FRAME STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE SEAT
A frame structure of the vehicle seat includes: a seat frame that constitutes a seat surface part of the vehicle seat; a pinion that is rotatably attached to the seat frame, and protrudes from an outer side to an inner side in a vehicle width direction; a drive input gear that is disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the seat frame, is rotatable about a rotary shaft at a position different from the pinion, and enmeshes with the pinion; a reinforcement member that is disposed between the seat frame and the drive input gear in the vehicle width direction, and is fixed to the seat frame; and a support member that is disposed on the inner side in the vehicle width direction with respect to the seat frame with the drive input gear and the reinforcement member interposed therebetween, supports part of the pinion, and is fixed to the seat frame, and part of the support member comes into contact with the seat frame through an insertion part provided to the reinforcement member.
CLUTCH UNIT
Provided is a clutch unit in which an output-side outer ring member is attached to a base plate without welding. A clutch unit (100) includes an output-side clutch (60) and a housing (11) that accommodates the output-side clutch (60). The output-side clutch (60) includes an output-side outer ring member (62). The output-side outer ring member (62) and the housing (11) have an engagement protrusion (62s) and an engagement groove (11s) that engage with each other to restrict relative rotation therebetween.
VEHICLE SEATING SYSTEMS
A side facing seat includes a seat back element and a moveable seat base element disposed below the seat back element. The moveable seat base element is moveable at least between a stored position and a seating position. Movement of the moveable seat base element is controlled by an activation element that is configured to engage with a locking mechanism such that the locking mechanism is able to lock the moveable seat base element in the stored position or the seating position.
Lifter device
A lifter device includes a pinion gear and a rotation control device that is configured to control rotation of the pinion gear. The rotation control device includes a rotation shaft, a support member, a rotation driving mechanism, and a lock mechanism. The rotation drive mechanism includes a feed gear, and a plurality of feed pawls. The lock mechanism is configured to release locking of the rotation shaft until any one of the feed pawls meshes with the feed gear when an operation handle is operated. A plurality of the feed pawls are provided with respect to either operation direction on a seat lifting side or lowering side of the operation handle, and one of the feed pawls meshes with the feed gear when at least one of the others of the feed pawls does not mesh with the gear.
ECCENTRICITY PREVENTION DEVICE FOR PUMPING DEVICE
The present invention relates to an eccentricity prevention device for a pumping device, which reduces an eccentric movement of an internal component due to an external force while reducing a free movement of a pumping lever, the eccentricity prevention device including a lever bracket coupled to the pumping lever, a housing having a clutch device provided therein and coupled to a position facing the lever bracket by the clutch device, and an elastic member elastically supported on the lever bracket while providing an elastic restoring force in a direction in which an eccentric movement of the clutch device being bent with respect to a rotation axis is canceled.
MOTORIZED DRIVE DEVICE FOR RAISING A VEHICLE SEAT
A motorized drive device for a vehicle seat having a squab in particular with raising, the device comprising an actuator and an actuator housing containing a reduction gear, an output member, mounted to rotate about an axis, the output member comprising a peripheral rim, a friction ring mounted around the output member and rotationally integral with the output member, the friction ring comprising a skirt, the actuator housing comprising an inner bearing optionally provided with a plurality of inner radial protrusions for receiving the skirt, the skirt coming into contact at least against the inner bearing in order to generate a continuous friction between the output member forming a rotating part and the inner bearing forming a fixed part.
Seat lifter device
A seat lifter device includes: an output shaft; a support unit that supports the output shaft; an input unit; a ratchet-type feed unit configured to transmit rotation of the input unit to the output shaft; a lock unit configured to lock rotation of the output shaft relative to the support unit; a friction generation unit configured to apply a friction force between a rotation member and the support unit in response to an operation of the input unit rotating in a direction in which the seat is lowered; and a slippage preventing unit. When the input unit rotates in the direction in which the seat is lowered and the output shaft rotates preceding to the feed unit against the friction force to slip, the slippage preventing unit is fitted to the support unit by an elastic force in response to slippage of the output shaft to stop the slippage.
SEAT FRAME
The present invention relates to a seat frame with reduced weight due to not including a cushion side frame, the seat frame comprising: a pair of rails; a cushion frame which supports a cushion and has a closed cross-sectional shape; front links which connect the rails to the cushion frame on the front side; rear links which connect the rails to the cushion frame on the rear side; and connection brackets which connect the rear links to a seatback frame.
Clutch unit
A clutch unit includes a lever-side clutch section configured to control transmission and interruption of rotational torque input by a rotation of an operation lever, and a brake-side clutch section configured to transmit the rotational torque from the lever-side clutch section to an output side and interrupt rotational torque that is reversely input from the output side. The lever-side clutch section includes a side plate to which the operation lever is fixed and an outer ring member that fits with the side plate. The brake-side clutch section includes a cover whose rotation is restricted. An angle regulating part configured to regulate a rotation angle of the operation lever is disposed radially inside of outer peripheral edges of the outer ring member and the cover and includes a claw of the outer ring member and a through hole of the cover.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat (11) includes a seat frame (22a) having an opening (46) in a plate-shaped part (43), and an actuator (31) mounted on the plate-shaped part (43). Accordingly, it is possible to provide a vehicle seat that further contributes to quietness in the interior of a vehicle.
