A fitness bottle that can contain a liquid is disclosed. The bottle is openable and closeable by one hand of a user during exercise. The bottle includes an open/close mechanism whereby a push of a button serves to open the bottle if it is closed, or to close the bottle if it is open.

A lid may include first and second openings disposed within a spout. The first opening may provide a first fluid pathway to a fluid disposed in an attached container and the second opening may provide a second fluid pathway to a fluid disposed in the container. The lid may also include a spout at least partially defined by an outer wall. First and second openings may be disposed within the spout and the openings may be at least partially defined by the outer wall of the spout. A conduit, such as a straw, may be coupled to an opening. If desired, a closure may be connected to the lid and the closure may selectively close one or more of the openings.

A flip lid including a lid body is provided. The lid body can include a outlet through the lid body. A flap is rotatably connected to one side of the lid body. A rotating element is rotatably connected to the other side of the lid body. A resetting member urges the rotating element to a sealing position to seal against the outlet. An actuating member is disposed on a side of the rotating element facing the outlet. The flap includes an actuating protrusion. During a rotation of the flap, the actuating protrusion is in contact with the actuating member to cause the rotating element to rotate away from the sealing position to an unsealing position to break the seal with the outlet.

A closure device includes a first part forming a fastening base for fastening to a container neck and second part forming a lid. The second part additionally also forms a first-opening indicator and a frangible connection between the first-opening indicator and a peripheral rim flange of the lid, a free space being maintained in the axial direction between the fastening ring and the first-opening indicator in the closed position prior to the first opening, the first-opening indicator being retained by at least one lock zone of the first part so as to be separated from the lid and drop into the free space upon the first opening.
