STACKABLE HALF-SIZE RECONFIGURABLE PALLET/DOLLY PLATFORM
A reconfigurable pallet/dolly platform includes a top deck having a product support surface and an opposing underside. The product support surface has grommet openings extending therethrough. The underside includes pallet support leg attachment areas aligned with the grommet openings for receiving pallet support legs when configured as a pallet. Also, the underside includes dolly wheel attachment areas for receiving dolly wheels when configured as a dolly. The product support surface includes grommets inserted into the grommet openings. Each grommet includes an upper section that extends in height above the top deck to engage an underside of the pallet support legs from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a pallet. Also, the product support surface includes dolly wheel receiving areas aligned with the dolly wheel wells on the underside, and engage the dolly wheels from an identical platform stacked thereon when configured as a dolly.
HALF-SIZE PLASTIC PALLET WITH REMOVABLE PALLET SUPPORT LEGS
A pallet includes a top deck and pallet support legs coupled to the top deck. The top deck has a product support surface and an opposing underside, with the underside having snaps openings therein. Each pallet support leg includes a base extending across a width of the top deck, and a pair of outer leg supports extending from ends of the base. Each outer leg support includes at least one outwardly facing snap and at least one inwardly facing snap inserted into respective snap openings in the top deck.
STACKABLE HALF-SIZE PLASTIC PALLET
A pallet includes a top deck having a product support surface and an opposing underside. The product support surface has grommet openings extending therethrough, with each grommet opening including a recessed shelf. Grommets are inserted into the grommet openings. Each grommet includes an upper section comprising an upper lip resting on the recessed shelf, and an outer exposed surface of the upper section extends in height above the top deck. Pallet support legs are coupled to the underside of the top deck and are aligned with the grommets. Each pallet support leg includes a base extending across a width of the top deck. An underside of the base is configured to engage the upper sections of the grommets of an identical pallet when stacked thereon.
CRANE MAT STAND DEVICE
A crane mat stand device comprises a base component with integrated moveable support components. The crane mat stand device organizes and stores a plurality of crane mats, minimizes damage to the load or forklift machine, and maximizes safety during transport.
MOLDED PLASTIC PALLET HAVING A SNAP IN SIGNAL TRANSMITTER AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A twin-sheet, thermoformed pallet is configured with a bottom-opening recess shaped to receive and hold in place a signal transmitting device. The recess has undercuts that allow the device to be snapped in and held against the floor of the recess and well above the bottom surface of the pallet body. The recess is provided with access for a tool to pry the device out for replacement or servicing.
Plastic pallet with support blocks having upper towers and associated methods
A pallet includes a top deck having upper tower openings therein, and a bottom deck. Spaced apart support blocks are coupled between the top and bottom decks so as to form a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Each support block includes an outer wall enclosing a center area, a core structure within the center area, and an upper tower extending outwards from the core structure and into a corresponding upper tower opening in the top deck. This is to provide a shear load transfer during impact with the lifting member. First ribs are within an interior area of the upper tower.
CARGO PALLET HAVING A PALLET EXTENSION
A cargo pallet is disclosed. The cargo pallet may have a pallet base. The cargo pallet may also have a pallet liner. The pallet liner may have a pallet liner base. The pallet liner base may be positioned on the pallet base. The pallet liner may also have a pallet extension, which may be fixedly attached to the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may project outwardly from the pallet liner base. The pallet extension may also have a support surface that may at least in part extend outwardly beyond a footprint of the pallet base.
PLASTIC PALLET WITH CENTERLINE MARKINGS AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A pallet includes a top deck having a rectangular shape, a bottom deck having a rectangular shape, and spaced apart corner support blocks and spaced apart intermediate support blocks coupled between the top and bottom decks and forming a gap therebetween for receiving a lifting member. Centerline markings are carried by at least one of the top deck, the bottom deck, and the corner and intermediate support blocks so as to provide a visual aid to an operator of the lifting member.
Polymeric formed structural components for pallets
A pallet comprising upper and lower platforms connected by a plurality of blocks. The upper platform includes a plurality of upper platform pedestals and the lower platform includes a plurality of lower platform pedestals. The lower platform pedestals are aligned with the upper platform pedestals such that the lower platform pedestals and the upper platform pedestals extend towards one another. The plurality of blocks interlockingly engage with and extend between the upper and lower platform pedestals to connect the upper and lower platforms. Each block includes an upper recess and a lower recess. The upper recess matches the shape of and receives one of the upper platform pedestals. The lower recess matches the shape of and receives one of the lower platform pedestals. The upper platform, the lower platform, and the plurality of blocks are made of a polymeric material.
Mold core and a method of use in creating a pallet with a curved opening
An asymmetric mold core and method for use for forming curved floor openings in pallets is taught. The mold core contains: a base, the base attachable to a frame in a rotomold, a bottom section integral at a distal end to the base, and a top section integral at a distal end to the base. Both the top section and the bottom section have convex radial curve shape, but the top section curve and the bottom section curve are positioned by having different centers of rotation so when the core is actuated it is only actuated around the center of rotation about the bottom curve which causes the top cure to drop away from the upper molded surface.
