Seat Sliding Device
A seat sliding device includes a lower rail, an upper rail, a lever member, a lock member, a biasing member and an operation member. The upper rail includes a shaft member, and the lever member includes bearings engaging with the shaft member. Each of the left and right bearings has a surface in contact with the shaft member at one point in an up-down direction by being biased by the biasing member. In the pair of left and right bearings, a surface in contact with the shaft member in one bearing is formed as an arc-shaped surface with a radius slightly larger than an outer diameter of the shaft member, and a surface in contact with the shaft member in the other bearing is formed as a flat surface extending relative to the upper rail in the longitudinal direction.
Seat Sliding Device
A seat sliding device includes a lever member, a lock member, a biasing member and an operation member. The biasing member is formed of a bar-shaped member and includes a front acting portion configured to come in contact with the front end of the lever member to bias the front end of the lever member upward, a rear acting portion configured to come in contact with the rear end of the lever member to bias the rear end of the lever member upward, and an intermediate support portion formed between the front acting portion and the rear acting portion and engaged with a engaging portion formed in the upper rail. The engaging portion supports the intermediate support portion at a position rearward of a turning center of the lever member (shaft member).
SLIDING DEVICE FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A sliding device for a vehicle seat is provided. The sliding device includes a pair of parallel slideways, each of which comprises a lower rail, an upper rail slidably mounted to the lower rail and a latch for allowing/preventing a movement of the upper rail relative to the lower rail. A releasing member is provided for driving the latches to a position in which the upper rails are free to move relative to the lower rails. Each latch has a rear portion which is bent into a “U”-like shape and comprises a lower leg carrying latching elements configured to cooperate with corresponding latching elements provided in the lower rail and an upper leg configured to engage the releasing member. The design of the latches improves the reliability of the sliding device.
GUIDE DEVICE WITH LOCKING DEVICE
A guide device of a vehicle having a first guide paired with a fixture, a second guide that is paired with a structure of the vehicle and forms a guide track along which the fixture is movably guided in opposite track directions. A locking device has a first lock paired with the fixture and second lock paired with the structure of an X-locking mechanism which is used to releasably lock a movement along the track directions. A primary lock is paired with the fixture and a secondary lock is paired with the structure of a Z-locking mechanism via which a movement in a third direction for a removal out of the second guide can be releasably locked. The locking device has at least a first actuator and a second actuator via which the X-locking mechanism and/or the Z-locking mechanism can be moved between a locking position and a release position.
LONGITUDINAL ADJUSTER FOR A SEAT AND SEAT
A longitudinal adjuster for a seat, in particular vehicle seat, may have at least a fixed lower track and an upper track slidable coupled to the lower track, an adjustment device for longitudinally adjusting the upper track relative to the lower track, a latch mechanism to latch the upper track relative to the lower track, and an electromechanical device relatively coupled to the latch mechanism. The electromechanical device may be configured to bias the latch mechanism between a release position and a latch position, and upon release of the latch mechanism the adjustment device is actuated to drive the upper track relative to the lower track.
Manual unlocking lever for seat track
A track for a vehicle seat comprising: a lower rail; an upper rail, mounted sliding relative to the lower rail in a longitudinal direction; where a bolt has means of pivoting between a manual lever and an attachment part comprising a first part and a second part belonging respectively to the manual lever and of the attachment part, or vice versa, hinged one relative to the other around said axis of rotation. According to the present disclosure, the first part and the second part comprise means for clipping, mutually engaging, allowing an assembly of the manual lever and the attachment part by elastic deformation of the one at least of the clipping means belonging to the first part and/or to the second part.
REMOVABLE COMPONENT SYSTEM
A removable component system may include a vehicle, a plurality of removable components, one or more sensor assemblies, and/or an electronic control unit that may be connected to the one or more sensors. A method of operating the removable component system may include moving, via the electronic control unit, a first removable component of the plurality of removable components relative to a mounting surface of the vehicle, detecting a new removable component or removal of a second removable component of the plurality of removable components while moving the first removable component, and/or modifying the movement of the first removable component according to the detected new removable component and/or the removal of the second removable component.
VEHICLE SEATING SYSTEMS
A side facing seat includes a seat back element and a moveable seat base element disposed below the seat back element. The moveable seat base element is moveable at least between a stored position and a seating position. Movement of the moveable seat base element is controlled by an activation element that is configured to engage with a locking mechanism such that the locking mechanism is able to lock the moveable seat base element in the stored position or the seating position.
ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED SEAT SYSTEM WITH TILT-AND-SLIDE MODE
A seat system includes: a base; a seatback; at least one recliner connecting the base and the seatback to each other for pivoting of the seatback relative to the base; a slider coupled to the base and configured for sliding engagement with a track having a detent region and a tilt-and slide region; and an electronic controller, wherein without mechanical interlock between the recliner and the slider, the electronic controller causes the recliner to place the seatback in a non-passenger position when the slider is within the tilt-and-slide region, and causes the recliner to place the seatback in a passenger position when the slider is within the detent region.
