The alert device is thereby activable to emit an alert signal when the first restraining device is in the deployed position and the second restraining device in the idle position.

The first and second protrusions are configured to be received by the first and second receiving wells, respectively. The cam is positioned within the cavity of the body and is rotatable between an open position and a closed position. An anchor extends between the seat base and the seatback and is operably coupled with the anchor housing when the cam is in the closed position.
