CAB LOCKING DEVICE OF TRUCK
Disclosed is a cab locking device of a truck. The cab locking device includes a latch and a striker. The latch is mounted on a frame that is close to a vehicle body of the truck. The striker is mounted on a cab that is hinge-coupled to the frame to be tilted. The striker includes a body mounted on the cab, a locking pin mounted on the body to be selectively locked or unlocked by the latch according to whether the cab is tilted, and an impact absorbing cushion disposed between the latch and the body to maintain an interval between the body and the latch.
LOCK MECHANISM FOR A TILTABLE OPERATOR CAB
A lock mechanism for a tiltable operator cab of a machine is provided. The lock mechanism includes a first bracket which receives a first engagement member of the operator cab. The operator cab is pivotably coupled to an end of the machine. A second bracket receives a second engagement member of the operator cab. The second bracket is located at an offset spaced apart from the first bracket. The lock mechanism includes a sliding member having a first locking pin and a second locking pin. The sliding member slides between a first position and a second position. When the sliding member is in the first position, the first locking pin locks the first bracket with the first engagement member, and the second locking pin locks the second bracket with the second engagement member such that the sliding member locks a tilt motion of the operator cab.
SAFETY PIN LOCKING DEVICE FOR WORKPIECE TURNOVER AND WORKPIECE TURNOVER SYSTEM
A safety pin locking device for workpiece turnover includes a safety pin, a triangular lock plate, an elastic positioning pin, and a lockset. The safety pin is configured to be inserted into a base and an overturnable workpiece to lock an angle of the overturnable workpiece relative to the base. A first corner end of the triangular lock plate is connected to an axial surface of the safety pin by a fastener, and the triangular lock plate can rotate around the fastener. The elastic positioning pin is mounted at a second corner end of the triangular lock plate and is configured to be inserted into positioning counterbores at two different positions on the axial surface of the safety pin to limit a position of the triangular lock plate. The lockset is mounted at a third corner end of the triangular lock plate.
Bearing Arrangement for a Driver's Cab of a Lorry
A bearing arrangement for a driver's cab of a lorry is disclosed. The bearing arrangement has a respective frame-side bracket which is fastened to a laterally associated frame element of a support frame of the lorry and which has a guide, along which an allocated bearing element of a driver's cab bearing can be displaced in the event of an accident-induced application of force. The bearing element is connected to the laterally allocated frame element of the support frame via a weakening device by which the laterally allocated frame element of the support frame can be weakened in a targeted manner in the event of an accident-induced displacement of the bearing element.
Tilt locking apparatus for truck cap
A tilt locking apparatus for a truck cap is provided. The tilt locking apparatus includes a locking hook that is installed below the truck cap and a tilting lever that is installed under a lower portion of the truck cap to be rotatable. A hook lever is installed adjacent to the locking hook to be rotatable forward and rearward and is configured to rotate interlocking with the tilting lever to selectively lock or from the hook lever to or from the locking hook. A manipulation lever is installed adjacent to the tilting lever and forms a latch lever. The manipulation lever is configured to sequentially restrict rotation of the tilting lever and rotates so that when the tilting lever is sequentially released from the latch lever, the hook lever is removed from the locking hook.
Systems, assemblies, and methods for locking cab to main body of work machine
A work machine comprises a main body, a cab riser, and a shaft. The cab riser includes a cab and a frame, the cab being uprightly positioned on the work machine in a first position, and being tilted forward in a second position, and the frame comprising a first plate to contact a second plate provided on the main body in the first position. The cab riser is rotatable about the shaft in clockwise and counterclockwise directions to and from the first position and the second position. The first plate and the second plate can be clamped together by a clamping assembly in the first position, the clamping assembly including one or more clamps to clamp the first plate and the second plate, and the clamping assembly is mounted on the main body.
Cab mounting system and cab mounting
A cab mounting including a chassis holder and a cab holder. The chassis holder includes a chassis plate having a central region, designed to be fastened to a chassis of a vehicle, a lower end region, designed to fasten a suspension element, and an upper end region having an opening, designed for connecting to an upper bearing plate. The cab holder includes a cab plate, designed for fastening to a vehicle cab, and an upper bearing plate, which is fastened to the cab plate and has a U-shaped structure, designed in order to be held movably in the opening of the chassis plate, such that the chassis holder and the cab holder are movable relative to each other. The chassis holder is formed in one piece such that impacting dirt is scraped off.
Cab mounting system and cab mounting
A cab mounting including a chassis holder, a cab holder, and a shaping element. The chassis holder includes a chassis plate, designed for fastening to a vehicle chassis, and a lower bearing plate, which is fastened to the chassis plate and has an opening designed for connection to an upper bearing plate. The cab holder includes a cab plate, designed for fastening to a vehicle cab, and an upper bearing plate, which is fastened to the cab plate and has a U-shaped structure, designed in order to be held movably in the opening of the lower bearing plate, such that the chassis holder and the cab holder are movable relative to each other.
