Horseshoe and Fastening Mechanism, and Method of Use Thereof
The present invention relates to a horseshoe assembly including a horseshoe, a fastening mechanism and a flowable shock absorber, the horseshoe defining at least one channel on a hoof engaging face of the horseshoe and at least one injection port on the ground engaging face of the horseshoe, and a method of using the horseshoe assembly.
HORSE SHOE SYSTEM
A polymer horse shoe having one or more cuffs having holes. The horse shoe is configured for securement to a horse hoof with alternative means, including a liner secured with an acrylic type glue, or with a gap-filling adhesive dispensed on the cuffs and an interconnected hole/channel system.

Shaped Cuff for Use with Equine Shoe
A cuff that is a semi-rigid polymer having a U-shaped base and integral wall partially circumnavigating said base. The base has screw holes for attachment to a shoe and the wall has button holes for attachment to a hoof. An equine cuff-and-shoe assembly is also provided where the cuff is attached to an equine shoe, preferable a shoe that covers substantially all the underside of a hoof. Additionally, the assembly can include an orthotic and/or a pulsing bladder that fits beneath the equine hoof on the inside top of the cuff assembly when the shoe/cuff assembly is employed. Method of use are also described.

Equine shoe with concave topside
An equine shoe structure and assembly that provides a cushioning effect on the equine hoof and legs, covers substantially all the underside of a hoof, and provides an upper concave surface shaped to mate with a rounded shaped equine hoof. An apparatus to convert a flat topped shoe to concave is also provided along with methods of use for the apparatus and shoe.
