Pack and method for filling a pack

The pack for products has a bottom layer, an intermediate layer, and a top layer, which are arranged one above the other and at a distance from one another and which are connected to each other. The top layer has a receiving strip, which has a plurality of recesses. The receiving strip is pivotable in the direction of the bottom layer about a pivoting axis, which is arranged in the region of the top layer. In the pivoted receiving state of the receiving strip, entry openings of the recesses for the insertion of the products point away from the bottom layer, and supporting sections of the recesses for supporting portions of the products form a boundary of the recesses which lies opposite the entry openings. The intermediate layer has an aperture in a pivoting range of the receiving strip.

Packing member, toner container, and packing method

A packing member, a toner container, and a packing method. The packing member contains the toner container, and the packing member includes a box containing the toner container with a gap between one side of the box and a container body and between the one side of the box and a large-dimension portion of the toner container, a first pressing portion that presses the container body, and a second pressing portion that presses the large-dimension portion. In the packing member, the large-dimension portion of the toner container is disposed at one end of the container body, and the large-dimension portion has a wider dimension than the container body in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the toner container. In the packing member, the container body contacts, with first contact force, a first bearer inside the box to maintain the gap.

A packing box includes a polygonal tube extending in a longitudinal direction. The polygonal tube is assembled from a flat plate folded along multiple creases in the longitudinal direction to form multiple edges to pack an object in the polygonal tube. The polygonal tube has holding portions and polygonal rims. The holding portions hold the object. The holding portions project inward in a radial direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction from positions corresponding to two of the multiple edges at one end of the polygonal tube in the longitudinal direction and two of the multiple edges at another end of the polygonal tube in the longitudinal direction. The polygonal rims have a shifted part in at least a part of the polygonal rims at both ends of the polygonal tube. The shifted part is shifted from an imaginary plane orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

PACKAGING MEMBER FOR A PHOTOSENSITIVE DRUG SUBSTANCE

The present invention is directed to a packaging member (1) for a photosensitive drug substance being made of a substantially stiff sheet-like material which defines an outer packaging surface (20) and an inner packaging surface (30). The packaging member (10) comprises a front wall member (1), a rear wall member (2) and at least four side wall members (3, 4, 5, 6). The inner packaging surface (30) of at least one of the front wall member (1), the rear wall member (1) and/or the at least four side wall members (3, 4, 5, 6) comprises a colour being adapted to provide for a light absorption of at least about 50%.

A package assembly is used for both shipping products to a retail facility, and for displaying the products at the retail facility. In its shipping configuration the container is enclosed to carry the products. In its display configuration, portions of at least the top and front of the package assembly are removed to permit the customer to view the products on display. The package assembly is formed from a single piece of package material and includes a base panel, a back panel and first and inner sidewalls connected at the opposing second and third sides of the base panel. Folded retaining flaps are connected along sides of the respective first and second inner sidewalls. A front panel is connected at a fourth side of the base panel opposing the first side of the base panel. The retaining flaps are used to support the product in the package.
