Slit Paper Method of Expansion, Shipment and Expansion Devices
An expansion device includes an unexpended slit sheet roll that is wound on a paper core that is wider than the slit sheet paper. The paper core is placed into a yoke that holds the paper in position on each side of the unexpended slit sheet material. An adjustable downward pressure is exerted on the paper core and the paper core exerts pressure on the yoke. As the paper is pulled, this downward pressure creates the friction required to enable the unexpended slit sheet to be unwind and fed while simultaneously expanding. A blank sheet is formed into a box that stabilizes slit paper sheet wound around a core member.
PACKING BOX
An aspect of the invention is directed to a packing box in which at least part of an opening through which to insert and take out an object to be packed is closed by inside lids that are opposed to each other in a plane, wherein: the inside lids have a cut portion including a cut that is shaped so as to be suitable for the external shape of a portion of the object and folded portions formed by folding the respective inside lids, and, when the inside lids are closed, the cut is fitted with the portion of the object housed in the packing box to fix the object in a state that walls, opposed to each other, of the respective folded portions are in contact with each other.
Box and package
A box includes: a box body having an opening surrounded by multiple edges; a first lid body that is continuous with and extends from a first edge, among the multiple edges defining the opening in the box body, and that is foldable along the first edge to overlie the opening; and an engaging tab that is continuous with and extends from a second edge, which is different from the first edge, among multiple edges of the first lid body, and that is foldable and engageable with a storage item stored in the box body when the first lid body is folded along the first edge to overlie the opening.
Method of forming blank with platform panel and foot panel
The method includes defining a plurality of fold lines that divide the blank into a plurality of sidewall panels, forming at least one platform panel on a bottom end of the plurality of sidewall panels, and forming at least one foot panel on a first side edge of the plurality of sidewall panels near the bottom end, the at least one foot panel being configured to at least partially support the at least one platform panel once the blank is folded into an assembled package.
Protective Packaging For Items
Protective packaging is described that includes a base having an outer and an inner base wall. A plurality of sidewalls extends from the outer base wall to define an internal volume and an opening. The internal volume is opposite the outer base wall. The inner base wall is disposed within the internal volume spaced apart from the outer base wall. A cover includes an outer cover wall and an inner cover wall. The cover is rotatably attached to at least one sidewall. The cover is rotatable between a closed position in which the cover closes the opening and an open position in which the cover does not close the opening. In the closed position, the inner cover wall is within the internal volume and spaced apart from the outer cover wall and the inner base wall. The inner base wall and the inner cover wall receive or house an item.
Packaging and blanks therefor
A blank for a package configured to retain an article therein can be configured to be wrapped around the article to form a circumferential case around the article and have a longitudinal length longer than the article. The blank can be configured to define the circumferential case to include one or more inward protrusions at or near one or more ends of the circumferential case that is configured to extend into the circumferential case above and/or below the article to retain the article longitudinally.

Slit paper method of expansion, shipment and expansion devices
An expansion devise includes an unexpanded slit sheet roll that is wound on a paper core that is wider than the slit sheet paper. The paper core is placed into a yoke that holds the paper in position on each side of the unexpanded slit sheet material. An adjustable downward pressure is exerted on the paper core and the paper core exerts pressure on the yoke. As the paper is pulled, this downward pressure creates the Triton required to enable the unexpanded slit sheet to be unwind and fed while simultaneously expanding. OUTER PACKAGING FOR UNITS OF SALES PACKAGING WITH HANGING TABS, ESPECIALLY WINDSHIELD WIPER PACKAGING, AND CONFIGURATION OF SUCH OUTER PACKAGING
An outer packaging for sales packaging having hanging tabs, in particular for windshield wiper packaging, includes an area holding product and a lid, which serves to close off the area holding product. A receiving space is formed within the area holding product when the lid is closed, in which receiving space a plurality of units of sales packaging can be arranged. A flap attached to the area holding product comprises a plurality of receiving slots, which are spaced apart from one another when viewed over a width of the flap. At least a section of the flap with the receiving slots extends into the receiving space in order to at least partially insert the hanging tabs of the sales packaging arranged in the receiving space into the receiving slots.
