SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BLISTER PACKAGING
Devices, systems, and methods for blister packaging are disclosed. An assembly utilizing interchangeable inserts allows for a variety of blister packaging to be sealed with corresponding labels that are anchored into proper orientation through the use of locator pins. Blisters are nested into inserts and held in a fixed position while label sheets having holes for receiving locator pins are inserted onto the assembly. Visual indicators on labels identify pull flaps, and tear slits provide evidence of tampering with packaged blisters.
Web of cleaning products having a modified internal atmosphere and method of manufacture
A web of cleaning products and a method of manufacturing the same is disclosed. The web includes first and second carrier sheets and a plurality of pouches containing a cleaning composition. Each of the pouches is disposed in a respective depression formed in an upper surface of the first carrier sheet. A first internal atmosphere is enclosed within each of the pouches. The first carrier sheet is sealed to the second carrier sheet such that a second internal atmosphere exists between the second carrier sheet and the plurality of pouches. The second internal atmosphere has a greater absolute pressure than the first internal atmosphere so that the plurality of pouches and at least a portion of the cleaning composition in the plurality of pouches are compressed into the plurality of depressions in the first carrier sheet by the second internal atmosphere.
One or more blister packages containing active material and methods of making and using same
A blister pack having a backing having a first side and an opposing second side. Each of the first and second side is flat or planar. The blister pack can also include a cover having a first side and an opposing second side. At least a portion of the second side of the cover is adhered to the first side of the backing to form a sealed package for containing product. The cover can include at least one blister. The blister pack can also include an active member positioned within each blister. Each active member can be in the form of a ring with an opening extending therethrough or a depression formed therein.
Multi-layer products
A seal for use with a container for storing and dispensing consumer products is described. The seal includes a cover layer having pre-formed lines of separation defining one or more releasable portions, an adhesive layer on the cover layer, and one or more patches on the adhesive layer. Each patch is associated with a respective one of the releasable portions 6 and consists of a hot melt polymer. The hot melt polymer can be applied to the adhesive layer using a suitable coating or spraying process.
Pharmaceutical packaging composite film
A pharmaceutical packaging composite film includes a heat sealing layer, an aluminum foil layer, and an impact resistant layer. The heat sealing layer contains residues derived from at least one of 1,4-butanediol, isophthalic acid, isoprene glycol, and isopropanol, and thus has a melting point between 130° C. and 180° C. The aluminum foil layer is disposed on the heat sealing layer. The impact resistant layer is disposed on the aluminum foil layer.
Packaging and packaging film having differential barrier properties
A transparent film includes a first portion configured to form at least a portion of a first compartment of a multi-component package. The film also includes & second portion, con figured to form at least a portion of a second compartment of the multi-component package. The film further includes a barrier coating disposed on the first portion to reduce permeation of a migratory species through the first portion relative to the second portion.
Battery package
A battery package is described herein that advantageously maintains separation between batteries received therein while also providing a resealable opening to sequentially retrieve batteries therefrom. Further, the battery package can include an outer covering.
Disposable packaging for at least one contact lens
A disposable packaging for at least one contact lens. The disposable packaging has at least one molded structure which forms at least one product cavity for accommodating the contact lens. The molded structure has at least one cleaning chamber having a cleaning system for cleaning and/or disinfecting fingers. The cleaning system includes a cleaning pad which absorbs and holds cleaning and/or disinfecting agent, the cleaning pad being fixed in the cleaning chamber and the surface of said pad being exposed when the cleaning chamber is opened.
Coating material, printing member for dot printing, and PTP packaging body
The present invention provides a coating material that can improve gravure printing characteristics of the printing surface of a printing substrate to favorably transfer an ink fed in the cell of a gravure printing roll to the printing surface of the printing substrate, thereby achieving the beautiful gravure printing. The coating material of the present invention is a coating material for forming a surface layer, serving as a printing surface, on a printing substrate on which gravure printing is to be performed, and the coating material is characterized by including a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-unsaturated fatty acid copolymer that includes 80 to 90% by mass of a component of vinyl chloride, 9.2 to 19.5% by mass of a component of vinyl acetate, and 0.1 to 0.8% by mass of a component of an unsaturated fatty acid.
