The magazine accommodates a plurality of mutually aligned and juxtaposed sheets and the at least one handling element includes an end bracket provided with at least one grip element and at least one assembly with arms which are articulated with respect to the bracket and are independently movable with respect to a fixed frame. The bracket can move between a first configuration of alignment with the end sheet accommodated in the magazine, in the condition where the at least one grip element is in contact with the end sheet, and a second configuration of alignment with a conveyance line of the sheets which corresponds to the delivery region.
UNIT AND METHOD FOR PLACING OBJECTS IN BOXES
A unit for boxing packaged food products including: a first rotary element with at least one first receiving seat; a first transfer station for transferring a blank from a magazine for feeding blanks to the first receiving seat; a folding station for opening up the blank; a second rotary element with at least one second receiving seat; a second transfer station for transferring the blank folded open from the first receiving seat to the second receiving seat; an insertion station for inserting the packaged food products inside the blank folded open positioned on the second receiving seat; and a closing station for closing the blank folded open, positioned on the second receiving seat and containing the packaged food products.
Method and apparatus for boxing rectangular articles
A rectangular article boxing method of the present invention includes: a step of erecting upright and aligning a bundle of rectangular articles, gripping, lifting, transferring, and lowering the bundle and inserting the bundle between a first guide and a second guide disposed at a predetermined interval in a carton; a step of displacing the first guide to above the upright bundle; a step of moving the inserted bundle to a position in contact with the existing bundle and holding the bundles with the second guide; a step of holding the upright bundles with the first guide in place of the second guide; and a step of displacing the second guide to a position at the predetermined interval from the first guide to receive the bundle to be conveyed next.
UNIT AND METHOD FOR PLACING OBJECTS IN BOXES
A unit for boxing packaged food products including a rotary element with at least one first seat for receiving a blank; a first transfer station for transferring the blank from a magazine for feeding blanks to a folding mould; a folding station for opening up, at least partly, the blank; a second transfer station for transferring the blank folded open from mould to the first receiving seat; an insertion station for inserting the packaged food products inside the blank folded open positioned on the first receiving seat; a closing station for closing the blank folded open, positioned on the second receiving seat and containing the packaged food products.
Apparatus and method for expanding and erecting collapsed or folded cardboard packagings to standing arranged compartments and/or outer packagings
The present invention includes an apparatus (01) and a method for expanding and erecting collapsed or folded cardboard packagings (02) to a standing position. The method includes holding the topmost cardboard packaging (02), coming from above, at its top flat side (23) of a cardboard packaging wall (22) and removing it from a stack (41) of flatly collapsed cardboard packagings (02). Subsequently also holding the cardboard packaging (02), at its bottom flat side (24) from below, and increasing the vertical distance between the top flat side (23), and the bottom flat side (24), by oppositely pulling so far until the cardboard packaging (02) has been expanded. Then releasing the top flat side (23) of the cardboard packaging (02), and rotating the lying, expanded set of cardboard packaging (02) still being held at its bottom flat side (24), where the rotating is about a horizontal pivoting axis (13). The bottom flat side (24) is subsequently also released to achieve an expanded and now erected set of compartments and/or the outer packagings (03). The apparatus (01) comprises a cardboard packaging supply (04) comprising at least one stack (41) of flatly collapsed cardboard packagings (02) arranged lying on top of each other, an erecting device (05) arranged next to the cardboard packaging supply (04) as seen in the direction of a horizontal axis (11), and a gripping device (06) for simultaneously seizing respectively one topmost cardboard packaging (02) from each stack (41) of the cardboard packaging supply (04).
Method and device used to handle and print on packaging blanks provided for the packaging of articles
Disclosed are a method and a device (1) used to package articles into printed packaging blanks (2). In the method, a plurality of packaging blanks are first positioned in a magazine (4) and subsequently extracted from the magazine (4). Subsequently, articles are brought together with the packaging blanks (2) extracted from the magazine (4) such that a particular packaging blank (2) forms a particular packaging or a particular component of a particular packaging for in each instance at least one article. It is moreover provided that the packaging blanks (2) are printed onto, with the printing onto a packaging blank (2) being carried out temporally after the positioning of the packaging blank (2) in the magazine (4) and temporally before the particular bringing together of the packaging blank (2) with the particular at least one article. The device (1) can be operated in a corresponding manner.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR RECONFIGURING CONTAINERS
Methods and apparatus for forming containers from container blanks are provided. An apparatus comprises a blank holding apparatus operable to releasably hold a plurality of carton blanks in a first configuration. The apparatus also has a rotary apparatus operable to rotate an engagement device along a rotational path from a first retrieval location where the engagement device is operable to engage with and retrieve a blank from the plurality of blanks held in the blank holding apparatus, to a second operational location. The apparatus also has a movement apparatus inter-connected to the rotary apparatus. The movement apparatus is operable to move the rotary apparatus and the engagement device with the engaged blank away from the blank holding apparatus, which may be translational movement away from the blank holding apparatus.
OPERATING GROUP FOR A CARTONING MACHINE, CARTONING MACHINE AND METHOD FOR FORMING A CARTON
