Folded leak-proof container with side handles and a top handle
The following summary concerns the development of a folded leak-proof container (46) that consists of one piece of fiberboard or cardboard (1) containing slits and folds that produce the center panel (3), the top panel (4), the bottom panel (5), the side panels (6 and 7), and the end panels (8-15), the latter of which contain lengthwise slits (18-25) to be folded in order to form the side handles of the container (46); the container may also include a top handle (2). The main function of the container (46) is to keep cool, transport, and cool items that must be refrigerated; it can do so through the addition of ice or any coolant compatible with the material used to manufacture the container.
CARRYING TRAY FOR HOLDING, TRANSPORTING, AND/OR DELIVERING FOOD AND BEVERAGE CONTAINERS AND METHOD THEREFOR
A carrying tray having a top wall and a plurality of receptacle cavities in the top wall with each cavity being configured to accept a container such as a beverage cup therein and having retaining features for holding the cup upright with a substantial portion of the cup sidewall being retained below the top wall of the tray within the cavity. The retaining features include a plurality of collar tabs that limit tipping of the cups within the cavity particularly during transportation. The carrying tray can be assembled from a flat die-cut blank without the aid of adhesives and fasteners by utilizing a combination of locking tabs and cooperative openings in the sidewalls. The carrying tray along with the cups can be placed in a tamper evident delivery bag for convenient transportation of the beverage cups in a secure tamper resistant manner to a consumer.
STACKABLE RECEPTACLE FOR THE SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Embodiments of a reusable stackable shipping box are provided herein. The reusable stackable shipping box may be reused and cleaned without causing harm to the integrity of the box. In addition, the box is slightly tapered in shape such that the box may be stacked upon and within other boxes for ease in shipping and organization.
Leakproof and liquid-tight packaging box of corrugated board and method for fabricating it
A leakproof and liquid-tight packaging box of corrugated board, which box is erected mechanically using glueing as an aid. What is essential in the invention is that the corner surfaces of the structurally strong, torsionally rigid, leakproof and liquid-tight packaging box stackable one on top of another are folded and glued to the outer surface of the vertical surface of the short side. In addition, it comprises an inward-formed cone structure of the vertical surface of the long side of the box, and a rigid and load-resistant beam structure is formed on all sides of the packaging box.
Article carrier and blank therefor
Aspects of the disclosure relate to an article carrier for packaging a plurality of flanged articles, a blank for forming the article carrier. The article carrier comprises a plurality of primary panels for forming a tubular structure and defining an interior thereof. The plurality of primary panels includes a first panel and a second panel opposing the first panel. The article carrier further comprises a partition structure for dividing the interior into two or more article-receiving cells. The partition structure is formed from the first panel and comprises a lateral partition panel. The lateral partition panel is hingedly connected at a proximal end to the first panel by a proximal end fold line and is hingedly connected at a distal end to a glue panel by a distal end joint. The distal end joint between the lateral partition panel and the glue panel comprises a twistable strip extending between and joined with the lateral partition panel and the glue panel.
Container Content Alignment Apparatus and System
A container content apparatus comprises two inserts. Each insert comprises a top portion, a bottom portion, and two side flaps. Each top portion comprises a die cut handle. The apparatus is adapted to be inserted into an inside of a container adjacent to interior walls of the container. An area defined by the inserts is adapted to receive a stack of media. When the inserts are removed via the handles, a gap or space exists between the outer edges of the stack and the interior walls of the container providing automatic alignment of the stack centered on the inside of the container and providing proper alignment to feed the stack directly from the container to an infeed of a printer.
Carton with article protection insert
A carton for containing a plurality of articles. The carton includes a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprising a top panel, a bottom panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. An article protection insert comprises a plurality of features for engaging a respective article of the plurality of articles. At least one access feature is in the top panel for positioning the article protection insert to a position wherein the features engage at least one article of the plurality of articles.
Double-handle box
A blank can include first, second, third, and fourth side panels; the third side panel joining the first side panel and the second side panel and defining a first handle opening; the fourth side panel extending from the second side panel and defining a second handle opening; a plurality of bottom flaps, each of which extends from one of the side panels; and a plurality of top flaps, each of which extends from one of the side panels; the third and fourth top flaps defining third and fourth handle openings, respectively, the third handle opening substantially aligned with the first handle opening and the fourth handle opening substantially aligned with the second handle opening when the third and fourth top flaps, respectively, are in a folded condition; wherein centerlines of the first and second handle openings are respectively aligned with centerlines of the third and fourth handle openings.
LEAK RESISTANT FEATURE FOR BLISS BOX
A leak resistant bliss-type container comprising a first blank defining a bottom wall, opposed first side walls hingedly connected to longitudinal edges of the bottom wall and extending upwardly from the bottom wall, a vertical side flange hingedly connected to each of a pair of opposing lateral edges of the first side walls, and opposing bottom flanges hingedly connected to lateral edges of the bottom wall and extending upwardly in overlapping relation to the vertical side flanges. Second and third identical end blanks are provided, each end blank defining at least an end wall secured in overlapping relation to the vertical side flanges. A corner piece is defined by a web of material, each corner piece extending between a longitudinal edge of one of the vertical side flanges and a longitudinal edge of the bottom flange to define a leak resistant corner.
Blank For Forming a Shipping Carton With An Integrated Display Tray
A foldable blank for forming a carton for shipping and displaying a plurality of products in an integrated tray is provided. The blank includes a rear panel, a first and second side panels both foldably connected to the rear panel, an exterior floor panel foldably connected to the rear panel, and a front panel foldably connected to the floor panel that is less than half the vertical height of the rear, first side, and second side panels and defines at least one retaining tab, wherein when the blank is folded to form the carton, each of the rear panel, first and second side panels, and front panel are at least partially double-walled.
