A carton for holding a product is disclosed. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a front panel, a back panel, a first side panel, and a second side panel. The carton further comprises a hinge in at least one of the plurality of panels and a reclosable lid pivotably attached to the carton. The reclosable lid comprises a first intermediate panel foldably connected to at least one of the plurality of panels and a second intermediate panel foldably connected to the first intermediate panel. The first intermediate panel is positioned in face-to-face contact with the second intermediate panel. The reclosable lid is pivotable at the hinge between a closed position preventing access to the interior of the carton and an open position allowing access to the interior of the carton.

A product container includes a container body that defines an internal volume. The product container also includes a first dunnage panel located in the internal volume of the container body. The first dunnage panel includes a plurality of discontinuous lines of weakness. The product container further includes a second dunnage panel located in the internal volume of the container body. The first dunnage panel and the second dunnage panel are substantially aligned and are laterally spaced apart. The first dunnage panel and the second dunnage panel are configured to secure an article therebetween.

A tray for one or more food products includes a base having a first plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the tray, a lid foldably connected to the base and having a second plurality of panels, a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to a respective panel of the first plurality of panels and the second plurality of panels, and access features for facilitating reconfiguration of the tray between a closed configuration and an open configuration, the access features including an access opening formed in a portion of the lid and a portion of the base, the access opening for at least partially receiving at least one end flap of the plurality of end flaps when the tray is reconfigured between the closed configuration and the open configuration.

The lock comprises a specific actuator moveable by applying an actuation pressure, the specific actuator being connected to the specific portion, the flanks comprising a specific actuation area facing the specific actuator and permitting displacing it by applying the actuation pressure.

The present invention provides an improved product holding and dispensing package and an improved method for manufacturing, holding, and storing products, especially comestible products. In an embodiment, a package for comestible products may be provided. The package includes a package blank having walls that define a package interior. The package also includes a sheet disposed inside the package interior. The sheet wraps around a stack of comestible products and maintains the products in a stacked formation. The sheet also retains the comestible products against lateral movement within the sheet. In an embodiment, the plurality of comestible products are releasably attached to the sheet to prevent the comestible products from sliding out of the sheet. In an embodiment, the sheet may be attached to the package interior.

A blank for a sleeve includes a plurality of panels, each of the plurality of panels hingedly coupled to an adjacent one of the plurality of panels. A top panel is hingedly coupled to an end of a first one of the plurality of panels. The top panel includes a first section and a second section hingedly coupled to the first section. The first section has an aperture formed therein. The aperture is configured to receive a portion of a container therethrough. The second section has a recess formed in an edge thereof. A first flap is hingedly coupled to an end of a second one of the plurality of panels. A retaining tab is formed in in a least one of the first flap and the second one of the plurality of panels.

The lock includes an actuator releasably engaging the lid. The actuator may be actuated by applying an actuation pressure at an actuating area. A top flap is hinged at a top portion of a sidewall and is arranged with a distal edge distant from a second sidewall by a clearance. Upon applying the actuation pressure, the distal edge contacts the second sidewall and provides reciprocal feedback force or haptic feedback to the user.

A child-proof container including a storage, for housing a product, and a closure system configured for defining a closed condition and an open condition of the container. The container includes a first coupling portion carried by the closure system and a second coupling portion carried by the storage and configured for cooperating with the first coupling portion to define a locking condition in which the first and second coupling portions prevent the closure system from passing from the closed condition to the open condition.
