Headrest
The invention relates to a headrest for a seat, in particular for a vehicle seat, having a base (11) mounted on at least one support post (12a, 12b) on the seat and displaceable relative to the support post, having a latch (16) moveable between a locking position and a release position and capable of locking the base in at least one position relative to the support post, the latch comprising first holding means (46) on the base (11) and second holding means (47) on the support post (12a, 12b), the first holding means being formed on a slide (19) moveably mounted on the base (11) such that the first holding means and the second holding means are in engagement in the locking position and are in disengagement in the release position.
Head rest
A headrest is provided including a movable unit that can be shifted to multiple positions in the front-rear direction in a normal mode. A headrest includes first and second headrest pillars, a stationary unit disposed between the first and second headrest pillars, a movable unit movable apart from or close to the stationary unit toward a front or rear direction, an X linkage connecting the stationary unit to the movable unit and including an inside linkage segment and an outside linkage segment rotatably connected each other at a central connecting intersection, and a front-rear locking mechanism including a lock receiver and a locking component engageable with the lock receiver, to lock or unlock the movable unit movable relative to the stationary unit toward the front or rear direction.

Console
A vehicle passenger is provided with a console for mounting an entertainment apparatus, the console being coupled to the back of a more forwardly located seat by headrest retaining clips of the kind adapted to hold posts of a height adjustable headrest for the seat at a height selected position. In one arrangement, the console is sandwiched between the headrest retaining clips and the top of the seat back. In an alternative arrangement, the console incorporates integral headrest retaining clips that replace the conventional headrest retaining clips.
SUPPORT BRACKET AND HEADREST WITH SUPPORT BRACKET
Inter alia, the invention relates to a support bracket (12) with two bar regions bracket on a vehicle seat, with a traverse (15) connecting the bar regions pivotally supporting a head contact part (11) of a headrest (10), and with locking means of a latch (17) for blocking pivoting the head contact part (11).
The special feature is that the traverse (15) is made of plastic or a composite material and comprises attachment regions for securing to a support rod (13a, 13b) or is integrally connected with bar regions.

SLIDING SLEEVE AND HEADREST ARRANGEMENT
A sliding sleeve (6, 60) for fixing in a securing support (5, 50). The sliding sleeve (6, 60) includes a sleeve body (6.2, 60.2) with a coupling section (6.3, 60.3) with at least one flexible coupling face (6.4, 60.4) for bearing against the securing body (5, 50).
Bearing for use in sliding head restraint
The present disclosure relates to bearings, guide sleeves and head restraint assemblies for automobiles.

Straight guide and headrest with straight guide
Among other things, the invention relates to a straight guide with at least two support rods (12a, 12b), wherein each support rod is movably guided within amount (15a, 15b) and can be secured with a latch (16) with relation to the amount (15a, 15b), wherein the latch (16) comprises at least one elastically deformable strip (17) that is permanently arranged relative to the mount, having at least one freely movable end section (18a, 18b), wherein each end section (18a, 18b) interacts with at least one notch (23). It was the object of the invention to create a straight guide with a latch, where the possibilities of arranging an actuation of the latch are more versatile. The uniqueness lies in the fact that the actuator comprises a slider (27) with at least one actuating projection (33) that can be moved in at least one first direction (x1, x2), and in at least one second direction (y1, y2) and that a movement actuator (34) is provided that redirects the slider (27) into the first direction in such a way when it is moved into the second direction (y1, y2) that the actuating projection (33) moves the latch (16) into the released position.
