A composite package (100) comprises a plurality of primary packages (104) and a handle (108) attached at two extremities (110, 708) thereof to said composite package (100), the plurality of primary packages (104) being gathered into several secondary packages (102a, 102b), wherein said handle (108) comprises at least one separation line (112) which divides said handle (108) into a plurality of sub-handles (114a, 114b) each attached at the extremities thereof to one of the secondary packages (102a, 102b), such that when one of said plurality of secondary packages (102a, 102b) is extracted from the composite package (100), said handle (108) separates along said at least one separation line (112) into a plurality of sub-handles (114a, 114b) each attached to said one of the secondary packages (102a, 102b) and retained therewith.

A product package comprising: (a) an enclosure having at least one tear strip defining an intended opening; and, (b) a loop operatively coupled to the tear strip, where the loop has an available circumference between twelve and twenty-four inches.

A package has a flexible package body and a handle for carrying the package. The flexible package body has at least six faces and a reclosable opening on a face of the flexible package body. The handle is positioned over the reclosable opening and has a first strap, a second strap, and a connection portion. The first strap includes a first end and a second end. The present invention relates to a handle (100) for boxes comprising a bottom liner (101); a top liner (102) secured to the bottom liner (101) and comprising a central cut-out portion (103); and a strip (104), wherein the strip (104) comprises a first end portion (105), a second end portion (106) and an elongated central portion (107) which extends between the first end portion (105) and the second end portion (106), wherein the first end portion (105) and the second end portion (106) are secured between the bottom liner (101) and the top liner (102) adjacent opposing ends of the central cut-out portion (103); and the elongated central portion (107) has a length exceeding a length of the cut-out portion (103) and is arranged to form an arch when pulled in a direction away from the bottom liner (101). The strip (104) comprises at least a layer A, a layer B and a layer C, wherein the layer B is arranged between the layer A and the layer C, wherein the layer A comprises nonwoven, the layer B comprises an adhesive, and the layer C comprises a reinforcement material, and wherein the layer A constitutes an exterior surface of the strip (104). This provides a handle with good mechanical properties which is comfortable to grip.

The first end of the first strap is attached to one face of the package body. The second strap includes a first end and a second end. The first end of the second strap is attached to another face of the package body that is opposite to the face that is attached to the first strap. The connection portion is located on the second end of the second strap and is detachably engaged to the second end of the first strap.

A hand-held handle dispenser comprising: a main frame (12) having a handle (14), an adhesive tape roll (16) provided at a rear side of the main frame for delivering an adhesive tape, an application roller (18) provided at the front side of the main frame for applying the adhesive tape on a parcel and a cutting blade (20) for cutting the adhesive tape, a cartridge (22) for storing at least one insert strip (24) and transport and affixing means (26, 28) for conveying said at least one insert strip from the cartridge to the application roller and affixing it against the adhesive tape to form a handle.

A method of assembling a box includes providing the box, the box comprising a center panel, a first locking panel, a second locking panel, a first side flap panel, and a second side flap panel; folding the first side flap panel and second side flap panel relative to the center panel; folding the first locking panel relative to the center panel, the first locking panel defining a locking slot; folding the second locking panel relative to the center panel at least partially over the first locking panel, the second locking panel defining a locking tab; and engaging the locking slot with the locking tab.
