Reinforced collapsible box
A reinforced box includes a body board comprising a bottom panel; a first side panel hingedly attached to the bottom panel, a first side flap hingedly attached to the first side panel; a second side panel hingedly attached to the bottom panel, a second side flap hingedly attached to the second side panel; and a first end flap and a second end flap each hingedly attached to the bottom panel, the first end flap adjacent to the second end flap; and an end panel, the first side flap of the first side panel attached to the end panel proximate to a first side of the end panel, the second side flap of the second side panel attached to the end panel proximate to a second side of the end panel, the first end flap and the second end flap attached to the end panel.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
A carton includes a tubular structure having a plurality of outer walls defining an interior volume for receiving one or more articles. The carton includes a major end closure flap hinged to a first outer wall and a minor end closure flap hinged to a second outer wall. The minor end closure flap at least partially overlies the major end closure flap. The carton has an automatically erecting article-retaining structure hingedly connected to the major and minor end closure flaps.
Container for use in item sortation devices and systems
A method of preparing a container includes manipulating it from an open toward a fully closed configuration. In the open configuration, first and second top end flaps are folded outwardly such that a first pair of handle apertures defined in a first endwall and first top end flap are aligned and a second pair of handle apertures defined in the second endwall and second top end flap are aligned along a first direction. The manipulating step comprises: folding top side flaps inwardly along a second direction until the side flaps are substantially perpendicular to the endwalls, thereby at least partially covering a top opening of the container; and folding the end flaps inwardly until they are substantially parallel with the side flaps, wherein the top side flaps underlie the respective ones of the pairs of handle apertures that are defined in the first and second top end flaps.
PREFAB PACKAGING BOX
The present invention provides a prefab packaging box including a side part having an opening formed at an upper or lower side thereof, and a cover part that is formed to extend from an upper or lower corner of the side part and finishes the opening by being folded by an external force, wherein the cover part includes a pair of support covers which are formed to extend from opposite corners of the side part and in which auxiliary insertion grooves are formed, an inner cover which is formed to extend from one corner of the side part in which the support covers are not formed and in which a main insertion groove is formed, an outer cover that is formed to extend from the other corner of the side part in which the support covers are not formed, a main catching member which is formed on one side of the outer cover, is inserted into the main insertion groove, and is then fastened to the inner cover and the support covers; and a pair of auxiliary catching members which are formed on both sides of the outer cover, are inserted into the auxiliary insertion grooves, and are then fastened to the support covers.
Corrugated container with integrated top handle
A corrugated container is disclosed having a plurality of walls, an interior cargo space, and a top panel. The plurality of walls define the interior cargo space. The top panel comprises a handle and a handle aperture. The top panel is disposable over the cargo space. The handle comprises a raised position and a stored position. The handle is housed within the handle aperture when in the stored position. The handle extends out of the handle aperture and is transverse to the top panel when in the raised position.
Tape-free packing box
A tape-free packing box, which can be in an open state or a closed state, the tape-free packing box comprises a box body; two tongue plates, respectively arranged on the opposite sides of the open ends of the box body; a connecting element, one end of the connecting element is integrally formed or slidably installed on one of the two tongue plates, when the tape-free packing box is in a closed state, the other end of the connecting element is connected to the other of the two tongue plates.
Container apparatus
A container (10) consists of a substantially planar blank having a plurality of regions, the regions including a base (18), side walls (14), end walls (16) and a lid (12). Each of the regions is connectable to at least one of the other regions by a hinge (20) formed within the blank. The blank is able to be converted into a first unassembled configuration in which regions of the blank are pivoted around the hinges (20) connecting the regions in relation to other regions, to form a rectangular slab in which compact mode blanks are able to be stacked, and a second configuration in which the blank is erected to form the container (10), which has a cuboidal structure of substantially uniform cross-section, for the storage of articles. The hinge (20) comprises a recess (32) the recess (32) defining a point (30) of minimum cross section, said point (30) forming the pivot point (30) about which pivotal movement of adjacent regions occurs, wherein opposing side walls (33, 35) of the recess (32) are configured to interengage when one of the regions is pivotally moved through a 90 arc relative to an adjacent region, said interengagement comprising meshing of at least one stepped region (34) of a side wall (35) with a surface of the opposing side wall (33). The base (58) of a container (50) may also include ledge portions (60) at each of the corners of the base (58), which ledge portions (60) provide support for hinges (70) when the container is in the cuboidal configuration.
