BOTTLE CLOSURE ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A POLYETHYLENE COMPOSITION
The present disclosure describes bottle closure assemblies which are made at least in part with a polyethylene composition having good flow properties and good resistance to environmentally induced stress cracking. The bottle closure assembly includes a cap portion, an elongated tether portion, and a retaining means portion. The retaining means portions engages a bottle neck or an upper portion of a bottle. The elongated tether portion connects at least one point on the cap portion to at least one point on the retaining means portion so as to prevent loss of the cap portion from a bottle.
VENTED SPOUT FOR A LIQUID STORAGE CONTAINER
The spout includes a first and a second member. The first member includes an elongated and generally tubular first main body having two segregated and parallel internal passageways, one being an air duct and the other being a liquid duct. Both ducts are substantially straight and substantially unobstructed along the entire first main body but the air duct ends with at least one constricted opening through which the air circuit exits the air duct. A valve is juxtaposed to the rear end of the first main body and is made integral therewith. The valve engages a valve seat provided at the rear end of a tubular inner conduit inside the second member and in which a rear section of the first main body is slidingly axially movable. The valve is normally maintained closed by a biasing element. The spout may be provided with a child resistant closure (CRC) device.
PORTABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER
A portable beverage container having a lid member attached to a container vessel. The lid member can have a lid wall and a skirt depending from the lid wall and defining a projection space. A drinking opening or a drinking spout is provided with the lid member, which can be covered by a spout cap. An ice guard can be included with the lid member. The ice guard can attach in a bore of the drinking spout or located over an opening to the bore of the drinking spout.
SUPPLEMENT DRINKING BOTTLE AND ACCESSORIES THEREOF
Supplement mixing bottles (200) are provided herein. An example bottle includes a tubular body (204) having a plurality of ringed sections (206) that are progressively smaller in diameter from an open end to a bottom end. The bottle includes an agitator ring (100, 300) with static blades (304, 306) and a cap (202).
Container and Method of Forming a Container
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having an internal passageway extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, which may be smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with an upper cap that has a magnetic top surface. The upper cap may be selectively coupled to seal the spout opening, or may be magnetically coupled to a magnetic docking surface of a docking structure on the spout adapter.
Container and Method of Forming a Container
An insulating container can be configured to retain a volume of liquid, and include a canister having a first inner wall having a first end having an opening extending into an internal reservoir, and a second outer wall forming an outer shell. The opening can be sealed by a spout adapter, the spout adapter having a spout channel extending between the internal reservoir and a spout opening, smaller than the opening of the canister. The spout opening may be sealed with a cap having a magnetic top surface, and the spout adapter may be further removably coupled to a lid that may be used as a cup into which a volume of the liquid can be poured. In addition, spout adapter assembly with an adapter that releasably attaches to the canister and a plug that is received within the adapter that moves to place the spout adapter assembly into an open and a closed orientation. The plug may have a means to provide tactile feedback to a user that the spout adapter assembly is in an optimal pouring condition.
Container with Magnetic Cap
A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening.
Convertible Silicone Toddler Cup
A toddler cup includes: a pouch having a closed bottom end and an open upper end, the pouch further including at least one rib formed around the pouch and spaced apart from a top end of the pouch; a ring including a ring body with threads formed on an outside thereof, the ring shaped to closely fit around the pouch and adjacent to the at least one rib formed around the pouch; a collar including a collar body having threads formed on an inner surface thereof, the ring shaped to threadably engage the ring when the ring is located around the pouch; and a spout including a spout body that is shaped to cover the open upper end of the pouch, wherein the spout is secured to the pouch between the ring and the collar when the collar is threadably secured to the ring.
Capsule for Bottle and Apparatus for Use with Capsule
A capsule for covering the top of a bottle includes a lower portion configured to wrap about a neck of the bottle, an upper portion connected to the lower portion and configured to be removed from the lower portion to expose a top of the neck, and a trench formed about a periphery of an upper edge of the lower portion. An assembly used to form the trench in the capsule includes a housing, and a blade extending outwardly from the housing.
Further, the lid structure may have one or more of an integrated anti-glug venting feature within the removable lid and cap or handle indexing.
