Unlike other sealing devices which are internal to a bag and adhered to the bag by heat or glue the current invention is external to the bag, is not adhered to the bag by heat or glue, is free to be moved up or down the bag to remove excess air, is reusable, and can be used on one type of a bag in one instant, removed, and be used on another type of bag. Furthermore, on current sealing devices if anything comes in-between the male and female seals which go directly into each other it renders the seal ineffective, but the current invention is not disturbed at all, and in fact the bag type container becomes part of the seal.

Audible slidable zipper bags

A plastic bag has a closure comprising first and second mutually interlocking profiles and a slider on the closure adapted to engage the interlocking profiles in locking relationship when the slider is moved across the profiles in a locking direction and to disengage the interlocking profiles when the slider is moved across the profiles in an opening direction opposite the locking direction. Topographical features are spaced periodically along the width of the closure. The topographical features are arranged for engagement with the slider as the slider moves across the profiles. Engagement between the topographical features and the slider produces a locking tactile and audible sensation upon closing the closure which is different from an opening tactile and audible sensation upon opening the closure.

Sensor equipped medicinal container

Medicinal container bags are presented. Bags can include openers capable of sealing an opening of the bag. Disclosed bags further comprise electronic assemblies configured to detect opening or closing events as the openers move along the rims of the bag opening. The assemblies can compile usage data based on opener movement, and then provide the data to remote monitoring systems.

CLOSURE MECHANISM WITH MULTIPLE FREQUENCY FEEDBACK
20180346202 · 2018-12-06 · ·

A closure mechanism includes a first elongate closure member having a series of spaced features disposed along an entire length of the first elongate closure member. A second elongate closure member includes a series of spaced features disposed along an entire length of the second elongate closure member. The second elongate closure member sealingly engages the first elongate closure member. A slider interacts with (i) the series of spaced features on the first elongate closure member to produce a first feedback at a first frequency, and (ii) the series of spaced features on the second elongate closure member to produce a second feedback at a second frequency. The first feedback at the first frequency differs from the second feedback at the second frequency.

RECLOSABLE POUCH HAVING A CLICKING CLOSURE DEVICE

A reclosable pouch includes a first bag wall. A second bag wall opposing the first bag wall is joined to the first bag wall to form an interior of the pouch with an opening to the interior. A male closure element coupled to one of the bag walls defines a plurality of deformed segments and a plurality of normal segments along a length thereof. The plurality of deformed segments alternate with the plurality of normal segments, with (i) first transitions on one side of the male closure element and (ii) second transitions on another side of the male closure element. A female closure element coupled to the other bag wall engages with the male closure element to seal the opening of the pouch, with the deformed segments of the male closure element generating a sound when the female closure element engages with the male closure element.

ZIPPER STRAP STRUCTURE, PACKAGING BAG COMPRISING ZIPPER STRAP STRUCTURE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ZIPPER STRAP STRUCTURE

A zipper strap structure according to an embodiment includes a first strap, a second strap disposed side by side with the first strap, an internal coupling unit, and an external coupling unit. According to the invention, the internal and external coupling of the zipper strap structure is performed with very high accuracy and precision. In addition, when the zipper strap structure is operated, a user can intuitively recognize whether the zipper strap structure is opened or closed by senses of touch and hearing. Since a user can effectively seal contents by the internal and external coupling of the zipper strap structure and can clearly recognize an operation state of the zipper by senses of touch and hearing, the user does not have to perform repeated checking of whether or not a zipper is completely closed, unlike the related art.

Closure mechanism with multiple frequency feedback

A closure mechanism includes a first elongate closure member having a series of regularly spaced features disposed along an entire length of the first elongate closure member. The series of regularly spaced features includes a plurality of vertically extending elongate features on an outer surface of the first closure member. The vertically extending elongate features are spaced apart along the entire length of the first closure member in alternating and repeating distances. A second elongate closure member includes a series of regularly spaced features disposed along an entire length of the second closure member and sealingly engages the first closure member. A slider interacts with (i) the series of regularly spaced features on the first elongate closure member to produce a first feedback at a first frequency, and (ii) the series of regularly spaced features on the second elongate closure member to produce a second feedback at a second frequency.

MULTIPLE ZIPPER SLIDER BAG

A storage bag comprising first and second zipper profiles provided adjacent to an opening to the interior of the bag. The first and second zipper profiles are provided with opposing closure elements that respectively interlock with each other. The storage bag further includes first and second isolation sections between the first and second zipper profiles and a slider to occlude and to de-occlude the closure elements of the first and second zipper profiles. The slider includes a first zipper profile opening member and a support member with a second zipper profile opening member that is (i) disposed between the first and second isolation sections, and (ii) separate and distinct from the first zipper profile opening member.
