A stackable pallet display system includes a tray portion having a rectangular bottom wall, corner posts extending upward from corners of the tray portion and an interior divider panel extending upward from the tray portion. The tray, corner posts and interior divider wall of the system can be folded from blanks of material.

This disclosure relates to a pallet includes a first board, a second board, a first elastic component and a second elastic component. The first elastic component and the second elastic component are disposed between the first board and the second board, and the second elastic component is closer to an edge of the second board than the first elastic component. The second elastic component has a density higher than that of the first elastic component.

A cargo pallet is disclosed. The cargo pallet may have a pallet base. The cargo pallet may also have a pallet liner. The pallet liner may have a pallet liner base. The pallet liner base may be positioned on the pallet base. The pallet liner may also have a pallet extension, which may be fixedly attached to the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may project outwardly from the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may also have a support surface that may at least in part extend outwardly beyond a footprint of the pallet base.

Stringers 12 for a pallet 10 constructed from corrugate are disclosed. The stringers 12 are manufactured from corrugate sheets 30 that are die cut and laminated into corrugate stringer blocks 40, in various aspects. The corrugate stringer blocks 40 include a plurality of stringers 12 connected by a shear bridge 34 die cut into the corrugate sheets 30 when forming the stringers 12 from the corrugate sheet 30 to retain the stringer 12 on the corrugate stringer block 40 until a separating force is applied to the block to separate the individual stringers 12 from the corrugate stringer block 40, in various aspects.

An all-in-one plastic pallet is constructed as one, unitary piece of plastic material. The all-in-one plastic pallet is lightweight and is less expensive to manufacture than a typical wood pallet. The particular construction and configuration of the all-in-one plastic pallet makes the pallet nestable with other pallets of like construction, rackable for storage of the all-in-one plastic pallet in a conventional pallet storage rack, and stackable on top of products supported on a pallet of like construction without causing damage to the products.

An asymmetric mold core for forming curved floor openings in pallets is taught. The mold core contains: a base, the base attachable to a frame in a rotomold, a bottom section integral at a distal end to the base, the bottom section comprising a bottom convex curve having a bottom convex curve radius and a bottom convex curve rotational center, a top section integral at a distal end to the base, the top section comprising a top convex curve, the top convex curve having a top convex curve radius and a top convex curve rotational center, the top convex curve radius being different from the bottom convex curve radius and the top convex curve rational center differing from the bottom convex curve rotational center; a first side section, the first side section positioned and integral at a distal end to the base and positioned between and integral with the bottom section and the top section; a second side section the second side section positioned and integral at a distal end to the base and positioned between and integral with the bottom section and the top section, the second side section positioned parallel to the first side section; and a face.

A twin-sheet, thermoformed pallet is configured with a bottom-opening recess shaped to receive and hold in place a signal transmitting device. The recess has undercuts that allow the device to be snapped in and held against the floor of the recess and well above the bottom surface of the pallet body. The recess is provided with access for a tool to pry the device out for replacement or servicing.

A composite pallet for the transport and long-term storage of barrels, comprising a base element made of plastic with a top side, an under side and support projections; a deck element made of plastic with a top side for storing the barrels; and a depositing area for holding a vertical barrel. The deck element has an under side and support projections resting on the base element support projections, and is supported against the base element; the deck element under side is at a distance from the base element top side. Support inserts made of a material with a creep modulus which is higher over a predefined period than a creep modulus of plastic, and the decrease in which is lower than that of plastic over the specified period, are locked into holders on the deck element under side and on the base element top side.

A panel structure comprised of a plurality of extruded aluminum panel members. The aluminum panel members are joined together into a single structure by a friction stir welding process and at least one of the extruded aluminum panel members includes an extruded slot running along an entire length of the at least one of the extruded aluminum panel members. The extruded slots are used to attach hooks or other suitable retaining devices for securing objects to the panel structure or to directly attach structural elements or modules to the panel structure.
