Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more articles. The carton includes a tubular structure having a plurality of outer walls defining an interior volume for receiving one or more articles. The carton includes an inner end closure flap hinged to a first one of the plurality of outer walls and an outer end closure flap hinged to a second one of the plurality of outer walls. The outer end closure flap at least partially overlies the inner end closure flap. The carton includes an automatically erecting article retaining structure hingedly connected to the outer end closure flap.

Damage to a packing device and a packed object caused by a load is prevented, and a box and the packed object are protected stably. A box of the packing device includes side surface portions, upper flaps, lower flaps, a protrusion, a fixing portion, and interior cushions. The protrusion is formed by folding part of an upper flap. The fixing portion fixes the protrusion such that the protrusion projects from the upper flap. In a state where an object is accommodated in the box, the protrusion is interposed between the upper flap and the packed object, and disperses the load applied to the box.

A packaging box includes a shelf portion which partitions an interior of the packaging box into an upper space and a lower space, an inner flap which is located above the shelf portion as an inner lid and which is bendable to a closed position where the inner flap faces the shelf portion while extending parallel thereto, and a hold-down piece which is disposed at a position facing the inner flap at the closed position in the shelf portion and which has a first bent portion bendable to protrude outward in a middle portion of the hold-down piece, the hold-down piece formed by cutting and raising the shelf portion to be capable of standing in a tilted state where a distal end side thereof extends toward a first side portion.

Various implementations include packaging for products. In some particular implementations, a product package includes: a base section having: a base inner core section having: a central section including a recess sized to receive an accessory of the product; and a plurality of foldable end sections adjacent the central section and configured to fold at an angle relative to the central section; and a base cover sized to directly contact and cover the base inner core section; and an upper section sized to complement the base section, the upper section having: an upper inner core section having: a central section; and a plurality side sections adjacent the central section; and an upper cover sized to directly contact and cover the upper inner core section.

A packaging system utilizing a thin, planar sheet of material that is folded to have a base and at least three sidewalls. At least one mounting feature is integrated into at least one sidewall to secure at least one medical device component, wherein the at least one medical device component is mountable onto the at least one sidewall.

A packing case includes a body part having a quadrangular section and a bottom part for closing a lower opening of the body part. The body part includes first to fourth side plates forming sides of the quadrangle, and first to fourth bottom plate pieces are respectively connected to lower end parts of the first to fourth side plates via fold lines. The bottom part is configured by allowing the first to fourth bottom plate pieces folded to a side of the lower opening along the fold lines to be integrally engaged with one another and to be connected with one another, and at least one support piece, which is able to assemble support body that support an object to be packed, is connected to at least one of the first to fourth bottom plate pieces.

Various implementations include packaging for products. In some particular implementations, a product package includes: a base section having: a base inner core section having: a central section including a recess sized to receive an accessory of the product; and a plurality of foldable end sections adjacent the central section and configured to fold at an angle relative to the central section; and a base cover sized to directly contact and cover the base inner core section; and an upper section sized to complement the base section, the upper section having: an upper inner core section having: a central section; and a plurality side sections adjacent the central section; and an upper cover sized to directly contact and cover the upper inner core section.

Damage to a packing device and a packed object caused by a load is prevented, and a box and the packed object are protected stably. A box of the packing device includes side surface portions, upper flaps, lower flaps, a protrusion, a fixing portion, and interior cushions. The protrusion is formed by folding part of an upper flap. The fixing portion fixes the protrusion such that the protrusion projects from the upper flap. In a state where an object is accommodated in the box, the protrusion is interposed between the upper flap and the packed object, and disperses the load applied to the box.

Packaging for a breakable print product having a top side, a bottom side, a left side and a right side is provided. The packaging is formed from a single sheet of a corrugated, recyclable and bio-degradable material. The bottom side is formed from four flaps, each flap having a top horizontal inward fold and a bottom horizontal inward fold, the top horizontal inward fold of each of the four flaps forming the bottom side and the bottom horizontal inward fold of the four flaps forming an integrated cross cut section. Notches in each bottom horizontal inward fold hold a type and at least one size of a breakable print product.

The present invention relates to a packaging system for transporting delicate goods, such as glass bottles. According to the present invention, the improved packaging system (10) comprises an outer box (1) and an inner portion (2) configured for interacting with each other, said outer box developing in height along a direction Y, in width along a direction X and in depth along a direction Z, said inner portion comprising one or more support inserts (21, 22) complementary to said outer box (1), said inserts (21, 22) being configured for supporting one or more objects (100) in such a way as to prevent movement thereof with respect to said outer box (1), in particular with respect to said directions X and Z, said packaging system (10) being characterized in that it comprises at least one interposition element (3) between said outer box (1) and said inner portion (2) so as to prevent movement along said direction Y of the assembly formed by said support inserts (21, 22) and said objects (100) with respect to said outer box (1), said support inserts (21, 22) and said at least one interposition element (3) comprising coupling means (23, 24, 33) for their mutual coupling.
