Motor vehicle
A motor vehicle with at least one vehicle door includes a reinforcement component arranged in the lower section of the door body of the vehicle door. The reinforcement component is an open profile with lateral walls and an M-profile formed thereon which extend in the vehicle transverse direction in order to absorb forces acting in the vehicle transverse direction in the event of a load.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE AND VEHICLE
A body structure including an A-pillar, a door assembly, an engine compartment assembly and an upper longitudinal beam of engine compartment, and also includes a reinforcement plate of upper longitudinal beam, a first anti-crash beam, and a second anti-crash beam. The front end of the reinforcement plate of upper longitudinal beam is connected to the middle portion of the upper longitudinal beam of engine compartment. The rear end of the reinforcement plate of upper longitudinal beam is connected to the engine compartment assembly. The upper longitudinal beam of engine compartment and the reinforcement plate of upper longitudinal beam form a first triangle area on the engine compartment assembly. The first anti-crash beam and the second anti-crash beam are installed on the door assembly along a direction from the front to the rear of the vehicle body. The first anti-crash beam is located above the second anti-crash beam.
Side vehicle-body structure of vehicle
A side vehicle-body structure of a vehicle includes a rear door having a center pillar extending in a vehicle up-down direction built in a front portion of the rear door, and a front door having a door impact bar extending in a vehicle front-rear direction built in the front door. A rear end of the door impact bar is disposed to overlap with the center pillar in a vehicle side view, a reinforcement gusset that connects a lower portion of the front door and a rear portion of the door impact bar to each other is included in an inner portion of the front door, and a side sill extending in the vehicle front-rear direction is adjacently disposed below a connecting portion of a lower portion of the front door at which the lower portion of the front door is connected to the reinforcement gusset.
VEHICLE DOOR ASSEMBLY
A vehicle door assembly a first reinforcing bracket, a fastener and a vibration absorbing member. The first reinforcing bracket extends from a forward portion of an inner door panel to a rearward portion of the inner door panel. The first reinforcing bracket has a first main surface. The fastener is attached to the first reinforcing member such that a head portion thereof is spaced apart from of the first main surface. The vibration absorbing member has a main body with a first end and a second end. The first end has a slot that extends from an edge of the first end inward. The slot is dimensioned and shaped for sliding installation on to the fastener such that the first end of the vibration absorbing member is located between the head portion of the fastener and the first surface of the first reinforcing bracket.
DOOR STRUCTURE FOR VEHICLE
An inner panel of a door body includes an inner wall extending in a front-rear direction of a vehicle body on an inner side in a vehicle width direction, a connection wall extending toward an outer side in the vehicle width direction from the inner wall, and an outer wall extending in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body from an outer end of the connection wall in the vehicle width direction and joined to an outer panel. A door beam includes an arch-shaped beam body and a stay located on the outer side in the vehicle width direction with respect to an end of the beam body in a longitudinal direction. The rear end of the beam body is fixed to the inner wall. The stay has a front end fixed to the beam body and a rear end fixed to the outer wall.
CATCHER STRUCTURE OF DOOR BEAM
A catcher structure of a door beam is provided. A catcher mechanism is composed of an engaging hook connected to a rear end part of a door beam, and an insertion hole provided at a lower end part of a center pillar, which is a member on a vehicle body side. In a state in which a door is closed, the rear end part of the door beam, and the engaging hook and the insertion hole of the catcher mechanism are arranged at positions overlapping with each other when viewed from a vehicle width direction. The engaging hook includes a projection part projecting from the rear end part of the door beam toward an inner side in the vehicle width direction, and the insertion hole opens toward an outer side in the vehicle width direction.
Door structure of vehicle
A hinge reinforcement comprises a reinforcement face portion which faces a door-hinge attachment face portion, an inside connection portion which longitudinally extends in a direction approaching a door center from an inside end portion, in a vehicle width direction, of the reinforcement face portion and is fixed to a door inside face portion, a first joint portion which longitudinally extends in the direction approaching the door center from the reinforcement face portion and is fixed to an impact bar, and a second joint portion which longitudinally extends in a direction away from the door center from an outside end portion, in the vehicle width direction, of the reinforcement face portion and is fixed to a door flange portion.
Horizontal reinforcement for a motor vehicle door
The invention relates to a door (3) of a motor vehicle (1), having an outer wall and a lining (7) forming a casing (9), said casing (9) comprising: a main side reinforcement (17) extending longitudinally between a front edge (9A) and a rear edge (9C) of said casing (9); an upper reinforcement (15) extending longitudinally along an upper edge (9B) of said casing (9); an exterior opening control support (11) of the door (3), which is fixed to the upper reinforcement (15); the casing (9) further comprising: an auxiliary side reinforcement (21) which extends above the main side reinforcement (17) longitudinally between the front edge (9A) and the rear edge (9C) of the casing (9) and is fixed to the control support for the exterior opening (11) of the door (3).
Door beam structure
A door beam structure includes a door beam attached to a side door so as to extend along a longitudinal axis of a vehicle. The door beam has a curved shape extending outwardly along a transverse axis of the vehicle and is spaced apart from a door skin in an inward direction along the transverse axis as the door beam extends to opposite end portions, along the longitudinal axis, of the door beam. The door beam includes a first end portion located in a frontward direction along the longitudinal axis, the first end portion being opposite to a center pillar. The first end portion is provided with a crush box.
