Seat lifter
A seat lifter includes: an inner link for changing a height position of an inner lower arm with respect to a floor of a vehicle; an outer link for changing a height position of an outer lower area with respect to the floor; a coupling rod that couples the inner link to the outer link; a planetary gear mechanism capable of causing the coupling rod to rotate relative to the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm; a drive unit capable of driving the planetary gear mechanism; and a power transmission rod that transmits power of the drive unit to the planetary gear mechanism. The planetary gear mechanism is disposed between the inner lower arm and the outer lower arm. The drive unit is disposed outside the inner lower arm in the width direction or outside the outer lower arm in the width direction.
Mobile frame for seats and relative sliding seats system
A mobile frame for at least one seat of a means of transportation is disclosed. The mobile frame includes: a load-bearing structure suitable for supporting the seat, and an anchoring element coupled with the load-bearing structure to selectively constrain the mobile frame to the support surface of the transportation means. The anchoring element has a fixing mechanism that can be moved from a non-anchored configuration, wherein at least one fixing element is retracted inside the load-bearing structure to an anchored configuration, wherein the fixing element protrudes beyond the load-bearing structure in order to constrain the mobile frame to the support surface.
Track system having a rolling member
A support member may be configured for selective connection with and removal from track assemblies. A support member may include a body and a rolling member rotatably connected to the body to facilitate movement of the support member along a track. The rolling member may include a grooved configuration to limit movement of the support member relative to said track in a Y-direction. The rolling member may include a groove configured to engage a protrusion or ridge of said track. The rolling member may include a first portion and a second portion separated in an axial direction by the groove.
LONGITUDINAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE, METHOD FOR ADJUSTING A SEAT, AND MOTOR VEHICLE WITH THE SAME LONGITUDINAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
The present invention relates to a longitudinal seat adjustment device (1), comprising a rail (10) running along a longitudinal axis (X), a slide (20) with an electric drive device (40), by means of which the slide can be moved along the longitudinal axis (X) of the rail (10), and a first control unit (15) and a second control unit (25), wherein the first control unit (15) is fixedly connected to the rail (10) and the second control unit (25) is arranged on the slide (20), wherein the first control unit (15) and the second control unit (25) are connected via an electrical conductor (50) which can be energized by a voltage source (4) with a supply voltage (S1), wherein the second control unit (25) can control the drive device (40), and wherein the first control unit (15) and the second control unit (25) communicate via a communication signal (S2) that can be modulated to the supply voltage.
END CAP FOR A RAIL AND LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER
An end cap for a rail of a longitudinal adjuster has a covering portion, for covering an end-face end of the rail, and a fastening portion, for fastening the end cap to the rail. The fastening portion may be connected to the covering portion forming a four-bar-linkage coupling mechanism. The longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have at least one pair of rails which is formed from the first rail and the second rail, which is guided displaceably in the longitudinal direction relative to the first rail. At least the first rail or the second rail has at least one opening for the fastening of the end cap for an end of the respective rail. The longitudinal adjuster may have an end cap fastened in the opening.
Rail assembly having a carriage assembly
A rail assembly includes a track assembly, an elongate shaft mounted to the track assembly, and a carriage assembly received within the track assembly. The carriage assembly includes a body portion, an exterior surface of the body portion, a slider bracket fastened to the exterior surface of the body portion, and a gear box positioned within the slider bracket. The elongate shaft extends through the gear box.
DEVICE FOR PREVENTING ROTATION OF VEHICLE SEAT RAIL
A device for preventing rotation of a vehicle seat rail is described. The device prevents an upper rail on the center side of a vehicle from rotating when a forward load is applied to a vehicle seat, thereby preventing a lock plate from being fractured due to rotation of the upper rail.
Quick fitting and protection mechanism for wire harness in slide rail
A quick fitting and protection mechanism for a wire harness in a slide rail has a drag chain for the wire harness to be threaded through; a drag chain towing support connected to an upper slide rail and slidable in a slideway of a lower slide rail with the upper slide rail, where the drag chain towing support has a drag chain port, a wire harness outlet, and a first channel affording communication between the drag chain port and the wire harness outlet, where one end of the drag chain is connected to the drag chain port; a wire harness guide support having a wire harness entry, a wire harness exit, and a second channel affording communication between the wire harness entry and the wire harness exit, where the wire harness entry is in rotatable communication with the wire harness exit.
SEATING SOLUTIONS FOR A STATIONARY VEHICLE
A seating assembly for a vehicle includes a first seat including a first seat base coupled with a backrest. A second seat includes a seat back and a second seat base pivotably coupled with the seat back and moveable between a stowed position and a deployed position. A locking feature between the second seat base and the seat back is moveable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locking feature engages the second seat base in the locked position. The locking feature is disengaged from the second seat base in the unlocked position. A connection interface between the backrest and the seat back includes an engaging member and a receiving member. The engaging member selectively engages the receiving member to secure the second seat to the first seat in an attached configuration.
Quick Fitting and Protection Mechanism for Wire Harness in Slide Rail
A quick fitting and protection mechanism for a wire harness in a slide rail has a drag chain for the wire harness to be threaded through; a drag chain towing support connected to an upper slide rail and slidable in a slideway of a lower slide rail with the upper slide rail, where the drag chain towing support has a drag chain port, a wire harness outlet, and a first channel affording communication between the drag chain port and the wire harness outlet, where one end of the drag chain is connected to the drag chain port; a wire harness guide support having a wire harness entry, a wire harness exit, and a second channel affording communication between the wire harness entry and the wire harness exit.
