The fixation portion is received and fixed in the bore of the spout base (12; 112; 212). The neck portion protrudes from the spout base into the cap cavity and extends to a mouth opening (34; 134) of the neck portion. The neck portion is provided with at least one circumferential sealing surface (32a; 32b; 32c; 132a; 132b) and the cap has at the interior side thereof at least one circumferential sealing surface (23a; 22b; 22c; 123a) that sealingly engages said at least one circumferential sealing surface of the neck portion.
CAP ASSEMBLY
The present application is directed to cap assemblies and particularly, cap assembly for closing an opening in a vessel, the cap assembly including a stopper including an polymer body adapted to fit an opening of a vessel, the stopper also including a tubular portion which defines an internal passageway extending through the polymer body; and a rigid cap attached to and integral with the stopper, wherein the cap is adapted to engage the vessel and provide a sealing force between the stopper and the vessel.
Sealing assembly for a closure
A sealing assembly for a closure is disclosed where the closure is for applying to an opening. The sealing assembly includes a substantially rigid cap portion for seating the sealing assembly in a roof portion of the closure and an insert portion attachable to the cap portion. The insert portion includes a flexible skirt portion extending from the insert portion and operable to contact an inner wall region of the opening on application of the closure to the opening. In one embodiment, the sealing assembly is for closures for sealing bottles of sparkling wine and the like.
ROLL-ON DISPENSER FOR MEDICAMETS
A container having a neck surrounding a dispensing outlet, a ball rotatably mounted and restrained in the neck, a valve seat formed within the neck, an outer wall of the neck having an upper portion and a lower portion with the upper portion of the outer wall having threads formed thereon and a lower portion having a locking mechanism formed thereon, a cap with screw threads formed on an upper portion thereof and a locking member formed on a lower portion of the cap side wall. The dispenser is childproof and ensures that the cap is sealed with the neck when closed.
BLENDER JAR ASSEMBLY AND COVER FOR BLENDER JAR ASSEMBLY
A blender jar assembly consisting of a blender jar, a cover and a vacuum pump is disclosed. The cover includes a cover body including a connection channel and a locking system formed on the cover body within the connection channel, and a sealing plug set detachably connected to the cover body and locked thereto by the locking system to cover the connection channel and having an air hole and an air valve adapted for blocking the air hole. Thus, the sealing plug set can be selectively mounted in the cover body, and the connection channel can be provided for accommodating a measuring cup or for the insertion of a stirring rod.
CAP FOR CONTAINERS
A cap for a container comprises an end wall (4), a skirt (2) which extends about an axis (Z) and a corner zone (5) interposed between the end wall (4) and the skirt (2). The corner zone (5) comprises a first wall portion (6) which projects from the skirt (2) towards the inside of the cap (1) and a second wall portion (7) which protrudes from the end wall (4) and is joined to the first wall portion (6). The first wall portion (6) and the second wall portion (7) define a step on a surface of the corner zone (5) facing towards the outside of the cap (1; 101). The cap (1) further comprises an annular sealing lip (8) which extends towards a free edge (30) of the skirt (2) from a region in which the first wall portion (6) is joined to the second wall portion (7). The annular sealing lip (8) is delimited by an inner surface (9) configured to engage with an outer lateral surface of a neck (31) of the container.
Refill for holding volatile materials
A refill for dispensing a volatile material includes a bottle having a body defined by at least one sidewall and a neck extending from the body. The neck includes a rim at an upper end thereof and has an inner surface, a top surface, and an outer surface. A wick has a first end positioned within the bottle and a second end extending out of the bottle. A plug assembly is secured to the neck of the bottle and retains the wick within the bottle. A cap is coupled with the neck of the bottle. An underside of the cap includes a stop and a flange that form a seal with the plug assembly when the refill is in an assembled configuration.
SCREW CAP CONTAINER
A screw cap container including a container main body and a screw cap. The container main body includes a mouth tubular portion, which is provided with slope screw portions. The slope screw portions include: upper screw protrusions disposed at three or more different positions; lower long screw protrusions having left end positions same as left end positions of the upper screw protrusions, and each having a length longer than a length of each upper screw protrusion; and oblique screw protrusions extending obliquely from right ends of the lower long screw protrusions and each being connected to a left end of a different one of the upper screw protrusions. The screw cap includes a top wall and an outer circumferential wall. The outer circumferential wall is provided with cap screw protrusions disposed in the same number as the number of the upper screw protrusions.
Cap for a container neck
A cap for sealing a container neck includes a first skirt section, and a second skirt section. The second skirt section includes a first axial end connected to the first skirt section, a second axial end opposite the first axial end and connected to an end wall of the cap, and an intermediate section extending axially between the first and second axial ends. The cap further includes a plurality of ribs distributed around the central axis and projecting in a radial direction from at least the intermediate section towards the central axis. Each rib includes an exterior radial end connected to an interior cylindrical surface of the intermediate section, and an interior radial end radially opposite the exterior radial end. The interior radial end has at least one protrusion projecting in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction.
THREADED CHAMPAGNE STOPPER
A stopper for selectively sealing a beverage bottle is provided. The beverage bottle may be made from glass, plastic, or another suitable material. The beverage bottle may be configured to store champagne or other carbonated beverages. The stopper is preferably configured to slowly release internal pressure and gases (e.g., carbon dioxide) from the bottle as the stopper removed from the beverage bottle. For example, the stopper may include a plurality of threads positioned and located on an outer surface of the stopper. As the stopper is removed from the bottle, the threads may allow gases (e.g., carbon dioxide) to be released therebetween. As a result, the stopper preferably reduces the risk of internal pressure pushing the stopper off of the bottle. Accordingly, the stopper may reduce the risk of injuries or damage to fragile objects when opening a bottle of champagne.
