means of the refrigerant circuit (10) described above.

A vehicular thermal management system includes: a refrigerant circulation line including a compressor, a high-pressure heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a plurality of expansion valves and a low-pressure heat exchanger; an air conditioning mode branch line configured to allow a refrigerant passing through the compressor and the high-pressure heat exchanger to circulate in the order of the outdoor heat exchanger and the low-pressure heat exchanger in an air conditioning mode; a heat pump mode branch line configured to allow the refrigerant passing through the compressor and the high-pressure heat exchanger to circulate by bypassing the outdoor heat exchanger and the low-pressure heat exchanger in a heat pump mode; and a refrigerant/oil recovery part configured to, when one of the branch lines is used, recover the refrigerant and oil in the other unused branch line to the compressor.

A heat pump system for a motor vehicle is disclosed. The heat pump system includes a refrigerant circuit that is flowable through by a refrigerant. The refrigerant circuit has a first partial circuit with a low pressure accumulator, a compressor, a heat pump heater, and an exterior heat exchanger. The refrigerant circuit has a second partial circuit with an evaporator and a chiller. The refrigerant circuit has a valve arrangement. The first partial circuit and the second partial circuit are fluidically connected with one another exclusively via the valve arrangement.

HEAT PUMP SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE

A heat pump system for the vehicle includes a valve, an electrical component cooling apparatus, a battery cooling apparatus, an internal heating apparatus, an internal cooling device, a centralized energy device, and a chiller for controlling a temperature of a battery module by use of a chiller in which a coolant and a refrigerant are heat-exchanged, and for recovering and using heat from various heat sources in a heating mode of a vehicle for indoor heating to improve heating efficiency.

VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER DEVICE

There is disclosed a vehicle air conditioner device which is capable of continuing air conditioning of a vehicle interior also in a case where a failure occurs in a solenoid valve to change a flow of a refrigerant in each operation mode. A vehicle air conditioner device 1 includes a solenoid valve 17 for cooling, a solenoid valve 21 for heating and a solenoid valve 22 for dehumidifying to switch respective operation modes of the vehicle air conditioner device. A controller changes and executes the respective operation modes of a heating mode, a dehumidifying mode, and a cooling mode. The controller has a predetermined air conditioning mode during failure, and failure detecting means for detecting failure of the solenoid valve. In a case where the failure detecting means detects that the solenoid valves fail in the respective operation modes, the controller selects the air conditioning mode during failure in which vehicle interior air conditioning by the operation mode is achievable, to continue the air conditioning of the vehicle interior.

VEHICLE AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE

A vehicle air-conditioning device includes: a first coolant-water circulation path in which coolant water passes through an engine ; a second coolant-water circulation path that is communicated with the first coolant-water circulation path and in which the coolant water passes through a vehicle-cabin radiator; a shutting off mechanism that shuts off, when switched to a shut-off state, the communication between the first coolant-water circulation path and the second coolant-water circulation path; and a refrigeration cycle. The refrigeration cycle has: a compressor for compressing cooling medium; a secondary evaporator in which the cooling medium absorbs heat from the coolant water in the first coolant-water circulation path; a secondary condenser that releases heat of the cooling medium that has absorbed the heat at the secondary evaporator to the coolant water in the second coolant-water circulation path; and a secondary expander that decompresses the cooling medium that has passed through the secondary condenser.

The evaporator performs a heat exchange between air and refrigerant after being decompressed in the decompressor before the air is heated in the auxiliary heat exchanger. The interior heat exchanger has a first heat exchanging portion and a second heat exchanging portion and performs a heat exchange between refrigerant flowing in the first heat exchanging portion and refrigerant flowing in the second heat exchanging portion. The first heat exchanging portion is disposed in a refrigerant path between the radiator and the decompressor and is connected to the auxiliary heat exchanger in series. The second heat exchanging portion is disposed in a refrigerant path between the evaporator and the compressor.

The heat management system enables efficient heat management of an electrical component and a battery in a vehicle, in addition to the cooling and heating of the vehicle, and can improve heat pump performance and system efficiency.

Vehicle air conditioner with changing operation mode

A vehicle air conditioner is capable of selecting and changing an optimum operation mode so that a desirable air conditioning performance can be exerted on conditions such as an environment and a set temperature. A controller changes and executes at least one of a heating mode, a dehumidifying and heating mode, a dehumidifying and cooling mode, and a cooling mode. In the dehumidifying and heating mode, the controller shifts to the dehumidifying and cooling mode on the basis of a situation where heat absorption in a heat absorber (9) runs short or heat radiation in a radiator (4) becomes excessive, and also in this dehumidifying and cooling mode, the controller shifts to the dehumidifying and heating mode on the basis of a situation where the heat radiation in the radiator (4) runs short.
