Locking Package
A package includes a tray and a sleeve. The tray is slidable within the inner cavity between a closed position and an open position. A side panel of the sleeve is provided with a rear locking slot. A resiliently deflectable locking tab extends from the tray. The locking tab and rear locking slot are shaped and positioned such that when the tray is seated in its closed position, the tray locking tab extends through the sleeve locking slot, locking the tray into position. Downward deflection of the locking tab causes it to be released from the rear locking slot.
CARTON WITH DETACHABLE BUFFER PLATE SET
A carton with a detachable buffer plate set includes a bottom plate, two long side plates, an upper cover, two short side plates, two reinforcing side plates, and a detachable buffer plate set. The long side plates and the short side plates are connected to the bottom plate. The upper cover is connected to one of the long side plates. The two reinforcing side plates are connected to the two short side plates respectively. The detachable buffer plate set is detachably connected to one of the reinforcing side plates. Accordingly, by detaching the detachable buffer plate set for supporting and buffering, products of similar size or products with accessories of different sizes may use the same-sized cartons and paper-plastic boxes, so that extra die-cutting costs and storage costs are avoided.
Holder for Curved-Surface Objects
The present disclosure provides for a system and device that may limit rolling and shifting of curved-surface objects on a movable surface. More specifically, the system and device may comprise a holder with a frame and openings configured to fit curved-surface objects. In some aspects, a holder may be configured to fit a particular movable surface, such as a grocery cart, conveyor belt, or car trunk, as non-limiting examples. In some embodiments, the sizes and shapes of the openings may be configured to accept certain types or sizes of curved-surface objects.
PACKAGING TOOL AND PACKAGING BOX
A packaging tool includes: a mounting part including a rectangular mounting surface for mounting an object to be packaged thereon; a pair of one and another pressing pieces provided to be able to bend and stand upward via another pair of bend lines, on another pair of opposed sides of the mounting surface respectively; and a pair of one and another coupling pieces which couple opposed side ends of the one and another pressing pieces to keep a standing state of the one and another standing pieces, and is configured to be able to be housed in a packaging box with the pressing pieces standing and coupled by the pair of coupling pieces. A pair of standing pieces capable of bending and standing upward may be provided on one pair of opposed sides of the mounting part. Since the mounting part is surrounded by the pressing pieces and the coupling pieces, it is possible to effectively prevent rolling of the object to be packaged mounted on the mounting surface.
Display packages, blanks for forming the display package and methods of manufacturing the same
A display package according to example embodiments includes an outer structure defining a back panel, side panels, a top panel and a bottom panel of the display package, an inner structure defining a front panel of the display package, the inner structure being interlocked with the outer structure, and a tray between the interlocked inner and outer structures. The tray is configured to hold at least one item. The inner structure is inwardly bent against the tray. A top panel flap of the inner structure is between the top panel of the display package and the tray.
PACKAGE WITH PUSH TAB LOCKING MECHANISM
A package including an outer box and inner tray. The inner tray slidable into and out of the outer box. The outer box including a first tab, a second tab, and a lip. The first and second tabs movable toward an interior of the outer box when force is applied. The inner tray including a first flap and a second flap, the first and second flaps movable toward an interior of the inner tray when force is applied. When the inner tray is slid into the outer box and the first and second tabs are in a first position, the first and second flaps are engaged with the lip and the inner tray is locked to the outer box. When the first and second tabs are in a second position the first and second flaps are disengaged with the lip and the inner tray is slideable out of the outer box.
DRIP STOPPER AND PACKAGING THEREFOR
A drip stopper for preventing the undesired falling of drops during pouring includes a substantially cylindrical wall having an insertion part for inserting into a bottleneck, and a pouring-out part. The wall has an axially parallel set-back in the form of a recess which extends over the axial length of the wall and makes is possible to adapt the drip stopper to bottlenecks of different widths.
BATTERY CELL TRAY INCLUDING VOLATILE CORROSION INHIBITOR
The present disclosure relates to a battery cell tray, which is a tray configured to accommodate a plurality of cylinder type battery cells in a storage of a first packaging member, including a first tray member having a plate type structure in which a plurality of first recessed portions surrounding one side end portions of the battery cells are formed; and a second tray member having a plate type structure in which a plurality of second recessed portions surrounding the other side end portions facing the one side end portions of the battery cells are formed, and the first and second tray members includes a volatile rust inhibitor which is vaporized at room temperature to form a rust-proofing film on surfaces of the battery cells.
Return shipping system
A return shipping system can include an outer container and a collapsible shock absorbing frame which can include a resilient sheet attached thereto for providing retention or suspension packaging of an article to be shipped within the outer container. The outer container can have a collapsed state suitable for shipping with the collapsible shock absorbing frame nested therein, the collapsible shock absorbing frame also in a collapsed state. The outer container can have an erect or expanded state suitable for shipping with the collapsible shock absorbing frame nested therein, the collapsible shock absorbing frame being in a locked or deployed state and configured to retain an article for shipping within the outer container.
HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR HOLDING A PLURALITY OF CONTAINERS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL, MEDICAL OR COSMETIC PURPOSES AND TRANSPORT OR PACKAGING CONTAINER COMPRISING THE SAME
A holding structure for holding a plurality of containers for pharmaceutical, medical or cosmetic purposes includes a carrier having openings or receptacles for accommodating the containers. Holding devices for holding the containers are provided at the openings or receptacles. The holding devices can selectively assume two different stable positions, namely a first stable position in which the containers can be inserted without friction into the openings or receptacles and a second stable position in which the containers are held in the respective opening or receptacle by frictional engagement or by positive locking. The containers can be reliably inserted into the openings or receptacles without material abrasion. In the open insertion position of the holding devices, a large number of containers can be inserted concurrently into the openings or receptacles without high forces acting on the holding structure.
