VEHICLE SEAT RECLINING DEVICE
A vehicle seat reclining device includes: a ratchet and a guide assembled to be rotatable relative to each other; a plurality of pawls respectively supported by a plurality of corresponding pairs of guide walls of the guide and configured to mesh with the ratchet; and a cam configured to press the pawls in a radial direction by a biasing force of a lock spring. The guide has: welding dowels configured to be welded to a seat frame, the respective welding dowels being formed between the respective pairs of guide walls; and a hooking hole formed between a specific pair of guide walls, an end portion of the lock spring being hooked in the hooking hole. In a state before the welding dowels are welded to the seat frame, a width between the specific pair of guide walls is larger than a width between another pair of guide walls.
RECLINER HANDLE WITH OVERLOAD PROTECTION DEVICE
A recliner handle with an overload protection device is provided for a vehicle seat having a recliner attached to a recliner B-bracket. The recliner handle is attached to a handle spline having a disc shaft aperture configured to engage with a disc shaft of the recliner. A stop flange attached to the handle spline is configured to frictionally engage with an overload stop attached to the recliner B-bracket. The handle spline is rotatable in a first rotational direction between a first position wherein the stop flange is frictionally engaged with the overload stop and the disc shaft aperture is disengaged from the disc shaft and a second position wherein the disc shaft aperture engages the disc shaft. Rotation of the handle spline in a second rotational direction from the first position is restricted by the stop flange frictionally engaged with the overload stop.
BACKREST ADJUSTING MECHANISM AND A SEAT WITH THE SAME
The backrest adjusting mechanism comprises a base, a cushion, a supporting frame, a backrest, an air pressure rod, a connecting rod and a steel wire core; the cushion is fixed to a top of the adjusting base; the supporting frame is rotationally connected to a rear end of the adjusting base; the backrest is fixed on the supporting frame; the air pressure rod is rotationally connected with the supporting frame; the rear end of the base is provided with a fixing frame; the connecting rod is rotationally connected with the fixing frame and a movable rod; the connecting rod and the fixing frame are provided with a limiting block; when the backrest is used, two of the limiting block are propped against each other to fix the backrest at a specific position.
Occupant support
An occupant support includes a seat bottom and a seat back coupled to the seat bottom and arranged to extend upwardly away from the seat bottom in a normal-seating configuration. The seat back is pivotable relative to the seat bottom between a plurality of positions. The seat back may be changed from an upright position to a folded-forward position.
Shafted recliners dual decoupling system
An occupant support adapted for use in a vehicle includes a seat bottom coupled to a floor of the vehicle and a seat back configured to pivot about a seat-back pivot axis relative to the seat bottom between an upright position and a folded-forward position. The occupant support further includes a seat-motion controller configured to control movement of the seat back relative to the seat bottom.
Vehicle Seat and Angle Adjustment Device Thereof
A vehicle seat and an angle adjustment device thereof. The angle adjustment device comprises an unlock cam (3), a ratchet wheel (2) provided with internal teeth, and a plurality of slide blocks (4) disposed circumferentially and provided with external teeth. The angle adjustment device further comprises a plurality of extension and retraction blocks (6) corresponding to the slide blocks (4), wherein the extension and retraction block (6) is capable of driving the slide block (4) to move outwards in a radial direction so as to engage the internal teeth with the external teeth. A second elastic member (52) is provided between two adjacent extension and retraction blocks (6), and two ends of the second elastic member (52) in a deformation direction are respectively connected to the unlock cam (3) and the extension and retraction block (6).
Recliner mechanism for seat assembly and method of manufacturing
A method for manufacturing a recliner heart may include supporting a guide plate of the recliner heart with a first support member, positioning a first block onto the guide plate opposite the first support member, positioning a second block in a recess of the guide plate, and applying a force to the first block. The second block may be disposed in the recess such that a gap is formed between the guide plate and the second block. A force may be applied to the first block such that material of the guide plate moves into the gap formed between the guide plate and the second block.
Reclining apparatus
A reclining apparatus includes an inner tooth member, an outer tooth member, a pair of wedges, an urging member that urges the pair of wedges, and a striker that moves the pair of wedges. Each of the pair of wedges includes a wedge body, a first end portion, a second end portion, and a protrusion. The striker includes a pair of pressing portions that presses the protrusion. Each of the pressing portions includes a pressing site having a pressing surface that presses the protrusion, and a movement restraining site that is provided on an opposite side of the pressing surface in the pressing site and restrains the wedge from moving.
Seat recliner for vehicle
A seat recliner for a vehicle includes parts which are respectively used in opposite sides of a seat and compatible with each other. The seat recliner includes: a first flange having guide parts, guide spaces, and a first through hole; a plurality of lock gears having a guide protrusion; a lock cam having a second through hole; a control part having a third through hole and a guide slit; and a shaft penetrating through the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole so that the shaft rotates with the lock cam and the control part.
