Container and Method of Forming a Container
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having a spout channel extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with a cap having a magnetic top surface, and the spout adapter may be further removably coupled to a lid that may be used as a cup into which a volume of the liquid can be poured.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING AND DISPENSING LIQUIDS
The invention relates to a system for distributing and dispensing liquids, the system comprising a plurality of re-usable containers, each container comprising a removable closure arranged to engage with a neck of the container, the closure comprising a liquid flow passage extending through the closure; and a dip tube fluidly connected to or forming the liquid flow passage of the closure and extending into the container. The system further comprises a dispensing assembly comprising a dispensing pump, a dispensing tube fluidly connected to the dispensing pump, and a connector arranged to releasably engage with the closure so as to fluidly connect the dispensing tube to the liquid flow passage of the closure. The removable closure is a tamper-proof or tamper-evident closure, arranged to deter or prevent removal of the closure by an unauthorised person. A method for distributing and dispensing liquids using the inventive system is further provided. A further aspect relates to a hand-held displacement pump for use with the system and method of the present invention.
LEVEL SENSING APPARATUS
An apparatus for dispensing liquid from a container, and for monitoring the level of liquid within said container, comprises a container for storing liquid to be dispensed; and a conduit, the conduit comprising: a feed tube extending from the container to an appliance; a dip tube extending in the container to the bottom of the container; a liquid supply channel extending through the feed tube and dip tube and having an open first end defined by a lower end of the dip tube, which, in use, is arranged to be immersed in said liquid in said container, and a second end arranged, in use, to extend outside of said container; and a pressure measurement channel branching from the feed tube at a point located between said first and second ends of the liquid supply channel. The apparatus further comprises a pressure transducer in fluid communication with said pressure measurement channel, and a means to draw liquid from the first end of the liquid supply channel to dispense liquid from the second end of the liquid supply channel. The pressure measurement channel branches from the feed tube at a fixed height relative to the bottom of the dip tube.
Container and method of forming a container
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having an internal passageway extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, which may be smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with an upper cap that has a magnetic top surface. The upper cap may be selectively coupled to seal the spout opening, or may be magnetically coupled to a magnetic docking surface of a docking structure on the spout adapter.
CAPPING DEVICE COMPRISING A CAP HINGED TO A BASE
The invention refers to a capping device (1) which includes: a base (9) intended to be fixed to a container (2); a cap (8) including an upper wall and an external peripheral skirt (11); and an articulation device including at least one first lamella (19) connecting the outer peripheral skirt (11) of the cap (8) to the base (9, 109), presenting the external peripheral skirt (11) a first recessed portion (21) being the first lamella (19) attached to the upper edge (23) of the first recessed portion (21), including the cap (8), in addition, at least one first anti-intrusion veil (29).

In addition, spout adapter assembly with an adapter that releasably attaches to the canister and a plug that is received within the adapter that moves to place the spout adapter assembly into an open and a closed orientation. The plug may have a means to provide tactile feedback to a user that the spout adapter assembly is in an optimal pouring condition.

Vented spout for a liquid storage container
The spout includes a first and a second member. The first member includes an elongated and generally tubular first main body having two segregated and parallel internal passageways, one being an air duct and the other being a liquid duct. Both ducts are substantially straight and substantially unobstructed along the entire first main body but the air duct ends with at least one constricted opening through which the air circuit exits the air duct. A valve is juxtaposed to the rear end of the first main body and is made integral therewith. The valve engages a valve seat provided at the rear end of a tubular inner conduit inside the second member and in which a rear section of the first main body is slidingly axially movable. The valve is normally maintained closed by a biasing element. The spout may be provided with a child resistant closure (CRC) device.
