CONTAINER CLOSURE HAVING MEANS FOR INTRODUCING AN ADDITIVE INTO A LIQUID IN THE CONTAINER
A closure device (210) for use on the neck (238) of a bottle comprises a cap member (236) having a side wall (237) adapted to be secured to the neck, a fluid chamber (260) fixed at its upper end to the cap member and having a bottom aperture (266) at its lower end, a housing (254) at least partially surrounding the fluid chamber and having a flange member (258) adapted to extend at least partially across the top of the container neck, and a plug member (264) fixed to the housing and sealingly engageable in the bottom aperture of the fluid chamber. The plug member (264) has a nozzle (274) therein, and the housing (254) is adapted to move relative to the cap member (236) between a first closed position of the closure device before securing to the neck of the bottle, in which the plug member (264) seals the bottom aperture (266) closed and the housing or cap member is engaged by a detent member (204) provided to prevent movement of the housing away from the cap member, and a second armed position in which the closure device is secured to the neck of the bottle, and in which the plug member (264) continues to seal the bottom aperture (266) closed and the flange member (258) or detent member (204) is deformed to a position in which the housing can no longer be engaged by the detent member (204). An internal rib (206) on the housing may engage with the detent member to prevent movement of the housing away from the cap member in the first closed position of the closure device. The detent member (204) may be deformable such that in the second armed position of the closure device the detent member is deformed to a position in which the internal rib can no longer be engaged by the detent member, to permit the closure device to move to a third firing position when the closure device is removed from the neck.
N-acetyl cysteine based compositions
A composition for improving the health of a subject in a manner comparable to a bowl of homemade chicken soup is provided. The composition may include n-acetyl cysteine, vitamin C, and one or more carotenoids. The composition may be designed for oral consumption in a variety of dosage forms. The composition may be delivered utilizing a portable all-in-one delivery system. The delivery system may include an interconnected two piece bottle cap that together define a storage chamber that may hold the composition, and a bottle with a solvent connected to the interconnected two-piece bottle cap. The interconnected two-piece bottle cap may be in a locked or in an open state. The composition may be released into the solvent when the two-piece bottle cap interconnection is in the open state. The two-piece bottle cap may further include a delivery mechanism that switches the two-piece bottle cap interconnection from the closed state to the open state.
Universal domed closure to supply dose
The present invention relates to a universal closure capable of fitting various sized container openings in sealed engagement The present invention also relates a universal dispensing closure capable of fitting various sized container openings in sealed engagement and used to house a secondary supply or dose of product and when the closure is activated dispense the secondary product or dose into a receiving vessel to which it is attached.
SEALING CAP AND CONTAINER HAVING THE SEALING CAP
The present invention relates to a sealing cap and a container having the sealing cap. By means of an opposite screw direction, when a cap body is screwed at a mouth of the container, an inner cover is moved toward a chamber of a container body relative to a lower extension tube of the cap body until an aperture of the lower extension tube is communicated with at least one release hole of the inner cover, such that an additive drops from the release hole to be mixed with the liquid in the container. The operation is simple and clear. When the cap body is rotated to disengage from the mouth, the release hole is closed again to prevent the remaining additive from dripping out of the cap body.
FEEDING CONTAINER DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a feeding container device, including a bottle body having a bottle inner cavity, a first cover body at least partially disposed inside the bottle inner cavity and fixedly connected to the bottle body, a second cover body at least partially disposed inside the bottle inner cavity and having a cover inner cavity, a sealing ring disposed inside the bottle inner cavity and blocking the cover inner cavity, and a feeding device fixedly connected to the second cover body, the second cover body is mounted to the bottle body, the sealing ring is detachably connected to the second cover body and abuts the first cover body; when the second cover body moves away from the bottle body, the first cover body causes the sealing ring to separate from the second cover body, and the first sealed chamber communicates with the second sealed chamber.
CONTAINER
An improved container includes a body, a cap, and operating sets movably inserted into the body. The body has a first accommodation area for accommodating a main material. The cap has a bottom wall, a side wall extending from the bottom wall to enclose a second accommodation area, and a partitioning wall dividing the second accommodation area into accommodation rooms. Each operating set has a shank, two ends of which are respectively formed with a head protruding from the cap and a sealing plate engaging with the partitioning wall for sealing each accommodation room. Pressing any selected one head allows the selected sealing plate to separate from the partitioning wall so that at least selected one second material of the selected accommodation room enters the first accommodation area for mixing different materials in the body and increasing variability and selectivity of using the improved container.
Sample collection system including plug assembly
A biological sample collection system can include (i) a sample collection vessel having an opening for receiving a biological sample, (ii) a plug assembly that includes a post with a fluid vent therethrough, a collar disposed about the post, and a plug that initially obstructs the fluid vent, and (iii) a sealing cap coupled to the collar and comprising a reagent chamber for storing a sample preservation reagent. The sealing cap is configured to associate and form a fluid tight connection with the sample collection vessel such that associating the sealing cap with the sample collection vessel causes a physical rearrangement of the plug assembly such that the plug is detached from the post, thereby permitting sample preservation reagent to pass from the regent chamber to the sample collection vessel.
Container lid having measuring function
According to an embodiment of the disclosed present invention, there is provided a container lid having a measuring function, including: a valve body configured to be mounted on the entrance of a container, and to have a through hole and a valve; and a cap configured to be screwed on the entrance, and to have a connection part; wherein the cap is placed in any one of a first position where the valve opens the through hole in the state where the connection part has been connected to the valve stem; a second position where the valve closes the through hole in the state where the connection part has been connected to the valve stem; and a third position where the connection part is removed from the valve stem and also the cap is separated from the container in the state where the valve has closed the through hole.
