Pallet structure
A pallet includes columns, an upper deck, and a lower deck. The upper deck links upper ends of the columns such that upper surfaces of the columns and upper deck form an upper deck surface. The lower deck links lower ends of the columns such that lower surfaces of the columns and lower deck form a lower deck surface. Fork insertion structures receive forks of a lift apparatus inserted thereto from four sides of the pallet. Outer circumferential projections are formed along a peripheral edge of the upper deck surface, including an extended portion extending outward from the peripheral edge, and a support portion protruding upward from the extended portion. The support portion has a first height in an insertion-corresponding region, and a second height in a general region, the first height being equal to a thickness of the lower deck, the second height being greater than the first height.
Sustainable rack and display system
A pallet comprising: (a) a base tray having one or more walls extending upward from the tray to create a perimeter around a central portion of the base tray; (b) an insert disposed on the central portion of the tray within the perimeter of the base tray, the insert being recessed from a terminal edge of the one or more walls; (c) a post secured within the perimeter of the tray and extend away from the base tray; and (d) a support assembly secured to the insert and positioned along the central portion of the base tray free of contact with the one or more walls, wherein the support includes a pair of support panels that are interconnected and secured to the insert free of an adhesive.
Removable cargo container base brackets
A base for a cargo container including a bottom plate, a top plate, risers, and a bracket. The top plate has a top surface that faces away from the bottom plate. The risers interconnect the top plate and the bottom plate. The bracket extends between the top plate and the bottom plate and is configured to maintain a distance between the top plate and the bottom plate. The bracket is replaceable from the base without access to the top surface of the top plate.
PALLET DESIGN FOR VIBRATION MITIGATION
A system for mitigating vibration of a mass may include an elastic membrane enclosing at least one interior space and having an outer surface, where at least a bottom portion of the outer surface is coupled to a transportable supportive surface, and at least a top portion of the outer surface supports a load. The system may further include at least one port coupling the outer surface to the at least one interior space, where the port provides a source of fluid ingress into the interior space and fluid egress out of the interior space. The system may additionally include granular material distributed within the at least one interior space, where a packing density of the granular material is adjustable between a first jammed state having a first packing density of granular materials and a second jammed state having a second packing density of granular materials to accommodate different loads.
Corrugated pallet
A corrugated paperboard pallet is produced from two flat blanks which comprise a pallet top and a pallet bottom. The two blanks are each folded to produce only two parallel vertically extending double thickness ribs, three horizontal panels, two vertical side walls and two horizontal flaps. The ribs of the pallet top and pallet bottom lock each other from opening in the center of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches in the ribs. The horizontal flaps lock the ribs from opening at the edges of the pallet by intersecting perpendicularly with notches, and the vertical sidewalls include vertical flaps that open inward defining fork passages whereby the vertical flaps lock said horizontal flaps from opening.
Corrugated skid
A skid for moving and shipping goods in bulk includes top and bottom die-cut blanks of corrugated material that are each folded along score lines to produce two or more double-thickness ribs. Notches cut across the crest of the ribs in the top blank, and slots cut in the bottom blank on both sides of, and part way into the ribs enable the ribs of the top blank to be inserted through the slots in the bottom blank so the top and bottom blanks are brought together face-to-face producing a double thickness deck. The notches and slots of the top and bottom blank ribs are interlocked to lock the ribs in folded, closed position. The ribs protrude from the double-thickness deck of the skid and contact the floor to support the skid deck and its load of goods above the floor for easy access by forked moving equipment.
PALLET AND PALLET SYSTEM
A pallet includes an upper frame, a lower frame opposite the upper frame, a first suspension system disposed between the upper frame and the lower frame and configured to provide dampening between the upper frame and the lower frame, and a first spring shock rod assembly located alongside the first suspension system.
Method for assembling a foldably constructed pallet
A method of assembling a pallet using a machine includes folding a first portion of a pallet support column to define a vertical support structure. The method further includes folding a second portion of the pallet support column to engage the vertical support structure. The method further includes gluing at least a portion of the second portion to the first portion. The method further includes coupling the pallet support column to at least one of a bottom member or a top member of the pallet.
Display assemblies with incorporated lift boxes
Display assemblies with an incorporated lift box are disclosed, along with related systems and methods. The display assembly includes a common structure including and/or forming the lift box in a base thereof. An electronic display subassembly is connected to the common structure and includes a cover layer and an electronic display layer. Two such display assemblies may be arranged at a common surface such that an open end of the lift boxes faces in an at least substantially same direction. Forks of a forklift or pallet jack may be moved into the lift boxes for transporting the display assemblies together.
RACKABLE PALLET WITH CONFIGURABLE DECK HEIGHT
A pallet includes an upper structure and a lower structure. The upper structure includes an upper deck and a plurality of upper column portions projecting downward from the upper deck. The lower structure includes a plurality of lower column portions. The upper column portions and the lower column portions are configured such that the upper deck is configured at first height when the upper structure is secured to the lower structure in a first orientation and the upper deck is configured at a second height when the upper structure is secured to the lower structure at a second orientation. Optionally, the upper deck of the pallet includes a plurality of perimeter regions into which a desired one of a plurality of inserts can be secured to produce pallets with different perimeter options.
