A cosmetic-product packaging, wherein the cosmetic-product packaging includes: an outer container, and a lid that is pivotally coupled to the outer container, wherein the outer container and the lid are provided with a first stud and a second stud respectively, wherein the studs are provided with respective flanges that are accessible externally to the cosmetic-product packaging, wherein a flexible cord is attached to at least one of the first and second studs and is wrappable under one or more flanges of the studs; an inner container that is mountable within the outer container, wherein, in operation, the inner container accommodates at least one cosmetics product, and the inner container is accommodated within the outer container; and the inner container is user-accessible when the lid is in an open position, wherein the cord is unwrapped.

A sealed container for the storage of a plurality of articles comprising an open topped receptacle having a lip that defines an opening through which the articles may pass into and from said receptacle and closure means, including a cover that is hingedly connected to the receptacle and which is sealably connected to the receptacle, for closing the opening. An improved single-piece shipping box system includes a lid with a lid flap forming a tab that fits into a slot on a front panel of a storage compartment, which facilitates repeatedly opening and closing without damaging the box for display before shipping. The tab and slot allow multiple users, such as the manufacturer, merchant, and e-commerce reseller, to conveniently open and close the box multiple times without damaging the box. The underside of the lid flap carries strips of covered adhesive used to seal the box closed for final shipping or in-person sale of the product. Protective film covers the adhesive strips until the user is ready to remove the protective film and tape the box closed in a permanent fixed manner for final shipping. The innovative arrangement provides a convenience of use and neatness in between pre-shipping uses with easy access and closing while simultaneously enabling secure shipping upon final designation determination.

Described herein is a packaging clip for releasably securing overlapping packaging panels to one another. The packaging clip includes a biasing element that helps restrain relative movement of the panels in a first configuration, and in a second configuration encourages their release and indicates such to a user. In an implementation, the biasing element is associated with a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a rigid portion that is engageable with each overlapping panel for limiting their relative movement in the first configuration. The locking mechanism is turnable or otherwise manipulateable to release the first and second panels. The biasing element can exert a biasing force that encourages exit of the locking structure, allowing the locking structure to protrude from the panels and provide a visual indication of the released state.

An oriental food takeout box and plate assembly and method of folding provides a unitary body, which is interchangeable between a planar eating surface configuration and a takeout box configuration along a folding and unfolding path. The takeout box configuration is defined by two opposing side faces with each side face forming at least one side container aperture, two opposing lateral faces, an enclosed bottom face, an inner upper face opposing the enclosed bottom face and defining two parallel spaced-apart slits forming a loop, and an outer upper face defining a loop aperture with the loop protruding therethrough. At least one utensil passes through the loop to fasten the outer upper face to inner upper face, so as to retain the unitary body in the takeout box configuration. Side container apertures form in the side faces to retain side containers that contains a condiment for consuming with the oriental food.

A packaging system and method for an article includes a strap having an elongate shape and being made from a flexible material, and container having an opening. The container defines a space. In a packaged configuration, first and second ends of the strap are connected to one another to form a loop, the article is folded in a bundle and disposed within the space in the container, and the loop extends through a portion of the bundle and two slits formed in the container to secure the article into the container.

The present invention relates to a box fastener anchor that is removably connectable or permanently attached to a fastener and that has a tooth that can pierce a box. The anchor can have a base with two lips in one embodiment. The base has a hole between the lips with a securing ring with distally located rims that combine to form a ring. The rims and lips can be used to connect the anchor to a box fastener. The base further has a base flange at one end. The anchor also has an arm with a tooth at the distal end of the arm. The tooth has a piercing element at one end. The tooth can have a curved or straight body. The arm can mate with the base to lock the arm in a closed position. A release is provided for unlocking the arm from the base.
