CHILD SAFETY SEAT
A child safety seat includes: a base; a connector pivotally connected to the base via a pivot shaft and configured to be connected to a locking interface associated with the vehicle seat; and a damper configured to maintain the connector in the initial pivotal position.
Vehicle seat
A vehicle seat with a child seat may have an engagement member, comprising anchors to hold the child seat. Each anchor may have a pair of left and right side bars and a front bar coupled to the side bars. The front bars are engaged with the engagement member. The side bars are secured by brackets to a connecting pipe of the seat cushion or the seatback. Each recess may be made in a pad. A trim cover may have openings each above the recess. The engagement member may have a bifurcated shape and has a groove engaged with the front bar. The connecting members, having one end connected to a trim cover terminal behind the opening and the other end engaged with the bracket, may be wound around the connecting pipe and stretched between the bracket and the trim cover terminal, each drawing the terminal into the recess.
Conveyance seat with a slide rail including a lower rail and an upper rail
A conveyance seat includes: a seat back; a seat cushion which includes a pair of cushion side frames extending in a front to back direction of the seat; a slide rail which slides the seat back and the seat cushion in the front to back direction of the seat; a connecting member connecting the seat cushion and the slide rail; and a first rotation portion which-rotatably connects the connecting member to the slide rail, the seat cushion is movable from a first height position to a second height position below the first height position in an up and down direction of the seat, and when the seat cushion moves to the second height position, the first rotation portion is disposed at the same height position as the slide rail in a side view of the conveyance seat to suppress an increase in size of the seat.
SEAT FOR A VEHICLE
A seat for a vehicle is equipped with a seat frame comprising general steel pipes, cushioning bodies suspended by the seat frame, and a skin covering the cushioning bodies. The seat frame has on an outer side a frame member in which a side portion provided vertically and an upper portion provided horizontally on an upper side are bent into L-shape at a corner portion, and the corner portion is provided with a lock member to be locked to a vehicle body of said vehicle.
VEHICLE SEAT
A seat for a motor vehicle includes a cap in the seat back for covering an ISOFIX bar. The cap includes a cap body and a grip portion. The grip portion includes a scoop portion in the cap body for receiving a hand and an indented portion longitudinally forward of the scoop. A second seat for a motor vehicle includes a frame and an inner cover on the frame. The inner cover being generally L-shaped and located on a laterally inward side of the frame. The inner cover includes a smooth lower external surface and a smooth and recessed external upper surface.
VEHICLE SEAT
A vehicle seat includes: a seat back; a seat cushion; an engagement portion having a U-shaped portion that is configured to engage with an attachment mechanism of a child safety seat; and a cover member adapted to cover at least a portion of the engagement portion. The engagement portion is disposed between a seat back and a seat cushion. The cover member includes: a flap having one end fixed to a cover of the vehicle seat and the other end serving as a free end; and a tab provided on an upper or lower surface of the flap, the tab projecting on an inner side of the U-shaped portion when the free end is inserted between the seat back and the cover member or between the seat cushion and the engagement portion.
Child safety seat
A child safety seat includes a seat shell having two sidewalls respectively provided at a left and a right side of the seat shell for restricting sideways movement of a child sitting on the seat shell, the two sidewalls including a first and a second sidewall, a buffering part movably connected with the seat shell, the buffering part being movable between a stowed position retracted toward the first sidewall and a deployed position protruding sideways from the first sidewall, a spring for biasing the buffering part toward the stowed position, and a latching mechanism including a latch carried with the buffering part, the latch being movable between a locking state for locking the buffering part in the deployed position and an unlocking state for unlocking the buffering part so that the buffering part is rotatable relative to the seat shell.
ADAPTIVE ANCHORING DEVICE
Various implementations include a child restraint anchoring system. The system includes one or more anchors configured for coupling to a support frame of a vehicle seat. The one or more anchors are automatically movable from a retracted position to an extended position. The one or more anchors are closer to the support frame in the retracted position than in the extended position.
Vehicle seating assembly that aids in coupling of an auxiliary seat
A vehicle seating assembly includes a seat base with a support structure, a seatback pivotably coupled to the seat base, a first anchor access point positioned in the seat base, a second anchor access point positioned in the seat base and laterally disposed relative to the first anchor access point, a seat surface of the seat base. The seat surface includes a lower portion and a rearward portion. The rearward portion is positioned rearward of the lower portion. The rearward portion is arranged at an angle relative to the lower portion such that the rearward portion and the lower portion are non-parallel to one another. The seat surface is an occupant-facing surface.
Vehicle occupant support
Child restraint system in a vehicle with features to support and ensconse the head and shoulders of an occupant during lateral impact to the vehicle.
