10794509 · 2020-10-06 · ·

A valve cartridge for a magnet valve has a capsule, an armature movable within the capsule, a valve insert, and a valve body. One end of the valve insert inserted into the capsule, and a valve seat of the valve body inserted into a second end of the valve insert. The armature moves a plunger within the valve insert. The plunger has a base body and a closing body. A closing element of the closing body sealingly plunges into the valve seat. The base body includes an equalization groove, which enables volume equalization between a sealing region and an armature chamber. The plunger has a closed cylindrical outer contour on the end thereof facing the armature, which forms a radial guide of the plunger in the valve insert, and an axial recess, which overlaps with the equalization groove and is connected to the armature chamber via a radial recess.

Adjustable magnetic valve

An adjustable magnetic valve includes a magnet assembly and a guide sleeve in which a static component is arranged fixedly and a valve armature is arranged so as to be axially displaceable therein. The magnet assembly is pushed onto the static component and the guide sleeve. The static component forms an axial stop for the valve armature, which either forces a closing element into a valve seat or lifts the closing element from the valve seat depending on the direction in which the valve armature is driven. The valve armature and the static component are each formed as plastic components. The valve armature has a magnet receptacle that receives a permanent magnet, which is polarized in terms of its movement direction such that the permanent magnet is arranged within the magnet assembly regardless of the armature stroke.

A valve operating member includes a valve support portion, which supports a valve disk while allowing the valve disk to move relative to the valve operating member in a direction of an axis. An elastic member is disposed inside a valve chest. The elastic member constantly urges the valve disk toward the valve seat in the direction of the axis to cause the valve disk to be seated on the valve seat with an urging force. The valve support portion includes a valve engagement portion, which is engaged with an engaged portion of the valve disk seated on the valve seat, and separates the valve disk apart from the valve seat. When the valve disk is seated on the valve seat, the valve engagement portion is not in contact with the valve disk in the direction of the axis.

Controlled brake solenoid valve

A controlled brake solenoid valve assembly includes a housing defining a channel. An actuating member including an armature and a plunger slidably disposed in the channel. A head portion extends outwardly from the plunger to a distal end. A drawn seat includes a narrowed portion disposed in the channel and defines a first compartment, a shoulder, and a hole. An elastic member disposed in the channel to bias the actuating member away from the drawn seat to define an opened position. The actuating member includes an actuator for moving the plunger from the opened position to a closed position. The distal end includes a restricting member, disposed in the hole, extending outwardly from the distal end, spaced from the terminal end, for providing annular fluid flow. A restricting block defines a restricting orifice having a variable diameter disposed in the first compartment to provide an orifice fluid flow.

Bistable Solenoid Valve for a Hydraulic Brake System, Activation Method and Assembly Method for the Same, and Brake System Having a Solenoid Valve of Said Type

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic brake system has a guide sleeve in which an upper immovable pole core is fixedly arranged and a closing element is displaceably arranged. The closing element is forced into a valve seat during a closing movement and lifts off from the valve seat during an opening movement, and is fixedly connected to a magnet assembly. An actuation of the movement of the closing element is performed by the magnet assembly via a coil positioned around and substantially surrounding the guide sleeve. A lower immovable pole core is fixedly arranged in the guide sleeve and the magnet assembly is positioned between the lower and the upper pole core.

A movable core includes an iron core formed into a plate having a substantially rectangular section, and a valve support portion continuous with the iron core. The valve support portion includes a pair of support arms. The pair of support arms are arranged side by side in a width direction of the movable core to be parallel to each other and seamlessly integrated with the iron core. A surface of the movable core on one side in a thickness direction and a surface of the movable core on the other side are single flat surfaces parallel to each other and extending continuously from the iron core to the pair of support arms. A valve disk is supported between the pair of support arms.

Electromagnetic valve, in particular for slip-regulated motor vehicle brake systems

An electromagnetic valve, having a valve closing element which is arranged in a valve housing and which is capable of opening or closing a valve passage in a valve seat, having a magnet armature provided for actuating the valve closing element, and having a substantially cylindrical restoring spring which is braced between the magnet armature and a magnet core. In a parallel arrangement with respect to the restoring spring, a spring ring is arranged between the magnet armature and the magnet core, which spring ring has a smaller number of spring windings in relation to the number of spring windings of the restoring spring.

Disclosed is a solenoid valve which is installed in a bore of a modulator block having a first hydraulic port and a second hydraulic port to control a flow of a braking fluid. The solenoid valve can reduce the number of components by integrating the components and implement a check valve function.

Pressure medium unit, in particular for setting and/or regulating a brake pressure in a vehicle brake system having electronic slip regulation, and cap-shaped filter element

A pressure medium unit, in particular for setting and/or regulating a brake pressure in a vehicle brake system having electronic slip regulation, and to a cap-shaped filter element. Pressure medium units are equipped with a housing block having a duct formed therein that conducts pressure medium, a control element that controls a cross-section of the duct, and a filter element assigned to the control element and fixed in the interior of the duct. According to the present system, the filter element is formed in the shape of a cap, and has on its outer circumference a radially protruding fixing segment having an elastically deformable cross-section. A fixing segment realized in this manner compensates differences in expansion between the components caused by changes in temperature, prevents play at the filter element, and provides a particularly good filter effect.

Bistable Solenoid Valve for a Hydraulic Braking System and Corresponding Hydraulic Braking System

A bistable solenoid valve for a hydraulic braking system includes a magnetic assembly and a guide sleeve in which a pole core is fixedly arranged and in which a valve armature is arranged for axial movement. The valve armature has a permanent magnet that is polarized in a direction of motion thereof. The magnetic assembly is slid onto the pole core and the guide sleeve, and the pole core forms an axial stop for the valve armature. The permanent magnet is injected or mounted in a magnet receptacle at an end face of the valve armature facing the pole core. The valve armature is configured to be driven by a magnetic force of the magnetic assembly and/or the permanent magnet so as to force a closing element into a valve seat during a closing motion and to lift the closing element out of the valve seat during an opening motion.
