Seat reclining device for vehicle
A seat reclining device for a vehicle is configured such that an operating surface section and a projection of a pole are disposed at locations separate from each other along the radial direction of a body surface section, and are half-punched from the body surface section in one direction along the axial direction so as to form projections. A pressed surface section of the pole is provided on an edge surface of the body surface section formed on the other side in the axial direction of the operating surface section along with the half-punched projection of the operating surface section.
RECLINING DEVICE AND SEAT
An internal gear includes a thin annular portion and a thick annular portion whose outside diameters are the same and whose inside diameters are different are continuously provided integrally in an axial direction, and an outer peripheral surface of the thin annular portion and the thick annular portion is formed in a substantially L shape in a flush cross section. Therefore, a conventionally substantially convex section formed with the memory internal teeth does not become the weak point in terms of strength. An axial outer end surface of the thick annular portion of the internal gear is formed to be substantially flat, and the coupling cover member is fixed to the thick annular portion to be coupled to a frame of a seat cushion or a seat back.
Seat reclining device for vehicle
A seat reclining device includes a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable relative to each other, a pawl capable of restricting relative rotation between the ratchet and the guide, and a rotation cam that pushes and moves the pawl. The pawl has an eccentric structure in which the pawl is pressed and inclined to one side in the rotation direction due to a pressing force received from the rotation cam, and has a first protrusion that restricts the inclination of the pawl by contact with a guide wall that the first protrusion faces.
RECLINER HANDLE WITH OVERLOAD PROTECTION DEVICE
A recliner handle with an overload protection device is provided for a vehicle seat having a recliner attached to a recliner B-bracket. The recliner handle is attached to a handle spline having a disc shaft aperture configured to engage with a disc shaft of the recliner. A stop flange attached to the handle spline is configured to frictionally engage with an overload stop attached to the recliner B-bracket. The handle spline is rotatable in a first rotational direction between a first position wherein the stop flange is frictionally engaged with the overload stop and the disc shaft aperture is disengaged from the disc shaft and a second position wherein the disc shaft aperture engages the disc shaft. Rotation of the handle spline in a second rotational direction from the first position is restricted by the stop flange frictionally engaged with the overload stop.
ADJUSTMENT FITTING FOR A VEHICLE SEAT AND VEHICLE SEAT
An adjustment fitting for adjusting an inclination of a backrest of the vehicle seat may have a first fitting part, and a second fitting part which is pivotable about a central axis of rotation relative to the first fitting part and is connectable to the backrest of the vehicle seat. The first fitting part and the second fitting part may be components both of a gear unit, such as a planetary gear, of the adjustment fitting and of a locking device, such as a detent lock, of the adjustment fitting. A vehicle seat having the adjustment fitting is also disclosed.
ADJUSTMENT FITTING FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
An adjustment fitting for a vehicle seat for adjusting an inclination of a backrest of the vehicle seat may have a first fitting part connectable to a seat substructure of the vehicle seat. The fitting may also have a second fitting part pivotable about an axis relative to the first fitting part and connectable to the backrest of the vehicle seat. The first fitting part and the second fitting part may be constituent parts both of a gearing unit of the adjustment fitting and of a locking unit of the adjustment fitting.

DETENT FITTING FOR A VEHICLE SEAT
A detent fitting for use in a vehicle seat including a first fitting part and a second fitting part rotatable relative to each other about an axis of rotation, four locking elements movably mounted relative to the first fitting part, configured to move to a locking position in engagement with a toothing of the second fitting part, and a cam element rotatably mounted relative to the first fitting part and including a plurality of cams for supporting the locking elements in the locking position, so that each of the locking elements contacts an associated cam at a support point. Two of the support points are arranged closer to each other than the other support points.
Occupant support
An occupant support includes a seat bottom and a seat back coupled to the seat bottom and arranged to extend upwardly away from the seat bottom in a normal-seating configuration. The seat back is pivotable relative to the seat bottom between a plurality of positions. The seat back may be changed from an upright position to a folded-forward position.
