An adjuster mechanism includes a housing having a neck and an adjustment shaft extending from the housing. The adjustment shaft is engageable in a reflector of a headlamp. An input shaft extends through the neck of the housing and rotation thereof causes movement of the adjustment shaft. At least one lobe is situated on the input shaft so as to create a non-circular interference fit that establishes a resistance to rotation of the input shaft.

A headlamp adjustment system is applied on a head lamp. The head lamp includes a lens cover, a housing and a reflector. The headlamp adjustment system includes a fixing member, a screw member, a jointing member, a flexible shaft member and a mounting assembly. The fixing member is fixedly disposed on the housing and includes a through hole. The through hole is communicated with a through opening of the housing. The screw member includes a front end and a rear end. The front end is passed through the through opening to be connected to the reflector, and the rear end is passed through the through hole to be exposed out of the housing. The jointing member is connected between the screw member and the flexible shaft member. The mounting assembly is restrictedly disposed in the lens cover and connected to the flexible shaft member.

The optical axis adjustment device includes an engine temperature acquirer, a displacement amount calculator, and an optical axis adjuster. The engine temperature acquirer is configured to acquire a temperature in an engine compartment of the vehicle. The displacement amount calculator is configured to calculate a displacement amount of the optical axis on a basis of the acquired temperature. The optical axis adjuster is configured to adjust the optical axis of the headlamp unit on a basis of the calculated displacement amount.

A vehicle lamp having a switching structure for low-beam and high-beam headlights is provided. The LED light source and the electromagnet are disposed on the heat dissipating device, and the light-shaping plate is rotatably disposed on the electromagnet. The driving rod is disposed between the electromagnet and the light-shaping plate, and the electromagnet drives the driving rod to synchronously drive the light-shaping plate to be moved to a first position or a second position. The intermediate plate is replaceably connected between the lens unit and the heat dissipating device.
