A brake hydraulic pressure unit 1 includes a housing 2 and a valve case 3. The housing 2 includes a base body 6. The base body 6 includes a first side face 7, a second side face 8, and a third side face 9. The first side face 7, the second side face 8, and the third side face 9 are perpendicular to one another. The base body 6 includes an inlet valve hole 10, an outlet valve hole 11, a master cylinder port 12, a wheel cylinder port 13, and a reservoir port 14. The inlet valve hole 10 and the outlet valve hole 11 are open on the first side face 7. The master cylinder port 12 and the wheel cylinder port 13 are provided on the second side face 8. The reservoir port 14 is provided on the third side face 9.

Electromagnetic valve

In an electromagnetic valve in which a valve body unit is housed in a housing, the unit has a plunger including a groove portion at its cylindrical outer peripheral face. The groove portion extends in the cylinder axis direction and moves in the cylinder axis direction by an electromagnetic force generated by an electromagnetic coil. A rod is secured to the plunger and abuts against a valve seat for opening and closing the valve when the plunger is moved to close the valve and releasing the abutment of the rod against the seat when the plunger is moved to open the valve. A cylindrical sleeve covers the outer peripheral face of the plunger and is configured integrally with the plunger. A communication passage defined by the groove portion of the plunger and the inner peripheral face of the sleeve extends in the cylinder axis direction.

An upper surface of the armature is recessed to form an insertion recess, a buffer member buffers an impact between the armature and the valve dome, the buffer member includes a support part between the upper surface of the armature and the valve dome and buffers and supports the armature, and an insertion part connects to the support part and inserted into the insertion recess.

An electromagnetically actuated valve includes at least one sleeve, a magnet core arranged in a fixed manner in the at least one sleeve, a magnet armature configured to actuate a valve element and arranged so as to be axially movable, and an elastically deformable flat spring element held in a clampable manner between a core end face of the magnet core facing the magnet armature and an armature end face of the magnet armature facing the magnet core. The spring element is configured to form at least one contact point with the armature end face and the core end face. The core end face defines a stepped configuration in a radial extent having at least two successive steps.

A solenoid valve according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in a valve block and controls flow between a first flow path and a second flow path of the valve block. The solenoid valve includes: a seat member having an orifice that fluidly connects the first flow path and the second flow path; an armature configured to selectively open and close the orifice through a forward and backward movement so as to selectively form a main flow path connecting the first flow path and the second flow path; a magnet core configured to provide a driving force capable of causing movement of the armature for selective formation of the main flow path; a filter member installed so as to filter out impurities contained in oil flowing between the first flow path and the second flow path; and a check valve structure configured to form a unidirectional auxiliary flow path connecting the first flow path and the second flow path. The check valve structure includes: one or more oil passages provided in the filter member; and a lip seal disposed in a space connected to the oil passage. The lip seal is disposed in a space between the filter member and the valve block so as to be installed in a state supported by the filter member and the valve block.

All of the terminals are connected to the one control board.
