GAS CYLINDER LIFTING EXTENSION
A gas cylinder lifting extension for industrial gas cylinder transportation. The gas cylinder lifting extension containing a first end with a cylindrical cavity and a second flat end with two perpendicular, rectangular channels through it to allow for secured lifting with a forklift.
Plastic pallet with support blocks having upper towers and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck and a bottom deck. The top deck has spaced apart upper and lower surfaces, with the lower surface having upper tower openings therein. Spaced apart support blocks are coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each support block includes an outer wall enclosing a center area, and a core structure having a rectangular shape within the center area, with upper surfaces of the core assembly and the outer wall being coplanar. An upper tower extends outwards from the core structure and into a corresponding upper tower opening in the top deck so as to provide a shear load transfer during impact with the lifting member. First ribs are between the outer wall and the core structure, and second ribs are within an interior area of the upper tower.
Plastic pallet with support blocks having pockets for pin wheeling and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks coupled between corners of the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each corner support block includes a pair of exposed side surfaces aligned with a respective corner, with each exposed side surface having a pocket formed therein for receiving an end of the lifting member so as to allow the pallet to be spun around.
CORRUGATED PALLET
A corrugated pallet produced from two flat blanks is provided. The pallet may include a pallet top, a pallet bottom, and a plurality of corner straps locking the pallet top to the pallet bottom. Each of the pallet top and the pallet bottom may include folded portions, the folded portions of the pallet top interlocking with the folded portions of the pallet bottom when the pallet top and the pallet bottom are assembled to each other in nested relation. The pallet top may define a top surface of the pallet. The pallet bottom may define a bottom surface of the pallet. The corner straps may lock into one or both of the pallet top and the pallet bottom from the top or bottom surfaces of the pallet.
Adjustable Pallet
A pallet for transporting a plurality of differently shaped parts is disclosed. The pallet including a rectangular base having a planar top surface, the top surface having a plurality of holes arranged thereon in a round staggered configuration, a bottom support connected to the underside of the rectangular base, each ski located along the underside of an edge of the rectangular bed, four rectangular pillars located at the four corners of the rectangular base and extending upwardly.
Vibration isolation pallet
The present disclosure is directed to a vibration isolation pallet, comprising a support platform and a vibration isolation component arranged on top. The vibration isolation component further comprises a top and a bottom supporting plate with a plurality of spherical dampers and support columns strategically disposed in between. The edges of the top and bottom supporting plates are reinforced together with rubber damping pieces at various locations. The vibration isolation component can be detached from the support platform and functions independently. The pallet as whole can be serviced and maintained for repeated use.
Plastic pallet with centerline markings and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks and spaced apart intermediate support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Centerline markings are carried by at least one of the top deck, the bottom deck, and the corner and intermediate support blocks so as to provide a visual aid to an operator of the lifting member.
TRANSFER TRAY AND TRANSPORT ROBOT COMPRISING THE SAME
The A transfer tray includes a fixed tray; a movable tray which can move relative to the fixed tray; several anti-shake actuators disposed on the fixed tray; a shake detection device disposed on the movable tray or the fixed tray; and a control device. The shake detection device is configured to detect the shake information of the movable tray or the fixed tray. The control device is configured to control several anti-shake actuators to drive the movable tray to move in a direction opposite to the shaking direction based on the shake information of the movable tray or the fixed tray.
Vibration Isolation Pallet
The present disclosure is for a vibration isolation pallet, comprising a support platform, a vibration isolation component arranged on top. The vibration isolation component comprises a top and a bottom supporting plate with a plurality of spherical dampers strategically disposed in between. The supporting plates are reinforced with rubber damping pieces around its edges. The vibration isolation component can be independently installed onto various transportation means such as a pushcart or a vehicle. The pallet as whole can be serviced and maintained for repeated use.
