Crush-resistant carton embedded with metal slat
A crush-resistant carton embedded with a metal slat includes a box body and a plurality of strapping bands, all of the strapping bands is bound outside the box body, the box body includes an enclosure plate, two cover plates and a bottom backing plate; the two cover plates are respectively positioned at two ends of the enclosure plate in a height direction; each cover plate includes a main body plate and a plurality of side plates, all of the side plates are disposed around an outer periphery of the main body plate, and a plurality of pressure-resistant slats are respectively disposed on inner and outer sides of a corner portion formed by the main body plate and the side plates adjoined to each other; the bottom backing plate is disposed on an inner sidewall of the cover plate at a lower position.
Electronic device package
A package for an electronic device includes an enclosure to hold the electronic device. The package may include a closure flap coupled to a top of the package to close the enclosure. The closure flap may include a tear strip usable to open the package. A sled may be disposed in the package and may include a substantially planar backplane and a sleeve. The electronic device may be held in a gap between the backplane and the sleeve. A portion of a top edge of the package, under the closure flap, may be recessed such that when the closure flap is opened, a pull tab of the sled is exposed. The package may include a hole formed through at least one surface of the package, from which to hang the package.
Oversize Beverage Carrier Box
A corrugated board carrier for an interior bulk beverage container is provided with a larger base, integral handles, and a ramp insert to promote gravity dispensing of beverages therein through a spout.
BUFFERING MEMBER
A buffering member (1) is interposed between a packaging box (4) having a bottom plate (41) and side plates (42a), (42b) stood along peripheral edges of the bottom plate (41) and a first packed article (5). The buffering member (1) includes a placement section (10) on which the first packed article (5) is to be placed and a pair of leg pieces (31), (35) to be connected to a pair of opposing edges of the placement section (10) via folding lines (32), (36). The pair of leg pieces (31), (32) are folded downward along the folding line (32), (36) with an obtuse angle with respect to the placement section (10) and then lower edges (31b), (35b) of the pair of leg pieces (31), (35) are engaged with boundaries between the bottom plate (41) and the side plates (42a) of the packaging box (4).
PACKAGING SYSTEM FOR IMMOBILIZING OBJECTS IN A BOX HAVING A SQUARE OR RECTANGULAR CONFIGURATION
A packaging system for immobilizing one or more objects has a box having a bottom and at least four side walls and a wedge in the form of a sheet. The sheet has a central portion of a polygonal shape that is generally square or rectangular. The central portion has dimensions corresponding to the bottom of the box. The sheet has one or more flaps on each of at least two edges of the central portion. The flaps are attached by an articulation to the central portion so as to allow movement of the flaps to conform against the side walls of the box so as to fasten the wedge on the side walls of the box after the wedge has been pushed down into the box.
Packaging box including a buffering member disposed around a packaged article
A packaging box includes a bottom case, a covering case and a buffering member. The buffering member is formed with a protruding piece protruded on the bottom plate in a direction of the side plate of the bottom case. By causing the protruding piece to abut against the side plate of the bottom case, a gap into which the side plate of the covering case can be inserted is formed with respect to the side plate of the bottom case. The bottom plate is formed with a space in which the protruding piece can be housed, at a position corresponding to the protruding piece. When the side plate of the covering case is inserted inside the side plate of the bottom case, the protruding piece of the buffering member is pressed by the side plate of the covering case and then folded to be housed in the space.
Support device
The presently disclosed support device includes an attachment portion that is configured to attach to an inner surface of a first wall of a box, a support portion having a proximal end rotatably connected to the attachment portion, the proximal end operably connected to the attachment portion in at least one section and the proximal end comprising a curved section, wherein the curved section comprises a support notch, and a securing portion having a proximal end rotatably connected to the attachment portion, wherein a distal end of the securing portion comprises a securing notch that is configured to engage with the support notch in the second position.
Die cut, scored and coated board divider
A divider that has a die-cut board that is grease resistant coated on both sides and is scored to define a plurality of alternative valley and peak folds. There is at least one perforated line that passes through all of the valley and peak folds. The divider may taper at its sides from the peak folds to neighboring ones of the valley folds. Two perforated lines may be provided to sever the tapers from the sides to leave the sides substantially reside in parallel planes with respect to each other.
Modular corrugated container having integrated cushioning
A modular corrugated container integrates product cushioning with a product support surface formed from corrugated paper and having features that absorb transverse accelerations. The support surface has scored tabs that bend perpendicular to an interior support portion, forming feet that elevate the interior portion relative to a container bottom. The interior portion has perforations that absorb accelerations, such as a perforations formed around the outside perimeter of the location at which a product rests, perforations extending from corners of the support surface towards a central location of the support surface, and perforations at the scoring of the tabs. Voids formed along the tabs remove portions of the feet from contact with the container bottom to encourage constant dissemination of accelerations across the support surface.
PACKAGING BOX INCLUDING ELASTIC STRUCTURE
A packaging box, according to one embodiment, may comprise: a first box having a first through hole; a second box movable in a first direction or a second direction on the basis of the first box; and an elastic structure. The elastic structure, according to one embodiment, may comprise: an elastic part compressed by the second box moving in the first direction; and a guide passing through the inside of the elastic part and the first through hole, and guiding transformation of the elastic part. One end of the guide, according to one embodiment, may be in contact with one end of the elastic part, and the other end of the guide may be fixed to a portion of an inner surface of the second box facing the first box. Other embodiments are possible.
