An adjustable sun visor apparatus having: a bar received into an open-pipe arm; an auxiliary visor panel; a ball; a plug; a tension spring; a ball compartment configured to house the ball and the plug and pivot around the ball; a vertical clip configured to receive a portion of the ball and to grip a sun visor; a bend-resistant spring configured to receive the plug and the open-pipe arm; a twin capsule configured to receive the ball and the tension spring; wherein the tension spring biases the bend-resistant spring downwards; such that a movement of the sun visor causes the bar to move within the open-pipe arm and thus prevents a movement of the auxiliary visor panel; such that the sun visor blocks light from the front and the auxiliary visor panel blocks light from the side in a vehicle.

A car sun shelter includes a component carrier, a shielding component positioned on the component carrier and driving component for driving the shielding component to be fully folded and unfolded to form sun shield at the predetermined position. A rotation system for a vehicle sun visor that includes a rod coupled to the vehicle sun visor, wherein the rod is configured to couple to a vehicle to support the vehicle sun visor within an interior of the vehicle, and the rod is configured to facilitate rotation of the vehicle sun visor about the rod. The rotation system also includes a contact element non-rotatably coupled to the rod. The rotation system further includes a biasing element configured to urge a contact surface against the contact element to control rotation of the vehicle sun visor about the rod.

An adjustable sun visor apparatus having: an arm received into an open tube; an auxiliary visor panel; a ball; a plug; a tension spring; a ball compartment configured to house the ball and the plug and pivot around the ball; a ball seat base configured to receive a portion of the ball; a bend-resistant spring configured to receive the plug and the arm; a first means and a second means for gripping a sun visor; the ball seat base being connected to the first means; wherein the tension spring biases the bend-resistant spring downwards; such that a movement of the sun visor causes the arm to move within the open tube and thus prevents a movement of the auxiliary visor panel; such that the sun visor blocks light from the front and the auxiliary visor panel blocks light from the side in a vehicle.

A visor assembly for a vehicle includes a visor body comprising adjacent hingedly connected panels each fabricated of a polarizing material. A closure is provided to hold the adjacent panels in a closed configuration. The assembly may further include an articulating mirror assembly whose movement is independent of any movement of the visor assembly.

A vehicle sun visor including: a sun visor main body that is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape that extends in a vehicle transverse direction, the sun visor main body having one long-side edge portion that is pivotably supported at a front portion of a ceiling inside a vehicle cabin, and the sun visor main body being set in a storage position along the ceiling as a result of another long-side edge portion being pivoted towards a vehicle body rear side; and a protruding portion that is formed on a bottom surface of the sun visor main body in a case in which the sun visor main body has been set in the storage position, and that protrudes towards a vehicle bottom side when seen in a side view from the vehicle transverse direction.

An extended-range sun visor assembly for a vehicle includes an arcuate track adapted for mounting to a vehicle roof panel whereby a first track segment extends vehicle-rearwardly and a second track segment extends vehicle-inwardly. A sun visor panel is slidably mounted to the arcuate track. The assembly may further include a bezel adapted to attach to and overlay the arcuate track. The bezel may include an integrated grab handle, and is configured to capture a portion of a vehicle headliner between the arcuate track and the bezel. The first track segment is dimensioned to allow the sun visor panel to translate vehicle-rearwardly to block glare entering a vehicle side window portion adjacent a vehicle B-pillar trim element, and the second track segment is dimensioned to allow the sun visor panel to translate vehicle-inwardly to block glare entering a vehicle windshield central portion.

A vehicle sun visor including: a sun visor main body that is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape that extends in a vehicle transverse direction, the sun visor main body having one long-side edge portion that is pivotably supported at a front portion of a ceiling inside a vehicle cabin, and the sun visor main body being set in a storage position along the ceiling as a result of another long-side edge portion being pivoted towards a vehicle body rear side; and a protruding portion that is formed on a bottom surface of the sun visor main body in a case in which the sun visor main body has been set in the storage position, and that protrudes towards a vehicle bottom side when seen in a side view from the vehicle transverse direction.
